They let me know way in advance when I was eligible for an upgrade, which was awesome because i wanted a galaxy phone and was able to get it, sooner than I wouldve normally. He transferred my numbers and pictures and everything. Highly recommended, then go above and beyond to make a new phone transition painless.

Went in to cancel my service and the owner told me if I wanted to cancel my service, to just stop paying my bill. I said I wasnt going to do that and he said to call my credit card company. Im pretty sure thats not how that works. Wont be returning here

THE WORST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!DONT EVER GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCREAMED AT FOR NO REASON.I called regarding an issue I was having with my phone, and I asked to speak to a manager. The person who answered the phone refused to transfer me to someone and kept repeating How can I help you. I said, Are you the manager? Once again, How can I help you. I asked please transfer me to the manager, and they hung up the phone!!!! I called back three more times, Was hung up on, then they answered the phone to only blow a whistle in my ear. Is that how you really treat your customers?!!! I work in the service industry an this was honestly the worst experience Ive ever had with a business.
