This company is false they will report to your credit as an involuntary repossession even if your car gets in to a total loss accident, and will get upset at you and start being rude when you try to get them to fix the problem. I recommend you to go to another car lot instead of this one.

Ive been customer of Bond for years I have previously paid off two cars from them. I have never experienced the lack of customer service until now. I had problems with my GMC Terrain since a month after I bought it even let their mechanic try and fix the first thing that went wrong just to learn that he does not know what he is doing and I still had to take it to the shop. Its been problem after problem then a month before I would have had it for a year, the engine goes I call them and they tell me to let my mechanic look at to make sure. When he gives me the estimate I take it to them because they said they would help me. The estimate was for $5128 n some change. At this time now its been a year and they tell me its nothing they could do, and probably from an accident I had when tell them that it wasnt cause I wasnt hit no where near the front of the truck they said oh and still said it was nothing they could do. Had me waiting around to talk to someone for over an hour finally the lady at the payment window told me what was said and that the manager was too busy to talk to me. 3 weeks later and Im still waiting for the manager to call me. This even after I told them what their mechanic told me how they dont check the cars for major problems before they put the cars on the lot. That all they do is oil changes then put them out to be sold. They have lost a long time customer.

I was very disappointed in this experience. Just as I was about to give them my money (mind u I had already signed my paperwork and transferred my insurance) without my knowledge or consent they had the mechanic install a passtime device. Had I not stepped outside for a wifi signal I would have never known. When confronted about it they lied. Needless to say I left the car and went down the street and bought a newer one for cash.

Pete took care of me when I first bought my truck, I paid more money getting it fixed at the dealership, they did not work with me on fixing things that they said they fixed. I should not have just bought a truck and 2 months later it does not crank, and they tell me it’s nothing they can do about it. Very rude and unprofessional. All they want is your money, If you are a DAY late with your payment they call your whole family an demand for their money. I cannot wait to be done paying them off. I will NEVER do service with them again.

Literally the worst place to buy a car. My car needed to have somethings fixed from when I first got it on the lot. One they fixed right away and it broke not even a month later. The other part they kept saying they were going to order and call me. They constantly were making excuses on why they didnt have it. You would think after being in business for so so long they would be more organized and have their mechanic shop be timely with fixing your car when you dropped it off the night before and schedule for first thing. Well eventually my husband stated he would fix it the one that never got ordered properly which mind you cost a good penny and have them take it off the bill. Never ever buying a car from them again.

These people are the worst. They sold me a dodge truck which the engine blew out 5 minutes after I drove it out of the lot. I would stay away from these people and look elsewhere. Horrible customer service. The manager cracked a joke about the engine of the vehicle after it blew out and tried selling me another truck which also had engine problems.

I can honestly say buying a car from them was such an easy going task. I have to give a big shout-out to Pete even with less then what they wanted down he made it a point to get me into a vehicle. The man walked the lot with me and literally told me the ins and outs of every vehicle. Plus the whole team knew I had an appointment in an hour so I had to kinda rush things. The whole team pushed the paperwork through so quickly and never did I hear someone complain. This is definitely a place I would recommend over and over again . Bond Auto is an amazing organization. Ive purchased two automobiles and I love them both. On the second purchase, I found that there were some safety issues present and Bond Auto stepped up without hesitation and took care of all the issues. My car was great before and now rides like its brand new. I want to personally thank Louis (LA), Xavier, Johnny and the auto shop crew for the amazing customer service and mechanical work done on my car. I bought a car from Eddie on West Hillsborough Avenue store in May of this year. I now have a car that needs a new engine. How does a car need a new engine within less than six months of purchase if there wasnt already an issue that the dealer decided to ignore? I was offered $500 off my loan if I paid to put in a $2500+ engine (& labor) in the car. Does that even make sense? This offer was made after Frank, the manager at North Florida store, thought it was appropriate to talk down to a customer. He interrupted me and when confronted with his deplorable customer service skills he upped the ante and started to raise his voice at me; all the while telling me he wasnt mistreating me. He had the nerve to tell me he was doing ME a favor by even negotiating anything with me. I have paid all payments on time and more often than not paid early. This is all in addition to the fact that they financed me for well over double the actual value of the car! If you are thinking of buying a car here, DONT! Dont make the mistake I made. If your credit needs assistance there HAS to be other places to go that wont take advantage of you and will treat you with dignity and respect.

Ive only been here once but spoke at great lengths to one of the sales associates. Im only rating this place at three stars out of five since I dont have much experience with used car dealerships. I would rate my experience as average. The sales associate was friendly, knowledgeable and competent concerning his product line. The number of used cars to choose from is on the medium to large size. I felt the pricing to be on the high side for high mileage cars however, but it was explained that they cater to clientele with bad or no credit and youre going to pay more.

