I love this store BUT I DO NOT love how they judge and treat people. I myself have had them do it to me and MULTIPLE people i know. To the point that we all wont ever return to this store again. We may try another hobby lobby but if its like this store then we will shop at Michaels n never return. My average reciept is 180$ n my friends is close to that. I know that may hurt sales. They really should be much more open and accepting of different kinds of ppl. They make you so uncomfortable.

I was amazed by how much stuff they have. And the great prices. But the staff was very rude and offensive. I was asked to take my purchases to the register before I was even done shopping. The rude worker acted like I was doing something wrong. And when I said I was offended and almost in tears she just said oh well. Never again will I shop there

They have the usual craft and art supplies, plus a very nice selection of furniture. Many of the wall hangings are of a spiritual or religious nature. All are very positive, uplifting. Good prices.

There isnt a Hobby Lobby close to me....so when I have an appt in Tacoma I like to drop in to Hobby Lobby. Im always inspired to create. They seem to have great sales running simultaneously throughout the store. Store is clean and a pleasant shopping experience.

LOVE this store. They have the biggest and best selection of art supplies and much more but thats what I go there for and the best brands plus huge discounts all the time on their top brands!! Its hard to navigate sometime because they have so much but their staff is super knowledgable and even small items they have known where to direct me. If youve got a hobby of any kind check them out if you like quality and good deals for sure!!

Have only been there once and it seemed like a good store. Not a big arts and crafts guy so I dont have the knowledge base to say anymore.

No more coupons? Thats kinda lame, I get the covid problem but my wife was pretty miffed about her coupons being discontinued. We go in to buy stuff to decorate our front porch for each season but I guess we will just order from Amazon from now on.

They have Darn near everything anyone thats into crafts and hobbies, would ever need. However it truly sucks that they offer no coupons what so ever. On the plus side they do tend to put certain Brands on sale upwards of 50% off.

A large assortment of products for arts and crafts. I was particularly pleased that they have a few things for rock tumbling, not like Thumblers Tumblers but, its ok for the general stuff. I found none of the Italian or Japanese quality brushes or sables that I prefer for oils. The canvases Also left something to be desired. Artificial flowers in Abundance, along with a million other pre made obects de Arte with which to decorate the house.

Love Hobby Lobby. The staff is always great and they usually have what I need. It is the only place in town to get good hobby stuff like airbrushed and airbrush paint and proper CA glue.

Has a great selection of items. Went looking for picture frames, reasonably good selection.

Even though I am a dude, I totally love this place! There is actually a little bit of everything in this store from small furniture to upholstery fabrics to bearclaw toilet paper holders. No matter who you are, you can always find a little something in here for any need. Their signs are particularly pleasing and they have literally like a thousand options. I would definitely recommend a walk through if youve never been!

First time here. Oh...my....goodness. If you want to decorate this is the place to go. Every decoration with every theme! The prices reasonable. Lots of sales .

I always want to grill the employees here about their health care insurance because of the propoganda in the media but I manage not to and still have a great time here!

My sister in law was doing her job today for door dash to deliver some flowers to a employee at this Hobby Lobby a(Christian religious place) and was verbally attacked and chased out of the store while being threatened to have said flowers THROWN AT HER AND HER CAR OF SHE DOES NOT TAKE THEM BACK!! Who asks like this????Im so confused? Im guessing there is some sort of a personal problem with the folks whom ordered the flowers to be delivered, but the Door Dash and the delivery folks have no idea what this is or any aspects of said issues!The real way to handle this like an adult without causing problems would have been to quietly accept the flowers the call the police. If you have personal issues do not take them.out on others working and doing a service as they are not aware of your dirty laundry!!Grown up and find Jesus because you really need him. Your actions today were not Christian like and thats embarrassing to say the least!!Had my sister not been at work this would have been a very different experience 🙃 😕

I was trying to just run in and get a few flowers for a photoshoot and ended up falling in love with so many different items me and my sister want to make it a day trip one of these days because they just have so much stuff to go through there loved it

I bought craft paint and paint pens. Prices a little high. Good selection of items I was looking for.

This craft store has EVERYTHING EVERYTHING EVERYTHING you can ever think of and then some more !!!You can fullfill endless creative ideas all the while on a budget !!The prices here are best by far compared to other leading craft stores in the area.I have found items I never even intended or thought I couod or even would find here !Seriously take some time to check them out and be sure to browse literally every single isle because there are SOOOOOO many hidden treasures you can find amongst everything !!I give this store a 10 on a scale from one to ten !Only downfall is they are closed on sundays but to be honest, It really is worth the short wait considering the money you will save and the obvious better quality items thst they carry.

