I always have a good experience at this dealership. They are transparent with the services they provide and they are careful to inform you of any new services before they proceed with them. The staff are friendly and usually willing to check for any reasonable discounts which may be applied to your service. Highly recommended 👌Tip: make sure to set appointments for service. They are very busy at this time (since car usage has been increasing since the pandemic) and when that happens you cant drive in for basic services. I learned that the hard way and had to wait for over a week to get in the schedule, but the staff were very nice about it!

Had to get my engine replaced under warranty and service advisor Jordan was a big help and kept me informed throughout the whole process. Not sure what negativity you heard about other dealerships, but Courtesy Hyundai is not one of them. They got me in a rental until my car was fixed 2 weeks later, which is reasonable since they had to wait on the part to come in. Definitely will continue to do business with them in the future.

Brought my vehicle in on 10/26/2021 to have it be serviced. I had a appointment at 9:45am, they had me waiting in my vehicle for well over 45 minutes. So please please tell me what’s the point of making a appointment. If you going to make wait till 10:45. The service department needs to value peoples time. Thanks!

Found vehicle online, communicated via text and email with Jose Perez and got deal done in 1 day. Exactly how I would prefer. Jose was straight forward and direct which made it is easy to get to the end game. Carlos was awesome as well. He initiated my conversation with Jose, and then after car came in early, he delivered it to me in Tallahassee and took the time to go over all the features. Great guy, very respectful and knowledgeable. The finance department was probably the easiest I have ever dealt with. He explained options and did not try to throw things down my throat once I decided. I truly appreciate the entire team and process.

I consider purchasing a car one step below tooth extraction. That being said, I had a great experience with Courtesy Hyundai and my salesman Manny. It takes me around three grueling weeks to narrow down my make and model selection. I focus on nothing else and literally call and visit every dealer in a 50 mile radius. Manny from Courtesy Hyundai was the only sales person who gave me an out the door price over the phone and did not attempt to alter it once I got to the dealership.. Not only was he a nice, down to earth guy but beat the competition hands down. After we closed the deal he asked me how would I like to have my windows tented and car pinstriped. I asked him how much more and he said “nothing!!!” I was blown away. I just got it done today and was so impressed that I bought Manny and the team pizza as my way of saying thanks. An employee named Noor, hit my vehicle while on her lunch break and tried to deny it.. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and called the police, she took accountability after it was quite clear she hit my vehicle.. her fellow coworker asked me to do the ‘right thing’ by not filing a claim against her and just letting her pay for the damages.. it’s been 3 months, 2 estimates later and now after I have finally filed a claim.. Miss Noor Pal is ducking her fathers insurance so she can avoid accepting liability for what she did.. lol Miss Noor was driving a Range Rover and rocking Louis Vuitton while my little Nissan Rogue is still messed up .. Courtesy Hundai you should be ashamed to have employees like that in this professional career affiliated with your dealership or name. As much as I wanted to upgrade to the new Genesis I willl neverrrrrrr purchase from an establishment who operates like such.Updated Response to “Owners Response”: So seeing as they were wearing your dealership logo, uniform and saying I could bring it to the dealership for repair and then in return get treated like this… isn’t bad affiliation? Someone must b getting their d… never mind 😂 Customer Service comes FIRST. Maybe you need a few classes in customer satisfaction or management. Either way you lost me and I’m sure plenty of other potential customers reading this as my google account says almost 27,000 ppl have already seen it. Waste your time elsewhere! So much for a free oil change when purchasing a 2021 Palisade. Takes 23 minutes for an advisor to come out, watching other people being assisted when they showed up 10 minutes after I did. Then one person says at the desk it’ll take 1.5-2 hours for the service. Advisor says 2.5 hours, which is ridiculous. A bunch of men with zero sense of urgency holding clipboards. Jordan Pate was the service advisor who clearly gets paid to take his sweet time and doesn’t value others time. Doesn’t apologize for the lengthy wait to even be checked in. I’d rather pay for an oil change elsewhere than come back.

