C and J is a typical buy here pay here lot with the same issues most have. That being said, they were pretty low pressure on the sales which made me feel more at ease. I would not recommend a place like this for financing, but if you go in with your own financing or paying cash then it is all good. I secured financing through my credit union before coming in, which helped a lot. We have had our nissan we bought here for a little over 3 months and are still happy with our car.

I called and them about it they had me drop the car off to their mechanic and they gave me a different car to use while I was waiting for my car to be fixed. When I got my car back it was in good condition and worked without any issues. I just traded it in for a newer and nicer car. They really work well with you especially if you have any financial problems. Theyre good people!

AWFUL SERVICE. I CALLED LOOKING TO SPEAK WITH A TITLE CLERK AND WAS HUNG UP ON. I CALLED BACK 3 MORE TIMES AND THE GUY DIDNT EVEN SAY HELLO HE JUST PICKED UP AND HUNG UP. SUCH BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.... the number i called was correct. i used the same number you provided me. i called 4 times. the first time some guy picked up and i asked to speak with a title clerk and was hung up on. i called 3 more times and someone kept picking up and hanging up on me.

AND THE OWNER CARLOS WHICH ALSO IS PART OWNER OF EL OSO BLANCO SUPERMARKET ALSO IN TAMPA. I TOOK THE CAR WITH A VERBAL AGREEMENT TO BRING IT BACK TO REPLACE A MOTOR MOUNT WHICH I WAS TOLD THE REASON FOR THE UNEASY SHIFTING OF THE TRANSMISSION. WELL A FEW MONTHS LATER AFTER I WAS TIRED OF ASKING THE DEALER TO MAKE GOOD ON ITS PROMISE, I TOOK IT TO THE NISSIAN DEALERSHIP WHICH TOLD ME THE MOTOR MOUNT WERE FINE AND THE ISSUE WAS WITH THE TRANSMISSION AND WOULD COST OVER A $1000. TO FIX.... NOW THE OWNER CARLOS AND SALESMAN FERNANDO WOULD NOT HELP WITH THE ISSUE NOT EVEN TRADE OUT FOR A DIFFERENT CAR.. THE SUGGESTION WAS FOR ME TO BUY AN EXTENDED WARRANTY AND THEN MAKE A CLAIM AFTER THE INITIAL 3 MONTHS.. SO WOW!! WHAT GREAT PEOPLE THESE ARE URGING CUSTOMERS TO CLAIM FRAUDULENT INSURANCE CLAIMS!!!!! I WILL BE RETURNING THE CAR AND LOOSE THE 3500. DOWN PAYMENT..AND GO TO AN HONEST DEALERESHIP...
