Great service,this is my second time getting eye glasses with them, will definitely come back.

Staff was very helpful and even though I had my two year with me, they were very accommodating and made us feel at home. I felt like they went above and beyond to address all my concerns and the turn around time in myglasses was faster than originally quoted.

Always a great experience with this group. We have been coming here for over 20 years. Would highly recommend them.

Love this place. Great doctor and wide selection of frames. They stand behind what they sell and go out of their way to ensure you have a great experience. Had one pair of glasses I bought and broke them a few months later (my fault), they took care of getting them fixed through their vendor (because they have great relationships with their frame and lens vendors) at no charge.

I came in for an eye exam. The front desk was courteous and professional. During the exam, I declined the $39 extra charge for a retinal scan(?), however once the OD noticed how poor my vision was, she ordered the scan free of charge. From the scan the OD discovered and pointed out potential problems with my eyes and referred me to a specialist. The OD showed true concern for my eye health. Thank you Dr. Gurvich!

Excellent service and got wonderful bifocals. The owner was there that day and he was incredibly nice. He told us that he and his wife own 3 stores! A growing enterprise. They must be doing something right!

Decent office and experience, had higher expectations for customer service, connection with the doctor, and eyeglass selection. Only pleasant moments of the experience was with the woman who helped to choose a pair of glasses, everyone else was very cold. They have plenty of nice frames but they are overpriced and 90% are for women or unisex so my husband was disappointed. Next time, we’ll return to our previous office for a more complete experience.

Easy to schedule appointment, even during the pandemic.Exam was great, very friendly and professional.Picked some nice frames and lens options. The person helping me was very friendly as well. He helped me make some decisions that I wasnt sure of.The glasses were ready fairly quickly and I loved them!! Best glasses I ever had.......they fell in the lake.I called and was told that they could make a replacement pair for me. I was pleased to see that I only had to pay a small fee for lens warranty and new frames. Much better, price wise, than what I expected.Overall, it was an A+ experience all around and I would highly recommend.

Once you leave this place they do not care about you at all. My glasses broke over a week ago. Haven’t even had them 8 months. I have called and left messages numerous times and no one will respond to me. I guess that’s what you get at over priced products and undereducated employees working there......The very next day the owner called me to apologize for everything. And are replacing my frames for me. Thank you for reaching out James.

I have been happy with b.spectacled services for my eyecare since they opened in this location. Both eye exam process and filling the prescriptions have gone well! They are very knowledgeable, and help me find the best and most cost effective solutions for my glasses!

We will not return after our visit last month. Staff was cold and not overly friendly. Everyone we encountered didn’t care to get to know us/create a relationship, the owner walked by several times and didn’t acknowledge us once. We were charged a contact fitting fee they did not tell us about and the front desk lady didn’t care when we were struggling to figure out payment for this hidden fee. Didn’t feel like they cared about us as people.

A clean and spacious eyecare store! Came in for a check up and had no wait and the check up was streamlined quite well. No one was pushy for me to purchase a pair of glasses, which was nice.I was wary of coming in for a check up during covid times.. and b.spectacled could have made a better effort. Despite having a sign that outlined a lot of the procedures they claim to take, the only thing that they did on that lengthy list was check my temperature. One of the receptionists was not wearing a mask when I walked in, and slowly picked up and put on the mask after I slowly entered - perhaps sensing my hesitance. Georgia does not take covid as seriously as some other states, and as much as it should. Sad to see that a medical business did not treat it seriously either.

This is great place to have your eye exams. I was very impressed with the new equipment they use. The glasses selection is up to date and Shaun was extremely helpful in selecting the perfect glasses. To be honest, everyone is nice and knowledgeable. Dr. Marina Gurvich was patient and caring. I Highly recommend this place and I feel I got a better service than the bigger vision chains out there.

Amazing service, and very good selection of frames. The staff is very friendly! The store is currently requiring masks, checking temperatures, and utilizing plexiglass counter shields and face shields. The office is clean and modern and the turn around time to get my new frames was quick. Had an appointment on Saturday and the glasses were ready the following Tuesday.

This place is under totally new ownership and amazing! They have the best selection of Tiffany eyeglasses, The doctor is very knowledgeable and educated. I had a very bad eye infection and they got me in immediately, diagnosed me correctly, and I am 100% better. Finally, some good doctors in the world! Classy place

I finally made the effort to change eye place after years of issues with contacts and glasses that never really fit. This place got it right from the first time. Both the doctor and front office are very professional and friendly too. A nice modern place, with great service. Definitely recommending!

Fantastic service and thorough exams for myself and my kids ages 3 to 8! My six year old lost her glasses and has pretty poor eyesight. We ordered new glasses at 3pm yesterday and they texted me today at 10am to say they were ready. Really appreciated the urgency they showed towards making sure she had what she needed with no extra charge to do so!

We bought new eye glasses today. The owner is very knowledgeable about glasses and provides outstanding customer service! We were elated to find an eye glass specialist that knows what they are doing. Will not trade anywhere else from this point forward! They also have eye examinations.

Very disappointed today with my visit and they just lost a family of 5 for eyecare. Quoted me a price then forgot to mention hidden costs after 2 detailed phone conversations on service & cost as we are self pay with no insurance. Met Dr.G when she came around soliciting and thought to give her place a try and pay a little more but then once they added fees they did not mention I am mad and feel taken advantage of. I guess if it isnt broke, dont fix it and we will ALL be going back to same ole same ole.

I had a great experience until they charged me $75 to teach my daughter how to put in her contacts. They offered the service but didnt disclose the price until my daughter was done. Shaun was great as well as the optometrist. The appointment was scheduled with me and they didnt tell me the price.

For all the money I paid they did not even get a cleaning cloth

I was recently in B. Spectacled and witnessed the beautifully done remodel. The staff was super friendly and helpful in assisting me with picking out new frames and lenses that fit in with my insurance (Cigna vision/VSP). The doctor was very knowledgeable and helped me understand what was going on with my vision and why I was getting headaches at the end of the day. Highly recommend this place and will be coming back next year for my annual visit.
