Found a deal on autotraders at Autohouse for a Nissan Versa 2015 with 75,000 miles for $6995. interior exterior were in good condition. Engine looked clean. It was being sold as a consignment. Will was the salesman at the time and was very professional. Ben finished the sale and was very helpful and knowledgeable. Only problems I found were passenger side front tire tread was low, extremely low on oil and had a serpentine belt that was very dry rotted. But you know what Nick the owner really took care of me he got that car in and replaced the belt within 30 minutes. They have Awards all over the wall in CarGurus for the last 4 years for top rated dealer and they really showed me why. Thanks Nick and fellas at Autohouse!!

I just bought a 2001 Jeep Wrangler from Autohouse LLC. In Tampa. Trey and Nick were great! I stopped by to look at some Jeeps that I saw on their website. When I got there Trey showed me this 2001 burgundy beauty. I needed to trade in my 1985 Mercedes Benz before I could get a Jeep. I’ve been wanting a Jeep for sometime but could not keep the Mercedes and Jeep. Nick came by my house, looked at the Jeep, took it for a ride and we agreed on a price for both the Jeep and Mercedes trade in. The whole process was so pleasant and easy. I bought a car out of state and was very happy with the experience. Nick answered all my questions, provided extra photos and sent some videos. After agreeing to a price on the phone and putting down a deposit, I flew down to pick up the car. Nicks cousin Scotty picked me up from the airport and opened up on a Sun so that I could purchase the car and drive home. Once I arrived, the car was cleaned by Trey and was looking great. There were no surprises inside or out, nor on the test drive. After a successful drive, I handed over the money and Trey took care of the transaction. I am very pleased with the level of service and professionalism I received from the guys at Autohouse. Didnt even make it through the door... on Monday December 16th I had reached out to Autohouse LLC prior to this date in regards and availability to a 2008 Toyota Camry I had never gotten a response through via Facebook message so I went ahead and called the business the business salesman Nick stated that the car was indeed available and that has been there for weeks now and that they were slow this month due to holiday the car has been on their lot since October I had stated to Nick that I would make an appointment to come see the car at 1 sharp on Wednesday December 18th I had even reached out to him via message saying that I was very interested and had cash in hand my wife even messaged them and asked if the car was interested and they also responded back saying yes it was I then receive a call from an eight one three number that I did not recognize this morning around 10:30 p.m. so I missed the call then I receive another call around 1:30 in a text message around 2 p.m. on Tuesday December 17th from Nick stating that he had sold the car Im barely highly upset with the situation because I feel like Ive been spit in the face and screwed over in a sense because I have been messaging for days now and even called and was serious and stated that I had cash and was very interested in coming and taking this car for a test drive and definitely making an offer on this car they then proceeded to just call me and let me know via text that they sold the car and sold the car out from under me even though I had an appointment set if this salesman even cared about any of his customers or potential customers online he would have let me know immediately since I was the first person to call about this car that somebody else is interested in seeing it that would have made me instantly come and get this car because me and my wife have been looking at other cars and havent found the right one but when I seen this car I knew for sure that I would definitely be interested and was serious about buying this car with cash I even mentioned this to Nick multiple times and he pressured me that the car was definitely definitely available and the car has been there since October so what are the chances of him selling the car out from under me in 1 day after Ive already called about the car and set an appointment to see it I honestly feel disrespected and I feel like this is not a professional business if theyre willing to screw over customers and potential customers and not even reach out to them letting them know that theres other people interested in this car Nick certainly made it seem like this car has been there for a while and that nobody was really interested in the car especially this month since its Christmas almost when I set the appointment on Wednesday for one he made it seem like that was a great time if he knew that somebody was coming to see the car he should have let me know and warn me immediately since Im only 30 minutes down the road instead he aloud another customer to call after the fact that I set an appointment that lives all the way in Orlando to come out and check out the car without even letting me know he could care less about potential customers he allowed somebody to buy the car out from under me I feel very very disrespected. Reached out Sunday but my business wasnt good enough so they set another apt in front of mine and sell the car from under me after asking for availablity since Sunday. Nicks excuse was how am I suppose to take anyones word I get that! But how many peiple call u 3 times and talk to you about the car and message u on Facebook 6 times? Telling u very interested and have cash in hand? Bad bad business and this place is super desperate thats why they screwed me and dont care about online sales. My word meant nothing to him typical salesman out for a quick sale willing to screw anyone!

I purchased a car from Autohouse at the end of October and cannot say enough good things about my experience and this business. I live over 600 miles away, and found the vehicle online through Cargurus. Nick (the owner) suggested we do a facetime walk through to get a closer and more accurate look at the vehicle than the photos show before making the trip to test drive and see it in person. I ended up purchasing it and came away with a car in better condition than I realized (found out the timing belt and water pump had been replaced by previous owner).Nick is an honest business person and it would be hard to find an individual with more integrity.
