My go to is America’s best contacts and glasses but I was recommended Walmart Vision by a server cause her glasses were really cute and she said the prices were reasonable so I went to go check it out. The woman who helped me did a phenomenal job with the checkout process for my newly chosen glasses, but when I went to pick up my glasses 5 days after I ordered them (which was a good surprise since they estimated a week from ordering) they turned me away even when I went during their open hours. I wish they would’ve informed me that they had specific hours for picking up glasses… My glasses ended up being over $200, so I’ll just keep my business with America’s best.

Ive used this location at least 3 times and had a good experience each time. My last interaction was a call earlier today and I spoke with Wumi. She was kind and very helpful. She had to place me on hold but only for a moment. I would recommend this location.

The doctor is excellent, she is friendly and nice. She gave me and my kids great information about our vision. She went the extra mile making sure I understood everything that she told to me about our vision. The prices are very affordable. I would recommend this doctor to anyone.

They need better customer service I was there for 30 minutes no one approached me they were too busy answering phone calls instead of helping customers!

Used them for years and they could never keep track of my prescription. It was a hassle but eventually after an exhausting exchange of information I was able to get my contacts. I had primarily worn contacts, but needed updated glasses for a back up. I brought my own frames in and was fitted/measured for new lenses for these frames. I hardly wear them so didn’t think anything about trying them out. A year later I got sick and couldn’t wear contacts and wore my glasses for 3 weeks straight only to find out from my New optometrist that I was measured/my lenses were made incorrectly for my vision!

Worst customer service. I went there once to pick up my contacts, waited for thirty minutes. No one asked me if I needed any help. I saw a girl working in the front, she saw me, and didn’t ask me if I’ve been helped or not. One guy working there told me the girl working in the front could’ve attended me. She looked me dead in the eyes and rolled her eyes because she didn’t want to help me. I called to make another appointment and waited about 10 minutes on the phone.

Unfortunately the other reviews are correct. The doctors here are very capable- the staff is incompetent and uncaring. Previously the staff has lost my file, lost my order for contact lenses (it took me 4 months to receive two boxes of contacts), and today I had to wait 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment time for a 3 minute follow up visit.Three strikes and youre out. Skip this place if you value professional service

As a college student, the vision center is not overpriced and not complicated. Dr. Umar and his wife are great opticians and my visit today with him was simple and very quick. He gave me my PD measurement in exchange for this review! ;)

Great experience, Dr Bashir and his staff were friendly and professional. Nydia was very helpful in helping me choose the best option for me based on the insurance I had. Going back!

I love Dr Maria Nguyen and Fatima(not sure if i spelled it correct) These two ladies are phenomenal ! I brought my daughter for her first eye exam due to her failing the screening at school and the took very good care of us! I would highly recommend them your sure to have a pleasant experience.

Doctor kept switching folder after folder. Other customer was here before everyone & the doctor went up to them asking them if they wanted to be attended at this moment if they were in a rush. I made my apt yesterday & they told me to come in today at 11:30. This other lady came in last & they quickly took her in. I asked a lady why she got attended quick & they told me b/c she had a follow up. She told me I came on time & my apt is at 11:40 & my lil brothers is 11:50. She told me this at 11:39 when I had came in at 11:00. It is now 11:55 & I am still not attended. Would not recommend no body to come here !

Ive been wearing glasses for years and I started to come here in past 2 years, if I go there I only ask for Haylie because it seems like she is the one that knows what she is doing and if I see other employees some how they all end up asking her for help..

Will continue to visit this optometrist. Easy to deal with and I can see much clearer!

Look I get that its a Walmart eye center and you shouldnt expect much. Ive been wearing glasses since I was six and Ive never had glasses that have made me feel like I was going crosseyed. When I took the glasses in to them to say that the prescription was wrong they said, well maybe your eyes just havent adjusted. Really?!?!?!?! No honey you guys messed up my prescription. After 60 days you cant ask them to take them back because thats their policy. The least they could do was take them back and fix them, but thats walmart for you.

Messed up my prescription twice and almost damaged my eyes by telling me my bi-weekly contacts were monthly. Don’t waste your money here.

Big thanks to Mr. Vitalis! We came after hours because our son lost his glasses. We told him our problem and he said he would take us because our son needs to see. He was very pleasant and helpful. Thank you for great service, Mr. Vitalis!

This is the worst place. We came in to get a prescription for contacts we paid the fee, filled out the forms, and did everything they asked and they are saying they have no record of us finalizing to get the contacts when we came in the 2 times they asked. They told us we have to pay another 50 dollars and reschedule the whole thing over again just to get the contacts. The doctor and staff was truly unprofessional about the whole situation. I would not recommend this place unless your a fan of getting robbed.

My wife and I have been going here for our eye exams for 14 years now and have been very pleased with Dr. Bashirs very thorough eye exams and recently with Terry Skinners ability to get new lenses for my circa 1880s saddle bridge glasses. The best.