Edited: Issue not actually fixed. Car got better gas mileage for about 5 days and now my HYBRID is getting at max 21.6 MPG, after being promised that a tune-up and an induction service would make a big difference ZERO change at all as of 5 days after service. Will give service mgr one shot to fix this, then its Hyundai Corporate time. I honestly dont think these guys have any idea what to do with a hybrid. All of my issues would be fixed by maintenance issues? I should have known.Original post - I got duped Timely service, excellent communication, problems explained well and options well defined. Ben is very nice and made sure I was updated regularly. So far their recommendations have mostly resolved the issue (lowered gas mileage on a hybrid). Not as high as it used to be but far better than it was. Definitely recommend.

First and foremost, everyone is very friendly and accommodating at this dealership, however transparency isnt there. The finance manager was absolutely amazing, but our sales guy; lets just say, we ended up with a vehicle with different features than what we were told we would have and it was an oh well, you already signed the dotted line response we received. The inventory is really low at the moment for new vehicles so we expected to wait a week or two to pick up the vehicle we wanted, instead one was delivered while we were there. We test drove a different model and asked very specific questions about what would be included in the model we would be purchasing. Long story short, our car was detailed, papers signed, personal property shifted, keys handed over, we sit in the SUV, features inside different. (not okay) We were told could pay separately for all the upgrades we were told were included. Just really disappointed with the customer service at this place, felt very much like gotcha.Update- as if things couldnt get worse, I lowered the rating, and frankly wished it could be a Zero star rating. This dealership is extremely unprofessional, my license was suspended because of their mishandling of paperwork with my title and registration. They submitted the wrong insurance to the DMV. When I contacted them, per usual, they dont take accountability for any of it. Deny its actually happened, promise to call me back in a few hours, and never do.Ive now reached out to them 5 more times regarding my refinance; I need a refund on things that only the dealer can process, and surprise, surprise, they wont answer my calls or call me back. I have to drive across town to see someone in person now since they only know how to sell and then avoid.Dont buy a car here, you cant even rely on human decency from this place.

Brought my 2014 Sante Fe in for an oil change and and replacement of lights. After the up-sell process of the inspection report which uncovered vastly different issues than the last service appointment (oddly that the previous issues did not come up on this one); over $600 for wipers, lights and spark plug tune up, we returned home to discover that the oil change was not done. We had an appointment in which we had to wait over two weeks for, then wait for almost 4 hours for them to not even perform the original requested service. However, the manager did allow us to return the next day for the oil change free of charge but it took over an hour. Be cautious of this dealership and its service.

Jordan is great to work with and I will continue to use him. 5 stars if service technician would stop taking out my Costco window stickers telling me when Im due for my next tire rotation and balance. They do this EVERY time I come into Courtesy Hyundai. Its not their sticker to remove. Now I dont know when Im due for my rotation and will have to Costco to find out. Again Jordan is great, but the stiker thing, which isnt him, is frustrating.

I have taken my Hyundai Tucson to be repaired there twice, both times terrible experiences. If I could give zero stars I would. I had hoped the first was an anomaly, but no, second was ever worse. Made an appointment the day before for 7:20am, took it in, they couldnt find any record of my appointment, previous service, name, anything at all. Showed on my phone the confirmation and the took the car. Called numerous times throughout the day to see if my car was ready, put on hold while they checked with my service adviser, no not ready. At 4ish pm Ben my service adviser called me to ask why I hadnt responded to the text messages with estimates for extra services. By then they said my car wouldnt be ready till the next day. Oil change and brakes should not take two days. Total BS, outright lies, bad customer service.

Very impressed with customer service. Because Brandon Hyundai no longer sells Genesis so we went to Courtesy Hyundai/Genesis. We traded in my 2019 Audi Q8 Quattro for a Genesis Gv80 with Dave Grenke. I waited 2 months for the color my wife wanted. Dave updated us every week regarding the status of our vehicle being shipped in. Not only did he keep us updated with the eta of our car he also let us know what came in every few days. Once we picked up the vehicle we wanted, Dave stayed in touch with us every other day and we even stopped back in for a refresh on all the features. 5 out of 5 service. If you need a Genesis see Dave!

