This place makes me feel creative! They have supplies for all things crafty and my favorite thing is throughout the store they have crafts displayed that people have made to start getting your creative mind working. Plus they group all the supplies for that project together so you dont need to search. I love this place!

Incredible customer service!Ive been trying to figure out how to hang a large print on a floating frame, so when I saw this place I stopped in to see if they might have something. The woman I talked to in the framing area was incredibly helpful! She talked to me about different ways they could mount it, and when I told her I was from out of the area she said she could sell me what I needed and talked to me about how to do it myself. She even recommended an item that they dont carry but found a place online where I could get it, and explained why they dont carry it and what I would need to watch for if I decided to use it. She was amazing, and provided exceptional service in an interaction that ended in a sale of about $15.

This arts and crafts store has all the things you would find at a big craft store. My low rating is a direct response to spending no less than $30 every time I go and having to walk out with a handful of arts and crafts because apparently nobody should need one anymore....lame. $0.25 juicy friend, fine dont give somebody a bag I get that. Over $30 in ticket items. I shouldnt have to ask, for reals. A silver lining is that they actually will price match and maybe even give you a better deal than whats on the tag. I bought some high-dollar watercolor pencils there and got them for half off because theyve never sold a set and it been on the shelf for a while.

Well, Ive lived here in Central Tacoma for 5 years and have always driven by this place. I have just gone to hobby lobby. They are the biggest hobby store around! THEN, a friend of mine had to go there and I tagged along. OMG! I LOVE THIS PLACE! whomever decorated and designed this beautiful hobby store gets a A+! I cant describe...just go!

Over priced items, kitchy. Staff spend their time visiting with their friends and are unresponsive. No leather goods here. Someone listed it as having leather. I searched high and low. Nada.

I always enjoy going in here for the sorts of inventory they have that I cant seem to find anywhere else. This time in particular, I found ice blue 12 gauge jewelry wire. I cut my own jump rings for chainmaille, and this is wonderful!

We drove two hours from Vancouver Wa to shop the Glitter Guy selection. We found the store to be well stocked and laid out. Being male in a crafts store may have triggered a are you lost response. The staff was very kind and attentive as I looked more my glitter feind of a wife. I foresee more treks to visit this shop. If you are crafty and in need of supplies. I hope you give them a try.

EXPENSIVE!They have some item that are unique. Its a fun place to get ideas, but so expensive. I try to find the items on Amazon.com after visiting the store... and they dont havecoupons. I think Tues is their military day.

This is an awesome place to get your hands on some unique craft items. Ive been coming here ever since I was a child with my mom. It was her preferred store when it came to anything and everything Art related.The items that you can purchase here are much higher quality than that of Michaels. Even if you just drop by to take a look they have stunning displays that have always given me a little inspiration.

I went into the store to get a piece of glass for a picture frame. The lady was super helpful and so very nice. Got home and realized I had measured wrong. Took back the next day. The guy in the frame shop couldnt have been any nicer and helpful. I then bought something and the clerk at the front was also as friendly as could be. I left both days smiling. Great customer service!!

Prices here seemed a little high, but the service I was provided made it totally worth it. I went in looking for paint pens for a project but I didn’t know exactly what kind I needed. The associate (who I believe was a manager) walked me to the appropriate section, took the time to discuss my project with me, explained the different types of pens, and made recommendations. Sure, I probably could’ve purchased the pens on Amazon for cheaper. But I’m happy to support a business that provides this level of care. I was impressed that they carry such a wide selection and variety of items. I’ll definitely return here for supplies in the future!

They live in the stone age and cant do debit transactions. Also denied me use of my Visa Debit card because I didnt have my drivers license on me. I was buying a $7 ruler and was denied despite having a bunch of stuff things in my wallet with my name on it.

LOVE THIS PLACE! Cool papers for card making or other crafts, marking pens, unusual and unique fabrics, fun home decorating items (the 2 long claw foot bathtub is adorbs!), poster art! My gosh I could spend at least 3 hours just wandering around.

Decent sized arts and crafts store thats been around for a long time, has a great selection of just about anything crafts-related that you can think of, and lots of things youve probably never thought of too. Only con for me personally is the higher, boutique-ish prices but I suppose thats too be expected at a like this.

Great local place that hosts classes to boot. They have a nice combination of decor and actual art and crafts supplies and I very rarely leave without whatever Ive gone in to find.My only complaint is the prices, and even those are understandable considering the location and situation.

I always find superior service at Artco Crafts. My questions are answered and the particulars of what I need for the projects Im working on are either found or ideas for an alternative are suggested. The service personal have some knowledge of the products and how one might use them. My most favorite aspec, is that I find their selection to be a bit more unique and not so generic as I find in each of the other like type stores that I have to choose from. They also recognize me when I come in even though my visits can be sporadic between them. I recommend Artco Crafts.

It was more expensive than what I am willing to pay. They have an ok selection. They had 3 people working at close time and I was the only customer in the store. I had never been is Artco before so I was taking my name and reading packages. I recently started watching YouTube for ideas and I was pricing supplies. I felt uncomfortable the whole time I was in the store. The employees were following me around the store from a distance. It was really irratating. I dont like to feel like Im being stared at.

When I want to look for some great accessories for my home or just some things for arts n crafts I like this store. They have a tremendous selection and its just fun to walk through the store. I have found each time Ive gone to the store the customer service has been lacking. The employees at the cash registers dont seem very pleased to be working with customers and often if I have a question the answer is very short and curt. Except for one experience, What have asked where to find something Ive never had an employee show me where something was. Ive always left the store feeling like it must not be a very good place to work as everyone seems very unhappy.

I love this store... It is my go to store for anything really. They have it all. All the employees know me so well since I am in the store almost every day for one thing or another. Awesome customer service and just a warm friendly environment. They also have monthly coupons that are usually a pretty good deal.

Best Family Owned Arts & Craft Store in Washington State. Fabulous to work at the store, I know first hand... as I did. Love everything they carry especially the Rubber Stamping and Paper Crafts isles. Now that I have moved back to Tacoma, I will be shopping there for all my needs in crafting.

The frame shop is superlative. Ive worked with several different employees as Ive been getting my cache of artwork protected under glass and all have been very nice to work with, helpful to guide my choices with no pressure, and the work theyve done has all been top-notch.