Uninformed staff outnumber the informed, long lines, much of their items poor quality and overpriced or the price is not shown. Witnessed Supervisors/ manager belittling a cashier in front of customers. The Tacoma store does not follow current best practice relating to covid prevention.

They dont honor online prices even if the sku matches

I went shopping for throw pillows here and they not only had what I wanted, they were on sale. I appreciate the fact they are taking Covid seriously and require masks. Under more strict conditions, they even keep a head count of people in the store. I appreciate that.

Hobby Lobby is a great store with great products at great prices. You can find products here that you just cant find anywhere else. I especially like their Christmas selection (really great Christmas decorations) which always seems to be marked down at a 50% off reduced price. In addition to their vast current product lines they also carry what I would call an old-fashioned style of home-based decorative products. These products, at least to me, are a reminder of earlier simpler times that makes me feel good when I look at them.If you had to compare Hobby Lobby to another store I would say that Michaels would be the closest one, although, there are differences. I recently took a friend to Hobby Lobby who has never been there before and he really liked it a lot, so much so that he is now a regular customer of theirs. So, if you happen to drive by a Hobby Lobby stop in and take a look, Im sure that you will really like it.

The store is always tidy, staff are friendly and helpful. This location is one of my go to craft stores. Great selection of yarn and fabric.

I love Hobby Lobby for the deals and the selection, but the staff is not consistently kind. I get it, Ive worked in retail and the service industry, during the holidays, and during a pandemic. Its hard to be nice to every customer when not every customer is nice to you. But I am nice, or at least I try to be. I dont ask for extra discounts, I dont even always use coupons, and I always ask how the cashier is doing. My expectations are low. All that to say: some of the employees are great, and some of them seem to go out of their way to be rude.

This was a nice, spacious, clean store with friendly and helpful staff. My only gripe with Hobby Lobby is that I wish that they would label their rows, or even their departments. For a guy like me who goes a few times a year, its incredibly confusing and near overwhelming, LoL.

I can always find the best decor here! The sections are well organized and there are always sales going on.

They never have what im looking for. And the staff never seem to know where anything is, when I ask them to help locate items. I work with watercolors, W.C. paperstock & W.C. illustrations. Its all relatively common supplies that Im looking for, so if you like hobby lobby, I would recommend a different location.Also, I am very limited in my mobility, and they have no alternative to the regular shopping cart ( no electric cart for the handicapped), except they have a manual wheelchair with a little cart attached to it, but thats not the same at all and its definitely not feasible when youre alone. If I was with a friend, and they agreed to push me in it, then that might be one thing, however, some of us dont have the upper body strength to carry our own selves around, if I did, then I probably wouldnt need to use anything ever at all really. Its pointless.

Clean, organized, well stocked and always friendly staff. Price and quality cant be beat. Its impossible to leave this store without finding something you just cant live without.

I absolutely love to shop at Hobby Lobby. I always find something and the prices are great.However....the Tacoma Central Shopping center store employs a man to watch for shoplifters that harasses to customers.He follows, he is rude, he rushes and even will engage you in conversation. Rushing you to check out or do what he wants.He then stands and watches you till he can not see you anymore.His presence spoils the experience. He frightens me and I am choosing to shop elsewhere because of him.

I love shopping here but you guys have got to except competitors coupons. I will go to Joanns to get something before coming here just for that reason. Im a seamstress and need stuff every month.

I love how big this Hobby Lobby is. Everything was so beautiful in this store. The only drawback was alot of empty shelves for the Christmas decorations. I was looking specifically for ocean themed ornaments which I have seen and purchased at their other locations. Their ornaments section was disappointing but the rest of the store was great!

I cant stand the employees or management at this establishment!! Both times Ive gone into the Lakewood, WA Hobby Lobby (YES, Ive only been in their TWICE), Ive been treated like a thief and stalked like prey. They have no filter when speaking to their potential customers either. Very poor customer service skills and thats mainly coming from their management. I hope everyone else has a better experience their unlike myself!!

Was hard to find items. Had to basically go through every aisle to find what I was looking to purchase. I think the aisles need signage that is easier to see.

There have been over 10 times Ive come into the store and employees have been crying or management has been racially profiling. This is a disgusting establishment there are few workers there who actually care but none of the management does anything good for the store or their employees

Hobby Lobby is amazing, they truly do have everything hobby and craft related plus more. The warm sweet aroma when you walk in instantly feels relaxing and welcoming. Initially I was going to complain about security following my husband and myself around but it is a job that is needed in such a large place and my husband didnt want a basket for his modeling paint. So he was just carrying them around while I was looking at supplies. Super friendly staff.

Great store for the crafty. Lots of stuff to peruse through, signs to see, furniture to try, art supplies galore. Plenty of storage ideas and holiday trinkets. Fair priced and closed on Sundays. Reminds me of a mix between Michaels and Jo-anns.