I had a pleasure of getting my car serviced through Courtesy Hyundai and my service advisor Ben Rivera was great! My appointment was at 9AM and wasn’t checked on until 9:30AM, hence only the 4 stars. Once Ben realized it, he kept me in the loop with my vehicle the entire time. He checked on me multiple times and even tried to get me a rental car if I needed to leave since I had to pick my daughter up by a certain time. They definitely know how to keep their customers happy. I’ll definitely be returning to this location.

The right rear window no longer worked. Whatever part was needed to fix it took almost a month to get delivered Courtesy Hyundai. Tim from the service department kept me informed of the status of the part the whole time. A rental car was offered to me too while we were all waiting for the part. If it hadnt been hurricane season I might have just kept my own car but I didnt want to risk it. Anyway, its really nice to have my car back and the window works great again. Thanks!

I had a great experience here with Juan and Jose. After a few weeks of car shopping at my local dealers in Orlando, and getting my chain jerked around, I finally decided to broaden my search to the Tampa area to get the car I wanted, in the trim level I wanted, and for the price I felt comfortable paying. Juan reached out to me and the negotiation was probably the quickest and most painless conversation Ive ever had with a car dealership. Suffice to say, I made a deal over text, and was driving down to Tampa the next day to pick up my new car. When I got there, I met with Jose, and there was no hidden surprises, and no BS. This place tried to rip me off twice. First time I made an appointment to check my AC and fix it, I made the appointment online and when I got there, they told me it will be 140$ for diagnosing the problem, no place in the website mentions the “diagnosis” fee.Second time they had a coupon for changing braking pads for 99$, I made an appointment online for that a week ahead. 3 hours before the appointment, they call me and tell me my appointment is too late to do the work and I have to come earlier, then they tell me if we do it for 99$ we don’t guarantee the work because it doesn’t include resurfacing the rotors, and suggested paying 199$ instead of 99$ that’s on their website. I know that resurfacing is better when you change pads but it doesn’t cost 100$.Never ever going there. Run from them because they will try to rip you off.

When told my car was going to have to stay longer than expected, he arranged for a car to take me home and come back to deliver to the dealership later on that day. First Class all the way! Every time I take my vehicle to Courtesy Hyundai I have the best car service experience. Jeff is the ultimate professional when it comes to his communication, expertise, and not to mention he’s great guy! He also truly has the customer’s best interest at heart, I had a complicated issue with my vehicle and he worked with me to diagnose and fix the issue at the lowest cost possible. I’ll make is short and to the point.This dealership is incompetent. Our family purchase a 2021 Palisade Calligraphy from courtesy Hyundai of Tampa. Here are the issues we faced. The finance manager forge my signature on documents like warranties and things I never agreed to. I fought them on this for over 7 months until it finally got resolved. The car it self “top of the line” had A few issues from factories and never got a resolved. The salesman never helped me resolved my issues for several months. The manager that replies to the reviews never answered my calls or emails. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to my worst enemy! I will never do business courtesy Hyundai of Tampa ever in my life.Let this be a warning, if you do decide to purchase your next vehicle here and think go sour, just remember this review and the warning I gave.

I had such an amazing experience here at Courtesy Hyundai. I worked with Carlos and it was truly like working with a friend! No heavy sales tactics or pushy sales guys! I met some of the other car salesman and they were extremely nice and helpful. They worked with my financial situation so easily. They made me feel like I deserved any car I wanted. Everything was excellent including the salesman who sold me my car. My biggest concern is I bought a brand new vehicle, but I found a registration to my exact vehicle/ VIN number in my glove box registered to someone else after I took the vehicle home. I was also approved to buy the vehicle with the income that was verified at the dealership, then I was told I need to come back with further proof 2 times so far. I provided my W2 which I was told is acceptable; I was then told it is not an acceptable proof of income. I am still working with the dealership to get everything sorted out. I traded in my old vehicle and put my first payment down, so I am concerned. Additionally, I am a professor and was told I would be out of the dealership in time to teach my class. I was not able to make it to work that day.

