Love going to the store. Just started my hobby and visualizing what I can make with the different leathers. Very addictive hobby. The staff is not pushy, will answer any question and will guide you in making selections for your project. Everything made with Tandy products.

I have been using Tandy leather for nearly 30 years, Always love the company and products. First time in this store as I hadnt been active in the leather crafting world since moving back to the area. But now we are making some Cosplay that will include leather bracers, belts, pouch, and sheath for Link. The staff helped me several times while I was pursing the products deciding on the specific hardware we are going to use. Many different finish options than I remember last time I was in a Tandy store. Use to only have Brass or Chrome, for this time we chose antique Nickle for a subdue look. good options for different leather thicknesses, 7/8 oz is perfect for cosplay rather than the 15/16 oz for actual bracers to take a hit if you are larping/SCA. Glad to see they have thread for industrial sewing machines as that was one of the harder items to find for me lately. The samples for the different dyes were also helpful so I could see what it will look like including with tooling as the details are sometimes hard to judge what it will turn out like. Really wanted to get more photos of inside, will have to remember next time I am in. Thank you.

Lots of selection, knowledgeable staff, really nice leathers and skins. No pressure sales. I wandered around for a good hour and found some things I needed. Be prepared to spend your allowance. Well worth it.

I found what I wanted. I paid way more than I thought I was going to... because of the disorganized price displays around the store. They seem to just throw random rolls of leather around the store, so the price marked is unrelated to the product. However, truth be told, I didnt question the price which rang up. And I seem to have purchased the amount of leather that would cover 1/2 a cow, so the price wasnt bad. Just the marked price was about $60 & it rang up at $150. The leather itself was well treated and the perfect color for my project. The leather maintenance products were well organized, with proper price displays and good prices.

Fantastic assistance with shopping experiences. The manager is very knowledgeable and a plus in helping Kritters Leathers in their business.

I needed leather to make assemble, I wind up buying leather and supplies for making moccasins as well. A wonderful store, I should not be allowed inside.

I have been to this store a few times now and I can say that this place has the BEST customer service! Every time I am there I am greeted at the front door with a smile. The associates come out from behind the counter to ask if you need help finding something rather than yell across the store. It appears the associates love their jobs. They are knowledgeable and always happy to help me find a product or make a recommendation. They have made me a life long customer.

From our first day as a new customer we were treated with respect not as dummies, they didnt have to look it up or ask someone else about a question we had. Great place to do business.

I have visited this store a few times, and they have been incredibly helpful and very friendly, answering all of my many questions. They even stayed open a little later for me when I wasnt going to be there quite in time. I cant thank them enough.

A visit to this Tandys has become a favorite date of ours. Not only is the store well stocked and organized (although small), the customer service we receive from Diane, and everyone, is quite possibly the best I have ever, consistently, received from anywhere!They are often busy on weekends and during sales, but never too busy to help us find what we need or answer our questions.

Other Tandy stores are open around the country but when is the Tacoma and Seattle Washington stores going to open. I like to put my hands on the leather I buy but not being able to see what I am buying is very frustrating when it shows up from their warehouse in Texas .

Tandy is a great place to get quality leather and leatherworking/leathercraft tools. This Tandy is pretty small but well organized and well stocked. They had a great sale on today while i was there that happened to be exactly what we were there for. Some times you get lucky. As with any Tandy its good to stop by regularly to check on sales, you can save a lot of money if you do and plan your projects accordingly.

I went into Tandy Leather to p/u a basic kit to start making dog/cat collars and leashes for my new business.Diana was an AMAZING HELP! Friendly, knowledgeable people.Im going to be doing their classes.

The staff there is very knowledgeable and kind. My biggest peave is when Tandy corporate puts out flyers for clearance sales and the local store does not have any inventory. If you get one of these flyers, call for a stock check first. Diana and her team will help you with whatever leather project you are working on, they are the best!

While leatherworking is hardly a cheap hobby, the staff here has always done their best to make sure Im getting the best bang for my buck for whatever project Im trying to put together. Theyve also been very helpful in their advice on how to accomplish the effects Im looking for.

Lazy girl behind the counter. I stopped by there today to pick up two pieces of leather about ten inches square. First off she was put out due to the fact she had to help a customer. Then after showing me a side of leather big enough to use as a dog blanket. Obviously way to big for my project. She finally took me to the remnants section. They are in plastic bags stapled shut. I couldnt tell if the bag contained enough to do the job. She was not willing to open up the bag to allow me to check out the size. Despite the fact that I could open it with no damage to the package. Walked out in discust... Will never return...
