These folks really know their stuff! They turned my all-wheel drive CRV into an off-roading machine. Ive been quite surprised how well the CRV handles off-road given its small size and how nimble it is. The folks here did quality work and I couldnt be happier. This has been my go-to place now whenever I have something I need done or have an issue.

I bought a body armor front bumper and had these guys install. Their prices are extremely high ($159)Per hour to install. They priced me at 4 hours to install this bull Bar. I went for it anyways thinking that they are professionals and might do a better and cleaner job than I can. Oh was I wrong. The cut around my bumper was uneven and jagged, my front grille had paint chips because they did not lay it on a soft material when they removed it for the bumper service. This is a brand new truck that’s 2 weeks old. Bolts were not properly replaced in correct spot around fenders. Bolts went into holes that were suppose to be push pin. I paid almost $700 total including taxes for a messy job. I now have to bring it elsewhere for cleanup. I would suggest another place to anyone !!

I ordered a roof rack and new headlight LED bulbs from them. The rack took 3 months to come in (understandable because of Covid delays) but I was quoted 1 month wait time and I had to call weekly for updates, only to be told each time they would get back to me that same day. This was never done and I had to call again the following week.When I went in to have the rack installed, the work was done well by their install guy and quickly enough.However, when I asked about the headlight bulbs, I was told they had ordered the wrong ones. They had 3 months to figure it out and they got the wrong ones! They tried to modify the bulb housing in each headlight to make them fit, which took an hour, to eventually give up and be unable to install new bulbs.They did refund me the bulbs but refused to refund me for the extra hour I spent waiting for nothing. I was told verbatim: “I’m not paying you for your time!” by their checkout lady.They did not offer to get the correct bulbs at a discount either, which I feel would have been fair.I would have liked to return to them for more work on my truck, but because of the lack of follow-through on their word, their incompetence with ordering the correct parts, but more importantly their failure to make things right, I will not be returning.Their install guys are pretty good for basic stuff though.

Ive only been here a few times, but this place is cozy. Make sure you have plenty of money since parts for your truck can be up too $700. But, overall sells high quality items and the owners have a cute dog there which is super friendly, please be nice to her

This place was AMAZING! Friendly, knowledgeable, reasonable and quick. They had it all. We needed a hard cover for our Toyota Tacoma and they knew the best fit AND could get us in right away! Highly recommend this business. 5 ⭐️ service

Ordered a lift, it came in 6 days later, scheduled am appoint to have it installed. And boom truck was ready the following day after dropping it off, great quality work. Gotta love small businesses!!!!

Did not have a good experience with these guys. They talked up their LED headlight kit for my 2021 Silverado 3500. So I paid $300 to get them and they burned out a month after they installed them. And they wouldn’t even partially refund me. Even though he told me that if they have any issues I can come back. All travis wanted to do was sell me more parts. Go somewhere else, these guys could care less if their products suck. Just look at the chevy thats in front of the store, the suspension was ripped out from underneath the truck and its just sitting on the frame. Im sure that was another happy customer. That should have been my first clue not to use these guys.

I needed a small leveling kit on my Nissan Titan after purchasing larger and more aggressive wheels. I searched around for a bit and found these folks about 50 miles from my home. They ordered the parts for me at a great price and quoted me an install at a great price. Came up and got the work done in just a few hours. Super friendly and down to earth staff and you can tell they’re super knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. I plan to buy a canopy cover and upgraded front bumper in the next year and these will be the folks I get it from! Highly recommend!

Not recommended. I spent about $4000 at this shop. Lift, bumper, winch, light bar. This installation was good, but not perfect. A certain small part refused to work. They replaced and fiddled with it many times, saying each time its fixed! and I would go to the parking lot and it still wouldnt work. When I started asking detailed questions about the product, they wouldnt listen. Instead they would proceed to replace it with another defective part. They explained this particular part was notoriously unreliable. Well how about listen when I ask what is the brand of the part you keep installing, so that I may try a different brand? I never did get an answer. I dont like writing reviews like this. I like to talk to people directly, but I could not get anywhere with them.

These guys are amazing. Got a six in lift put on my truck and finished it in a day and a half even with a weird mounting point problem because the dealer I bought my truck from didn’t tell me it had been in a accident before. They immediately came to me with the issue and honesty goes along way at least for me and these guys have got it all. Amazing and can’t wait to keep adding to my build with them. Treated me like family.

Hands Down.... this is the best place to do business with. This company went way over the top to make sure the job was done and done correctly and then some!I got a part from somewhere else and asked this company to put it on for me. My receipt for my order said the part fit my truck, however, after it was inspected by Eric and Jason,(owner and employee) they found it was not the right grille for my truck. Truly not satisfied right now I called there this morning roughly 8 hours ago was trying to get a quote for a front bumper gave the gentleman my information of my make model and year of vehicle and told that I would get a call back. I ended up being in the area working so I stopped by to have the person that I gave the information to could not find it. Then, he asked me if I was there for something else. I felt like I completely wasted my time.

