I had a really great experience with Jared over at Volvo Cars Tampa! I had been shopping around for a few weeks for an XC40 lease and contacted a handful of dealers. Jared was very polite and helpful, and did a great job following up without being pushy or annoying. We had very little back and forth, I told him exactly where I wanted to be, and he made it happen. We were able to do 90% of the deal from my house, and when I got there my new car was fully cleaned, had a full tank of gas, and was ready to go. I was in and out of the dealership in less than 45 minutes, including setting up Volvo On Call, and doing all paperwork with the finance office. There were no games, no bait and switch, and no surprises. The finance manager was great too, and didnt pressure me into anything I didnt need. He was easily able to explain everything I was signing and didnt waste any of my time. The second I sat down, he was ready to go. It was the easiest car buying experience Ive had yet.

Easy experience from start to finish. I saw the exact used car I had been looking on their website and messaged Volvo of Tampa to confirm it was still available. They promptly responded and I went in the next day for a test drive. I was in and out of the dealership with the car in less than 4 hours and so far no issues with the vehicle.

Kenny in sales was excellent, finance was excellent, the car was as advertised and very clean, and had the service/parts dept managed to offer a tow hitch for less than $1800 (uhaul installed is $475) I’d have been 100% satisfied. I’d have paid a premium for the convenience as I need the hitch, but that markup for a customer paying asking price for a car is absurd. Overall excellent experience, however.

I had a great experience working with Lakish and Jon for the purchase. I didn’t want to spend a significant time at the dealership - they worked with me ahead of time to firm up numbers, had the car waiting for me when I arrived, and moved things along quickly while there. Traveled from Jacksonville to purchase a pre-owned 2020 Lincoln Aviator that came in on trade. George sent all of the pictures and info we requested before the vehicle even hit the lot. I leased my 2020 S60 about a year ago from George Wilson, and the entire process exceeded my expectations. George assisted me over the course of a week while we found the perfect car. He was patient and knowledgeable, which was exactly what I needed since I was leasing for the first time. I will certainly be back for my next Volvo.Fast forward to today, Ive had the car for about 12 months and its been in a few times for some anticipated services. They offer a service thats included with a lease called Volvo Valet that makes any maintenance appointments stress-free. A service technician will drive to your location at a set date/time with a loaner vehicle for you, then they will take your car back to the dealership for its appointment. The entire time they are in possession of your car, a service advisor will keep you updated via text. Ive been helped by Ron Nathanson on several occasions, hes great. When the service appointment is complete, your service advisor will arrange to have a technician meet you with your vehicle and to take back the loaner.If youre in the market, this is the dealership you want to do business with.For anyone interested in the car itself: the S60 is absolutely fantastic. If you want a sedan that is sporty, functional, AND luxurious... look no further. Not to mention how good looking it is.

We live in Panama City Beach and Tampa was a last resort being a 6 hour drive for us. We tried to deal with both Pensacola and Tallahassee Volvo dealers and we were basically told to kick rocks. I brought 2019 Volvo XC 90 ($64 K price) from this dealership. I put 33 percent down payment, reset of the amount I financed from them. The Volvo finance department collect all interest first and fooling us. Please stay away from their finance dept.This dealer service technician and the service managers are not loyal.The people around them are left handed, They dont have no knowledge how to maintain or repair the vehicles. They damaged my XC 90 while I left in their shop for recall and annual maintenance.Fox please be smart and stay away from troubles.This dealership not even deserved one star.

The Volvo repair service by far the best. We had Raffe who was extremely professional and kind. One thing led to another thing that needed to be repaired. In the end, we had to leave our car for a few days. We were given a XC60 courtesy car, a much newer version of ours. It was absolutely beautiful. We could continue with our schedule until our car was ready. Raffe made us feel special. It was an easy, special experience. I hope in the near future we will be able to purchase a new Volvo.

We went into the dealership after having a long day looking at cars. We immediately fell in love with the Volvo s90 after a test drive. Cant say enough about the great service here. From the men who deliver the loaners to the service staff to the unpushy but helpful sales staff, everyone is completely professional and knowledgeable. For a recent repair (recall of seat belts), diagnosis of other problems was thoroughly and clearly explained, work completed quickly, and car even washed! Whole operation v much recommended.

Nice and friendly staff, the only reason I give 4/5 stars is because the location is a bit small and there was some confusion on a hold for a used car. While we ended getting the used car, we had to wait about 2 hours and hope the people looking at it before us didnt purchase it. This, after we had emailed a salesman days before to hold it so we could drive 3 hours to the location to see it. Otherwise, decent dealership

MOST dealerships would’ve been so weird about it and made it a bigger deal than it really was (which i get, light set, could actually be something actually failed within the system), but without hesitation, it was pulled back into the shop and cleared after they documented it (to cover their bases)had me on my way in less than 30 minutes and i couldn’t be any happier with this service team. sadly enough, the way the dealerships used to be. still looking out for that survey from volvo in my inbox! thanks again guys

Seriously guys, this is not a paid ad. I’m a legit customer, and had to deal with a several dealerships when I was shopping for a Volvo for my partner. I had originally contacted my local Volvo dealership, and I had the misfortune of dealing with a particularly nasty manager. So, I began to look elsewhere. I dealt with dealerships across the Southeast US. When I finally reached out to Volvo Tampa, particularly Amber and Jon, they were incredibly phenomenal. Amber offered me an amazing deal, beating my local Volvo dealership by $2-3,000. Once we all settled on the price and the specifics, they sent all of the documents via email so we could sign them, and agreed to meet my partner at the airport to bring him to the dealership. The car was immaculate, and within an hour of arriving, he was driving back home with the new Volvo. I’m usually a big BMW customer, myself, but after seeing both the quality of Volvo and experiencing the amazing service of Volvo Tampa, I may, in fact be going back to them in a year or so when my other car is ready to be replaced. Great Volvo Certified Used Car buying experience. Due to COVID and physical distance we did most of the purchase virtually; we only saw the car when we arrived to pick it up. I read the paperwork carefully so there were no surprises (you should read it carefully too!). Everything with the deal and car was as described. Even without a test drive, we found the vehicle was in great shape and everything worked perfectly. Sales and finance people (Jon and Lakish) were capable and efficient.

Both the Finance & Insurance person are the Sales manager came to Volvo Cars of Tampa from Pittsburgh, PA six months ago. We live in Orlando but drove to Tampa to get our vehicle just because of PJ ! Orlando Volvo was the worst to work with . We went into our new car purchase not knowing what to expect. We shopped on the internet, located the vehicle we thought we wanted, and sat back to see what happened. Our first contact was with Jared. He set up our test drive and answered our questions afterward. We described the exact car we wanted and, when the dealership didnt have it, Jared found it at an out-of-state dealership. We were told it might take two weeks for delivery. It took four days. We just purchased a new XC90 from out of state and couldnt be happier with our experience. We live in North Carolina and had a difficult time finding the exact color combination with all of the features we wanted, until we found out this dealership had an exact match. We worked with Jon Molek and he made this process seamless and as easy as possible! We were able to quickly come to a fair deal on the car and felt very well taken care of. There is a certain level of trust that you need to have when purchasing from out of state, and we felt this was satisfied throughout experience with Jon.