My auto concierge arranged for me to meet with Jose when I arrived to the dealership soUpon my arrival I noticed that my vehicle was already up front waiting for me! We were then greeted by a young man named Tyler who had the keys to the vehicle. He did not hesitate to show me the car, answered all of my questions and gave me the keys to take it on a test drive. (He is fantastic) When we returned we were escorted to the manager Jose is also fantastic 🙂 we breezed through the paper work and went off to complete the process with the finance guy. (Please forgive me.. I forgot his name! But he does have snazzy socks!) He was again…. Fantastic! He explained every form in its entirety before I signed and he also explained all of the add on’s in detail, he also did not blurt out the prices because he took the time to write them down. I paid and received my keys!! Tyler escorted us back outside to my vehicle, took me over all the in’s and out’s of the vehicle before we departed and I liked that. My experience was phenomenal and I thank you all. This has not been an easy process for me due to undesirable experiences with other auto dealerships in the area. Less than desirable experience. I sent my wife there to get an oil change on our new Santa Fe. When she got there the greeter came out and asked for her name and appointment reason then immediately told her they wouldn’t be able to help her with our vehicle. When asked to explain she was told the vehicle wasn’t “conditioned” so they wouldn’t do an oil change for her. Confused by this term she asked what it meant and was brushed off and was told she can leave the way she pulled into the bay. She Still trying to process what is happening he then continued to say things like “I have faith in you to back out and not hit anything”, “ you can do it” and “good job”.So definitely not the way to handle a situation like that. And letting my wife felt pretty insulted and belittled by someone who is going to be the first face you see in your company is not a good image.Fast forward a few days I returned with my vehicle a genesis. Hyundai’s “luxury” brand for service and did not receive a better experience.I had a 8am appointment, showed up at 7:45 and then proceeded to wait until 8.35 before they came back to take my car. Meanwhile I watched them great and take at least 8 cars before me. Needless to say not a great experience and a poor representation of the brand. You can’t expect to be a luxury brand and have mediocre service.Needless to say I won’t be back. We’re new to the area so this is our “new” Hyundai. But looks like we will be driving back to our “home” dealership a hour away from now on.Also do expect to hear anything back if you have a problem. Left two voicemails in regards to my wife’s experience and haven’t heard back and it’s been a week now.

Courtesy Hyundai service department has to be the worst dealership service center I’ve had the unfortunate displeasure of ever interacting with, hands down! Communication is nonexistent between the service center for both customers waiting onsite for service and those who choose to drop off their vehicles and wait for repairs.On October 14th, I received a message from Jordan stating the part for the liftgate of my 2021 Palisade, that I’d been waiting on for a while was in, and I can schedule a service appointment to have it fixed. So I went online and scheduled an appointment the same day for the next available, October 26th at 7:20 AM.On the day of service, I spoke and handed my car over to Ben around 7:20 AM, and he said he would be in contact about updates and when my car would be ready. Shortly after leaving the dealership, I received a text from Ben letting me know I could text him back on this number if I had any questions.1:49 PM rolls around, and I haven’t heard anything regarding my vehicle status. I texted the number, and Ben reached out from asking for an update and an estimate of when my car would be ready…no response.3:10 PM, still no word about my vehicle or response to my previous message.4:49 PM, after not hearing anything back from the messages I sent or anything at all from Ben regarding my vehicle status, I called up to the Courtesy Hyundai service department…no answer. So I sent Ben a 3rd message.5:30 PM, the service department closes at 6 PM, not a single word regarding my car since I dropped it off at 7:20 AM, no replies to my messages and unanswered phone calls, I got a ride to the Courtesy Hyundai service center. When I arrived, I spoke with the service department manager. After searching the system and communicating with the parts department, he notified me that the part had not yet arrived and apologized that Ben didn’t inform me of this while my car sat there for 10+ hours!If this were an isolated event, I would have a little more understanding. But this is the 4th instance where this service center has demonstrated a complete communication breakdown with me as the customer. Also, each time this has happened, it’s been with a different individual, which takes a particular person out of the equation too! Therefore, Courtesy Hyundai has failed me as a customer, and I would not recommend having your vehicle serviced here!**FOLLOW UP**Contacted by Debra from Courtesy Hyundai customer service the next day. She apologized and promised she would personally reach out to me on 10/29 which was the ETA date for the part ordered and arrange concierge service to have my car picked up for the repair. Its 11/1 and I still have not heard a single thing from anyone at Courtesy Hyundai...

