At first i was extremely discouraged... I was given an appointment to speak with a salesman to purchase a car at the north Florida ave location in Tampa. I was 5 minutes early for the appointment and he was with another customer. No problem. Ill wait. After more than an hour of waiting, the salesperson already done with the first customer and on the second or third walk in customers whike I patiently waited. Upon asking for help we were treaded very rudely and ignored. I threatened to leave and they all looked at me like duhhh. I called and spoke with a manager and went to the Dale Mabry location. Mark (i believe is his name) and Maria were so helpful and I purchased a beautiful vehicle that Im very pleased with. If anyone decides to go to OKCARZ go to see Maria at the Dale Mabry locatkon... she will treat you right with a friendly smile and experience and knowledge. I was VERY frustrated and angry at my experience at the the N Florida ave location, but at the Dale Mabry location i they changed my opinion 100%, changed my inti impression of OKCARZ, and made the experience a pleasurable one. I went to ok carz in hopes of getting a reliable car to get too and from work ….. NEGATIVE ‼️ In fact I purchased a car on Thursday and was broke down on Saturday from it overheating on me while on my way to work. The car began trembling and shaking the engine light came on and the temperature gauge shot too hot. I was literally driving for not even ten minutes when this happened. So after finally getting to work and settled in I reached out to the manager of the location I purchased from and he was absolutely no help at all. He told me he wished he could do more but all he could do was give me the warranty number and I would have to make an appointment with them. Of course today is Saturday and that appointment would have to wait until Monday to be made and on their schedule so now it’s more days of being without transportation and more out of pocket cost to get too and from work smh. Terrible terrible experience.

Great Customer Service at this location in finding you a car that fits your budget and size. But make sure to take the car to a mechanic, since making the first payment on the car my husband has had problems with the car. Check engine light on 3 weeks after buying it, linkage cable to shifter broke, and over heating.. A few days after buying had problems with a wheel and they did fix it after charging us the deductible to fix it. It is still making noise. Was stranded in the road when the shifter broke they did offer a courtesy tow when ever they could get someone there (and not the day it is could be a couple days and the car was in a tow zone). Again the sales people in the office are great at getting you into a car just make sure to have it checked out. My husband has missed 2 days of work, working on his car and not able to drive it and only had it for 3 weeks.

Ok this is a real customer and not someone that works for the company or here to pad positive reviews. Everything they say to you sounds go until you actually sit down and start looing at the paperwork or. The cars are way over priced and the apr is so high you cant refinace or trade in the vehicle. They are taking advantage of people during a worldwide pandemic and the Midfloria finance the company they use is even worse. Crooks all the way around. You would be better off getting a cash car even if you have bad credit or a repo. The car started breaking down in less than a month. And they wont let you uber, lyft or another services to help make payments because if you do the warranty becomes null invoid. Run away from this company they dont help you whatsoever

Long story short they sold me a roach infested car that kept having engine issues, also smelled like straight up cigs. Also their Customer service line sends you to dead ends theyll be like let me send you to warranty, then they dont pick up. You have to repeatedly call them.

They worked with me and made my car buying experience a breeze. If you have bad credit or need to establish credit, they have in house financing to get you taken care of with very little down. I definitely recommend Ok Carz to anyone in need of a reliable vehicle.
