Terrible would not recommend. Cars are horrible and over priced. Sold me a truck with a bad engine with a rear main seal leak which I spent 900 to replace for the engine to turn around and go out please tell the whole story and you guys did not help me with a dollar for repairs but thought you were going to get my money yea right !

Worst service ever they sold me a faulty truck with lots of work needed but didnt let me know. They sold it to me telling me nothing was wrong with it but Ive had to put more into it than I paid for the truck.

First off I would like to say that I am not the type of person to write a review unless I have had an extremely well or horrible experience. With that being said 13 days ago I purchased a 2016 Nissan Sentra from Gold Motors Auto Group. After only 13 days of purchase the vehicle is no longer drivable due to a bad transmission. I understand that I bought the vehicle as is, so there would have to be replacements and TLC here and there. Since I purchased the vehicle I replaced the Air flow master sensor, brakes, and oil change totaling $400.00. So today when I went into the office to inform the “manager” that the transmission is no good and I cannot even use the vehicle for its intended use of transporting me to and from work he said that he sympathizes with me and there is nothing he can do. I asked if he could please put me in a new vehicle that is drive able and I would pay the extra fees associated with the tag and title he said “no, I can’t do that” nor can he make the 2016 Nissan Sentra drive able again at their expense. They are only offering me free labor. Unfortunately, I cannot afford to buy a transmission and had I known the transmission was bad I wouldn’t have purchased the vehicle in the first place. I am only writing this review in hopes that the next person doesn’t find them self in the situation I am in a car payment with no car. I have contacted the attorney general and will also be contacting the BBB in hopes to get some assistance and fairness in my situation.

These people are unprofessional! I paid all the tax, tag and title fees upfront. I’m 10 days past my 30 day tags expired. I have tried 3x so far to pick up my tags and keep getting excuses. They were supposed to call when they came in, NEVER received a phone call. The “manager” tried to blame be for not coming before the expired when I tried with no results! I’m either out $4,000 or stuck with this truck from here! I’ll be calling the BBB as well as the DMV to report them!

Do not purchase a vehicle from this dealership. They lied about the true condition of the vehicle to include their mechanic. Since purchasing my daughters first car from them we have had to replace so many things that they lied and tried to hide, they even went to the extreme of placing coffee grounds around the fuel pump to hide the smell of the gas leaking from the broken pump. My daughter has tried to call and rectify this many times and every time they have some excuse or say Im sorry I understand how you feel. Poorly run business they dont even know how to reach out to the owner to ensure a consumers complaint can be heard. Do not do business with this dealership they are bad bad news.

If i could put a solid 0 I would! The car i bought was a 2004 Honda Civic..... left the lot with no coolant so got down the road and car started overheating. a few days later realized radiator and a bunch of other stuff was wrong with the car! asked if their mechanic could look at it and he wasn’t available so took it to my own. After a month and a half of owning it I’ve found more problems such as the whole assembly to the fuel pump which they tried to hide the smell with coffee grounds.

Had to give one star to rate. On Channel 8 Tampa. Lady bought a car from them for $7800 total. The odometer had been tampered with. The vehicle caught fire three hours after leaving the G&D lot. She had her fifteen month old son strapped in a car seat in back.With her car burned to the ground they tried to blame her. They told her to file an insurance claim and give them the cash.Sadly she most likely could have gotten a good used, older Corolla from a Toyota dealer at a better deal. Perfect car for any woman.Stay away from these horrid crooks, thieves and barnyard animals.

Please do not trust them. I visited them many times. Very nice to a single mother of three children. One several disabled. They know exactly what to say. They give a great impression. I bought a car from them a week before Christmas. Cash money that i borrowed. Within 30 min the vehicle broke down. Radiator over headed. Taking into the repair shop the next day. It needed a new motor, Radiator and brakes. They would not even get back with me concerning this matter. Now I am without a car and terrible customer service. Please do not be deceived by their nice charming personalities. Occured December 17, 2012

After waiting over a month, I was told that I would have to go to my local motor vehicle office and get it.. its like pulling teeth with these people...oh well! You live and learn. If i could give a zero I would! I got a used Honda Civic that was 2500. I put 1300.00 down and made 2 payments of $100. Drove the car for literally 3 weeks and the transmission went out. They did not offer to fix and replace the car so I told them they could pick it up. I told them I was a single mother who needed reliable transportation and of course they tell you anything. No one cared or did anything. You have to expect that these companies are scam artist and dont care about best interest of people who work hard! Will be reporting this to the BBB. DO NOT GO TO THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!

These people sold me a Chrysler 300 with a completely bad motor and apparently the owner and the sales associate Chris are dodging my calls and not showing face. DO NOT EVER BUY A CAR FROM HERE. I will update if any of them crooks get back to me. ..Or my attorney. And if they need info on him I will b more than happy to assist. Already called the better business bureau... You guys are horrible .Disgusting people.