The internet manager assigned to me via email had a pretty unprofessional tone in her emails, not using proper punctuation or capitalization, including “!!” at the end of every sentence, and skipped over my questions where I had to ask a second time to get an answer to said questions. Due to this, I opted out of purchasing from this dealership. Please train your employee(s) to be professional when dealing with consumers, as professionalism goes a very long way. It felt like I was dealing with a very excited 14 year old.

I bring my car to diagnostic for issues in the electrical system and they found the problem and repaired the same day and very fast and with a good quality, I can notice the difference right away I start driving my car,I had to said thank you to Jeff the adviser that care me that day with his professional service, the way that he explained whats going on to the car and my options I felt very comfortable and very happy with the results, Jeff is super good and really this is the place that I will come back to service my car in Tampa.

When I arrived I was greeted by someone in the service department who said I could not walk-in & the next appointment would not be until Monday/Tuesday. My service department experience was great they were able to accommodate me immediately and service my vehicle within a short timeframe. Jeffrey was my service advisor & he provided great customer service.The reason why I’m rating this two stars is because the gentleman in parts with the first name “Jason” who refused to tell me his last name was extremely rude and unprofessional! My son gave him my car key to change the battery & he returned the key broken & falling apart! He showed absolutely NO remorse & definitely needs to be reprimanded for being careless & disrespectful to customers! His exact words “so what do you want to do about it!” With complete hostility and aggression! I told him I wanted to speak with a supervisor he brought out a gentleman by the name of Eric Brown who immediately defused the situation by taking responsibility & addressing my car key issue. He was able to repair the key & alarm remote & did so with the up most respect & he even apologized for his rude co worker.5 stars ⭐️ for Jeff & Eric Excellent service guys 👍0⭐️ For Jason which is in the image attached. (since he wouldn’t provide me with his last name, I took his picture) as you can tell from the expression on his face he could care less about about his actions & had the audacity to try to charge $300 for a new key! The sales people were nice but everything else wasn’t so great. I like the fact the finance manager didn’t pressure me on my decision to buy and even gave a day to think it would over. However when got back the next day they had my file as dead sale and assigned me a new salesman. From that point on I felt disrespected though the whole sales process. I don’t think I’ll ever come back to this dealership in the future

I preface this review with the fact that I did show up to my service appointment about 30 minutes early and the one of the service associates gladly started my appointment despite not being the person I was assigned to. I was told for an oil change and tire rotation it would be about 90 minutes. I ended up waiting 3 hours without any update on the status of my vehicle. When I got to my vehicle, the service technicians left their trash, paper foot cover, and plastic seat wrap still in my vehicle. Overall, I could have had a more quicker and more satisfying experience taking my vehicle to jiffy-lube or pep boys.

Made appointment to have car serviced for the first time, I purchased it from this dealership. Car came with a maintenance contract.Walked in at 9:45 for a 10 am Appointment. Was told the oil change and tire rotation would take 1 to 2 hours. Then told it would take another 1 to 2 hours. Told that my appointment was not for service it was to meet with the service writer to let me know when the technician could work on the car. Left with the car at 3:00 and nothing was done. Waste of time and I would like what money was worked into the contract for 3 years of maintenance.