Had them work on our truck, loved them and the work they did.

I want you all to know that these guys ROCK!!I needed a trailer harness an airbags installed on my Jeep Wrangler and the team down at NORTHWEST TOTAL TRUCK walked me through each product over the phone, ordered it and had it installed in just a couple days.. I love this custom truck shop! I have had several upgrades on my truck performed by them. I have always been pleased by their professionalism and honesty. I will always use them for all my custom needs.

I highly recommend this place over anyone else. Do not go anywhere else. Out of all the places that I called, this place seems to be the last HONEST BUSINESS!!!!! My story, I installed some after-market side mirrors myself and could not get the signals to work. I called around and no one would even try to look at it or they would charge me and an arm and a leg just to diagnostic the signals. Northwest Total Truck Accessories is not only the place that would look at it, but they got me in the day I called and they didnt charge me a diagnostic fee. They said since I told them what was wrong and gave them a general idea of what is going on, they would not charge me a diagnostic fee and get the problem fixed. They got everything fixed in about an hour and a half. Turns out my truck wasnt originally wired for signal mirrors, so they had to run all new wiring. I am very happy with the outcome. Staff is very nice and you can tell just by the way they talk to you they care about their product and always put the customer first. If there is anything I am getting done in the future, I know exactly where to go. Northwest Total Truck Accessories.

Was there for a gas tank, light bar, and both bumpers. On my 19 Ford f350. Didnt know what an Titan after axile tank was. laugh at the fact I wanted my skid plates to remain.Mid sentence walk away from me to talk to woman who just walk in. Didnt do my lights or my iron cross bumper and I had my credit card on the counter. Stood there for 3 minutes while they chatted. Finally walk out. I find someplace else for my 7 thousand dollar order on my new 90 thousand dollar truck.Am glad to see this shop is doing so well that they dont need this or any future orders. Or any of my friends with there new Fords.

The only shop I would go to for custom work on my truck. They treat you like family and will actually go through the things you want done without trying to sell you a bunch of other stuff you don’t need. But they will sell it to you if you want it. The owners are great to chat with as well.

Stopped in today and spoke with Mike (installer) about some needed items for my rig. Nice, knowledgeable guy that was easy to deal with. Will definitely be stopping back by later to get situated. Pretty good selection of toppers in stock, plus some goodies on consignment (ladder racks and such). Swing in and say hi if youre needing to outfit your truck with anything from toppers to tonneaus to swing cases and full steel replacement bumpers.

I went to a couple other places (Canopy World, Canopy West) and wasnt impressed with either place. Canopy West has a nice facility and stock, but prices were painful. Then I found NW Total Truck Accessories...wow! Byron is honest, quick, and probably the most accessible guy of any of these places. I got a great deal and you can tell this guy backs what he sells!

They not only did a great job installing my lift, but they offered to let me crash on one of their couches when I told them I got off of a graveyard shift! They even let it be quiet! Highly recommend!

Honestly, if I could leave negative stars, I would. They had a brush pusher listed on Craigslist for a great price. It was informed that is was slightly used but was assured on two different occasions over the phone that it would 100% without a doubt fit my truck and they would be happy to install it for $85/hour if I decided I wanted to wait.I drove the three hour drive on my day off because this seemed like a great deal. Upon arrival, the owner promptly informed me of three things: she had NO IDEA if it would fit my truck, WOULD NOT install it while I waited to make sure it fit and WOULD NOT take it back if I paid for it and found out that it didn’t fit once I got it home.The owner had zero customer service skills, did nothing to make the situation right, snapped at me and her mechanic came across as pretty incompetent. Not to mention the fact that he spent more time outside vaping than working on vehicles. DO NOT DO BUSINESS! I wasted a beautiful sunny day because they didn’t have the decency to spend a few minutes to confirm that this part would fit my vehicle. Clearly, they were way more interested in taking my money than taking care of me as a customer.

They sell and install many of the popular truck accessories. They also sale and service many brands of truck canopies. Really nice folks to deal with and right here in the community.

I had originally given this place 5 stars. That being said...The first time we went to Tacoma to pick up our canopy, it was the wrong color. No biggie, right? They fixed it. We were scheduled to pick it up a week later. Drove back down to Tacoma and it wasnt ready. This was a little more than annoying. We werent even on the book. It took 3 more days and we had to call them to get on their install schedule. So, we got the canopy home and the first thing I notice is the chunks out of the paint, it doesnt fit flush to the truck and the under edge of the canopy was not painted at all, on a green/grey truck. My husband took pictures and text them to the owner, who said he would get back to us. My husband made several other attempts to contact the owner without success. He even tried calling our sales guy at Ford who referred us. We gave up...super disappointed in this dishonest business!