Within two weeks the 2005 Ford Mustang purchased broke down. These people did not care and actually stood around with the face of knowing this was going to happen. It appears they cover up the cars defects just to get the down payment and then when you return with the problems they just keep saying no refunds. The first paper they give is the no refund for deposit and tell you the payments are going to be 50 a week then they changed and stated the finance fees have to be paid first making the payments over 300 every 2 weeks! Never knew this to be correct process for buying a car as the fees are usually added into the final cost. I believe the practices of these people are fraudulent and misleading. I pray they get exactly what they deserve. People work too hard for there money for these crooks to take advantage of them. Remember every dog has his day so I please prepare for your KARMA because Im sure it will come to you one day. Too all that was scammed by G&D auto sales my heart goes out to you.

This place is horrible. I didn’t even get to use my car a full week before I had to bring it back for AND pay for a new alternator. Then I went back to pick it up and another problem just miraculously appeared when I showed up, and had I driven it off the lot I would’ve had to pay for another replacement part. It’s been 6 days since and still no car. Even when I begged to trade it out or just get a temporary replacement, they said there was nothing they can do. This place is just sad. Don’t waste your time nor your money.

Ive been with G&D for over a year now... I have a 2007 Hyundai Elantra... Never had a problem with my car until now and I purchased my car February 2015. My car runs great, no problems at all except for one and the mechanic and staff went out of their way to pick up and tow my vehicle and repair it. As far as payments and we all fall on hard times.. They have been understanding and worked around those issues until things were caught up. I see a lot of negative feedback but my experience has been a wonderful one. Im thankful for everyone there and I was recommended through a friend of mines in which she still has her vehicle. Thanx everyone at G&D auto for being a blessing and understanding. I will definitely purchase another vehicle through your company.

Well I went there to buy a Bmw 328i and the car had some problems when I test drove it. I got back to the dealer ship and talked with the manager Jose and he said so what do u think I told him the car ran rough that there was no oil in it and the a/c was not working he said they would fix it. So so 4 days go by and they told me they fixed the car and they were putting the new AC condenser in so it would be ready for me to come get it in one hour so I get up there 2 hours later and the car was not even ready yet so I wasted my time driving there again car was ready to pick up 3 days later. I bought the car after a test drive again but the AC was not fully working still and I told him that but every thing else seemed like it was fixed on the driving part of the car until after I bought the car and drove it home jumped on the highway and the car started to act up again like the coils were miss firing like before when I first test drove it. Its been almost 3 weeks now that I been waiting to here from a manger or owner and they will not get back to me about what was done to the car and also my insurance company told me the car has a rebuilt or savage tittle to it so pissed .

The worst car place in Tampa you can ever go to. When you get there they try to be all nice and friendly acting like they care but in the end they really dont. They just want your money. I beg please everyone in Tampa Florida to never go to this place. Its for your own safety. Youre going to regret it so much. I bought a car there and within an hour the car broke down. Fluid started leaking from the transmission and they said that it was my fault due to bad driving. Ive driven from 4x4s to 2 door bmws, automatic to manual transmission and theyre really going to give me that bullshit that oil from the transmission started leaking due to bad driving. It doesnt matter how bad of a driver you are transmission fluid isnt going to leak just because youre a bad driver. I go the next day to return the car and the guy told me I have to do it with the other guy & how funny That other guy didnt even come into work. The next day I go and that other guy tells me no its not me you have to talk to the other guy. Basically sending me around in circles so I can waste time. Then when I ask them if I can return the car because I dont want a car that broke the same day I got it not even an hour later they said no. And then they said yes but they wouldnt return me a dime that I put down on the car. $2,500 for a car that only started to work for an hour?i told them that Im 17 Im started college in 3 days why am I going to be paying $200 a month for a car that broke down the first day I got it while I got other expenses now that I have to worry about. Lol bullshit. Scammers. Dont waste your time here thats all I gotta say

Stay away from this place, this is a scam, scam, scam, they are the worst car dealers in the entire city of tampa florida, if you want to waste your money and your credit then go them, otherwise steer clear, I attempted to purchase a 2005 ford mustang on 08/27/15 I returned the vehicle back to the dealership today 09/28/15 not even 30 days later, First, the vehicle needed a timing chain and the dealer said it needed transmission mounts, I had my mechanic fix the timing chain and transmission mounts 800.00 repair, then it started to run hot, I took it back to the dealer he said I needed a radiator cap, turns out it needed a reservoir, 100.00, then a couple of days later the transmission started to slip, I took it back, they overfilled it with transmission fluid which stopped the slipping for a few days, then transmission started to act up again, he said he would pay half of transmission, but I had to go to their mechanic, so I relunctantly agreed to this, because I was so deep into this, while I was saving money to repair transmission, the radiator begin making a hissing sound, I took to my mechanic and he said radiator is dying, and would have to be replaced. So within 30 days the radiator, transmission, and timing chain broke. Car was a lemon, unfortunately florida doesnt have a lemon law and the car was purchased as is. If I were you I would go somewhere else, these guys will not fix your car, they will smile in your face, shake hands and lie all at the same time. Do not go here, go somewhere else, anywhere else, because I am now out of 2500.00 total and I dont have a car. My first red flag was they were speaking English to me but Spanish to each other, my second red flag was I put 1500.00 down and then he told me that I would have to pay sales tax before financing the car when normally the sales tax is financed, 3rd red flag was the older guy Juan or Jose I can remember his name, but his jokes, and constant flattery was off pudding.