No care for a persons time. Was asked to show up to see the car I finalized the price on. Reached within 30 mins of being contacted by the sales person and car was not there (just looping me around the parking out to find the car). The car was either never there or the sales rep was not competent enough to check if vehicle was available. No apologies or anything. I understand the car market is in its all time high but seriously?? Take your business elsewhere, where they value your time and are professional enough to apologize for their mistakes. What a joke!

This has been the worst service ever.My headlight was never looked at. We I got home and headlight was not not coming off, I took out headlight to find connector is melted.2 repair was the driver latch. Only to notice the next morning that there is a piece missing on my drivers window.3 repair was the gas latch. It was closed and I would have to pull the emergency open in the trunk to open. They never called to tell me part was on pack order and that the had left the door flapping. Who does that.Not to mention a 5 point inspection was not done because my Windshield fluid was not topped. It’s almost empty. I was stranded yesterday and had to purchase yesterday if they had done a 5 point inspection they would have noticed that as well. Now Thursday I have to take time out of work to have these thing corrected. Costing me a days pay to get this resolved which I had scheduled 2 week in advance.I have been going there since I moved here 3 years ago. I have spent lots of money there and have never been so mad at the since I received.

I brought my car in to get a paint chip fixed. I made an appointment with the body shop and there was a lot of confusion and miscommunication in the beginning leading to frustration. When I connected with Tim Hernandez, I felt at ease that I would be taken care of when I arrived. Tim went out of his way to help me out and facilitate the process in a way that made my life easier. I’m glad I was able to get Tims help! Next time I’ll want to work with Tim directly and have him be my representative.

After the sales price was agreed on, I decided to make the 9 hour drive and was ensured the vehicle would be available. First I need to state that the trading of my car in and purchase as a first time buyer of Hyundai was 5 STAR! The process was simple, streamlined and efficient! The 1 Star is because I got a call approximately 6 weeks later from the lender of the car I traded, asking for a partial payment. The lender stated a check for payoff was sent but then payment on the check was stopped and I was still responsible for the loan....WAIT WHAT?!? I also HAD a $450 credit due to paying my payments in advance that I lost due to the payoff not being made in a timely manner. Called the dealership several times before I got anyone, finally figured out who the manager was to email. I sent an email to the manager explaining my concern etc and he just copied my email to someone else asking them follow up. No “I am sorry for any inconvenience, we will get this resolved” No Nothing! Just forwarded my email. I waited 24 hours with no follow up AT ALL! I then emailed again asking for the resolution to this issue....again no response. On the third day I emailed AGAIN with no response. Still working on the outcome, but this side of my situation was HORRIBLE customer service! I normally would never post a review unless it’s good, but this has been extremely overwhelming as anyone could imagine. I love my Hyundai, but if you are trading and need payoff on your vehicle MAKE SURE you follow up!

I am very pleased with my vehicle purchase a G70. BUT, service is another story. I purchase last year and sale reps informed of the valet service, which I opted for.Now coming up on my first service, I have called 4 times over the last 3-4 weeks. I am told a different department has to schedule and will contact me. I stopped by and the service rep was like well I can try to get you in now I told him I couldn’t wait and he replies, “it’s only a hour and half or so” completely neglecting my time. I am STILL waiting on a callback from that department as they also did not have any appointment times that would work for me with a loaner car.

This was not as good of an experience as I wouldve liked. I was quoted one price over the phone for services and it was more in person and I couldnt get everything I needed to done. When I dropped my car off, no one barely spoke or made eye contact with me. I had to go up to the person that was servicing my car and he was very short with me. Then they had a salesperson whom I thought was someone helping me with services to my car take me to the sales side to try and sell me a car in exchange for mine, telling me about my warranty running out but getting top dollar for it and I figured if people are willing to pay for it, why dont I just keep it? It was a very weird experience.
