Friendly and knowledgeable staff. If they dont have what you need they can either order it or point you to who has it

I walked in the shop and greeted the employee but he refused to speak. Poor service

Though well stocked, the staff was rude and unhappy to help. I came in 15 minutes before closing, which I understand is not ideal, but Im getting brake parts, not sitting down to eat. I did not just up and decide to come in before closing, its just how things went, unfortunately. Though treated poorly, I was polite and respectful in return. As amechanic, I deal with customers too, and plenty of times have had to stay late to help one out. As long as they are not rude, I am more than happy to help. Because of this, I will no longer being doing business with Cascade Friction and will be using Commercial Brake in Fife, whom I highly recommend to anyone needing brake parts.

I have read the reviews of the staff being rude but I have been dealing with these guys for over 10 years and have NEVER had anyone treat me poorly. Great place helpful staff and always willing to take the time to help.

Spent more than $1,600 on parts and they didn’t accept ~$35 part return. “Thanks for service”... Some of the workers are unprofessional and rude. That was the first and the last time I buy from them.
