Target Optical is very good and very efficient. No high pressure up-sell but plenty of options if you do want extras like no-scratch or blue light for computer work. Lots of brand name options for frames too. Staff is friendly and Dr. Phillip is great and informative. The equipment they use is all modern so not only precise but wicked fast! Pleasantly delighted but book now because they are busy and may not have an opening for a week or two. (I only waited 3 days but was lucky).

Absolutely wonderful assistance at Target Optical today! I cannot speak more highly of the guidance and process. Our 6-year-old is excited for her first glasses!

While inside of target tonight at 8:29 pm, my wife stopped right in from of this optical place just glancing at the glasses. We were aware of them closing, but we took it as window shopping. Then the rude male employee told my wife that he was closed and that she could not come in. She told him that she knew he was closed and that she was not going to walk in that she was just looking at some glasses that caught her eye after we checked out inside Target. I believe after he saw at me and saw that I was black and my wife was white that he told her that he can’t have her standing there. Keep in mind that we were standing inside target and not the optical place. I got really mad and wanted to say something to him, but everybody has smart phone and I didn’t want to be recorded. I think he was discriminating.. Good luck to whoever shops there. I would have gave them a zero if I had that option. Yelp is next.

The best doctor ever! He was very good with me as well as my six year old daughter. She was very nervous but he made it enjoyable for her. She wants to see him again! He took his time. Explained everything and recommend what I should and should not do. I recommend him 200%. Everyone of them were pleasant and helpful. Will definitely come back every year. 😍

My daughter is staying in Suwanee to work at a Summer camp. Her contacts had not arrived, in the mail, when they were supposed to. My daughter is not a patient there, but I called and talked to Kate to see if she could get a box of contacts. Kate was very kind, helpful and understanding! She went out of her way for us and even said she would be there late if she couldn’t get there by the time the optical department closed.

This review has nothing to do with how wonderful the doctor is.I had lost my own eye glasses and needed one as quick as possible. I brought my own MontBlanc sunglasses to them and asked them frequently if they can convert my sunglasses frame to an eye glasses and they said YES!!! Two weeks later I called and at one point I even walked to the vision center and asked for my glass and it was not ready. I was told that the LAB is waiting on my lenses. Another week goes on and they finally telling me the truth. They HAVE LOST my frame!! What in the world? And they tried hard to hide this from me? Needless to say how disappointed I am and how inconvenience life is without an eye glasses. At this point I have asked them to return my out of pocket money and my exact sunglasses to me. They do have the serial number and can find it at Saks Fifth Avenue website. I am still waiting on them to do the right thing.

Great experience with Dr. Phillip and staff, Adam and Kate. Great customer service. I was disappointed last year when they switched Dr.s on me without informing me, although the Dr. and visit was fine.

Target Optical Suwanee will be the only place we will be going to for our vision needs.

Everyone that works there is so incredibly friendly and personable! Dr. Huynh was friendly, comfortable to be around, welcoming, and explained everything very well! The dynamic between the female and male at the front desk was also so light hearted and they were fun to be around. I had my dad and his wife with me and they even had a good time (which I guess is kind of weird for an eye exam, but hey).

My first time.I am 42 years old and have had perfect vision my entire life. Until the last few months. Having noticed my vision progressively get worse, it was time to get the eye balls checked and possibly get glasses.I chose this location based on a recommendation from girlfriend who has worn glasses/contacts most of her life and is greatly more experienced with optical offices/optometrists.I was not disappointed. The staff here was friendly and inviting from the second i walked in the door. Their collective personalities and demeanor immediately put me at ease and made me feel extremely comfortable.Dr Huynh was thorough in both his exam and his explanations of the techniques used. He was also very patient with all my first-timer questions. Taking all the time that was needed to explain everything to me so that I could make the most informed decisions regarding my eyes.Kate was wonderful to work with, I must have interrupted her no less then 7 times and not once did she even show the smallest hint of irritation. She carefully explained all the options regarding my new frames and new prescription, even going back and forth with me on a couple of options so I could make the most economical choice based on my lifestyle. Her personality was great and it was a pleasure to work with her.Overall the staff here have created an environment that is warm, friendly, and inviting. I will be returning, so will be my girlfriend and anyone else i can tell about them! You should go too.

Absolutely love Dr. Huynh. Both myself and my daughter see him annually for our exams and could not imaging going anywhere else. He is so professional while maintaining a personal approach with his patients. His staff; especially Adam and Jen are amazing as well! They know who I am when I walk in and are always willing to help.

From medical stand point, Dr Huynh has great bedside manner. He is knowledgable and kind. Does answer all question and spends enough time. Would highly recommend him to friends and family.

Today was a horrible experience! I see Dr. Huynh (who is absolutely amazing and I highly recommend), but they switched me over to a different doctor without even telling me! I found out only after I got there. After years with Dr. Huynh, I dont want a different doctor. What can I say? Im set in my ways! So, I had to reschedule and now I will need to make another trip.

There is a man who works there. Who is plainly rude. Seems friendly at times (fake), but for the most part seems irritated most of the time. I think he may even be the manager .No problems with the Dr.I think we will take our business elsewhere.