We purchased not 1 but 2 over $10,000 price cars with Bond when it came time to buy the 3rd the sales staff would not even bother to pick up the phone guess repeat customers dont mean anything to Bond Auto Sales.

I am extremely upset. A payment was made over the amounts authorized. The error was on their end and all they could say was that they were sorry and there was nothing they could do. I have never missed a payment and to believe it can’t be reversed is ridiculous. I attempted to speak with Lance who is supposedly the manager and all he did was give me about 3 minutes and then put me on hold to the clerk who made the error. While I do believe she was sorry, the fact they he was a coward and couldn’t even have the courtesy to speak to me is just sad. He is very dismissive and made no effort to even validate my strong concerns about having over draft fees. I am a teacher and work very hard to make a difference and only expected the same tolerance as I show others. After this vehicle is paid off, I will never buy from them again. I will also make it known how I was treated.

Went to bond because I saw a nice looking truck on the lot. Took it for a test drive and it had some major transmission slip. Told the salesman about it and he claims that they have the bests mechanics in Tampa working for them. But when I brought up the transmission issues, they put their hands in the air and said I dont know. About a year ago, I went to purchase a car here, and they were very misleading and tried to sell me a car with transmission problems. Luckily, my father pointed it out and help me find a better car on the lot. Which, to my surprise actually held up for this long.However, they DO NOT report your payments, meaning they do NOT affect your credit score.. unless you default I suppose.Also, they will NOT tell you if your car has been in an accident, or anything. They lead you to believe your car is perfect, wonderful and will not have any issues.

This place is a joke!!!! bought a truck for my newborn baby to have something safe turns out the second we take it home everything starts going wrong but i wasnt that worried about it cause it was small things.. until i found out that it is infested with carpet beetles!!! i saw bugs when i test drove it but they said oh they look dead dont worry we will vacuum them out (they didnt i had to do it) and if your worried just bomb it so i did 3 times then come to find out they are packed behind all of the paneling of the truck and they refuse to do anything that its not there problem.

By far the worst car dealership I think I have ever dealt with all they were very friendly whenever we were car shopping but after we signed the dotted line all that went out the window the ladies that work in the finance department or whichever have to be the rudest people I have ever dealt with this is supposed to be a business and the way BERTA speaks to you is like a fifth grader who is mocking you poor poor customer service was completely lied to by the salesman whenever it came to them working with us they treat you like peasants because they know you’re in difficult times and have to go to a buy here pay here my personal opinion is to just save all of your money and buy a car out right I wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy to go to this place

Since the jump we have had issues with Bond. For starters, we werent too keen on the fact they reset the check engine light the day we bought the vehicle. The ABS lights and brake lights have been on ever since, right along with our fabulous check engine light. After I tried contacting our saleman, who proceeded to inform me there was nothing he could do after lying about talking to his manager (the manager informed me he had no idea what was going on with our vehicle because he never spoke to the salemans about our call) we had no choice but to change MAJOR parts on the truck; spark plugs, fuel pump, fuel filter, fan clutch, thermostat- WHICH WASNT EVEN IN THE TRUCK TO BEGIN WITH AND CAUSED MAJOR OVERHEATING, my favorite part of the fact I cant fill my gas tank up or itll start dumping gas from under the truck all over the ground, amongst other parts. Yet I pay $360 a month... for what? My other half to be broken down in the middle of the road with our 3 year old in the truck? For the a/c to not work, but the dealership said it was ice cold and worked perfectly? For me to CALL and talk to the manager Ray, and explain to him the money I am paying versus the amount of money its costing to keep the truck repaired is unexplainably miserable let alone WRONG, and instead of making it right, he offered to delay one single payment? Im over it, and I will be contacting a lawyer on Monday. I work in a dealership that has over 100 stores all over the country (I got the truck before my career change), and wrongful sale is against the law.

Bought my suv there almost 3 yrs ago I have issues with the gas tank..the engine light has been on since..Ive had to fix my axle twice the bearings now my ac is shot...Sun roof issues and when I first bought it they was supposed to put the spare tire below the car...they claim they didnt know the holder was broken so it now sits in my trunk permanently...Im still paying for this van Ive paid over $6000 on this car and now if I miss a payment it gets repoed....the car is $8000 but Ive since it for les at other buy here pay here places....the only good thing is the rep that been working with me to prevent repo...ty Ms Margaret

Pete is the best salesman ever

Went there with my friend to look at a Cadillac. It had a very bad red paint job on it. Over spray everywhere including the white vinyl roof and passenger keyhole. My friend took on a test drive. It made noises as they hit the gas and was burning oil badly.
