I love this eye care glasses and contact lens and eye exam specialist. My experience here has generally always been positive and I trust these professionals with one of my most important assets - my eyes. The quality of the glasses and lenses here is high and the customer service is very friendly and helpful. They sell contact lenses of high quality eyeglasses eyeglass frames replacement lenses and have a thorough and extensive eye exam regimen which makes me very comfortable in knowing that my eye care and vision is well taken care of and accurate. One note to customers is that eye exams are generally given on a scheduled basis so walk in eye exams are generally not given here so please plan ahead. Located in the Ashe plaza right next to Metro City Bank parking is plentiful and location is great. 5 Google Stars and two thumbs up

This is the kind of shop that is only helpful when they want to make a sale, and will be rude and unhelpful if you have problems with their product after buying. Terrible customer service. Please go somewhere else for your glasses and save yourself the trouble.The glasses I received didnt fit right and gave me headaches. When I went back to exchange frames, the shop was not very willing to do so, even though it was their fault they gave me ill-fitting glasses. They tried to blame me for picking them, when its their job to warn me if the frames I picked were inappropriate for my face! Then they tried to tell me I should buy accessories from Amazon to make up for THEIR mistake!Getting a simple exchange became long and unpleasant because the store kept trying to make it like the bad glasses were my fault. I got the exchange in the end, but I wont go back. I can forgive mistakes, it can happen. But trying to blame me for their own mistake is unacceptable.

I’ve been coming to this location for the past couple of years now and they have always been courteous and very professional. I’ve always gotten my glasses/contacts back in a timely manner and they have such an excellent quantity of designer frames at decent prices. Since moving to Atlanta area I’ve only come to this location for my vision needs and I recommend you do the same. You will not be disappointed in services or product. Two thumbs way up!!!

The most professional eyewear store you can find. It was my first time today, the store is smaller than what I thought, but don’t look at the size. The service was the best I’ve received so far! The doctor who took a look at me was as professional as you can get. Didn’t expect too much from an Asian place but they proved me wrong. She and the front staff answered all my questions along with my mom’s. Bravo on them cause I know she can ask too much. Thank you and I will be coming back!

**call your insurance before going** Staff can’t do insurance properly. Charged me for a $40 fitting that was FULLY covered by my insurance. Plus charged me twice for a $10 fee for the difference of what my insurance covered for my contact lenses and when I told them I already paid $10 at the time of order placement.Took 4, FOUR, months to get a personal refund!!!! Called insurance multiple times and went there TWICE in person. Then had to wait 1 hour while BOTH staff members called my insurance company. They didn’t speak English to each other while waiting on the phone with my insurance.Brought my plan for them to see and didn’t listen to me or view my papers. Dr. Yum is nice but staff needs to figure out insurance.The bald guy is extremely rude by words because when I went in for the fitting follow up on my contact lens, he told me I showed up on the wrong day so don’t even get me started about appointment reminders that don’t exist.

They are amazing. Quick and efficient. I have never had to wait an actual 7 business days before I receive my glasses. Its always 2-3 days! Which is amazing. They are so friendly and will go out of their way to get you the style/brand of frames that you want. Hands down the best eye care place around! Wont go anywhere else.

Wonderful experience. This was my first time seeing Dr. Sara and her professionalism was amazing. Glasses selection was decent, although I generally prefer places where the glasses are on display rather than in glass casing. Other than that, extremely satisfied with service and product quality. :-)

She is the most knowledgeable optometrist Ive ever had, their office is snazzy, front office staff is so courtesy and helpful, and all of their equipment is top of the line. Ive been in office twice and plan to be a patient for many years to come!EDIT: super easy to get an appointment, and very flexible. I love their non-traditional hours.

My eye doctor, Dr. Sara is great. Clean, great service and they take insurance! All the trendy eyeglasses and sunglasses are here, and cheaper than buying contacts online.

Made an appointment one month ago today for a contact exam. I walked in at exactly 10 am for my appointment and as I walked in, they turned me away saying the doctor wasnt in until 11 am. They wouldnt allow me to wait, did not call or email me previously to this appointment. What a very unprofessional business. They are extremely racist.
