I lost the business card but I believe her name is YANE.We stopped in because pamphlets are usually misleading.She made the family feel comfortable and explained everything to help us make the right purchase.Without her, we probably wouldnt have made any purchase.

Russell is the Manager at this location & he makes me feel well taken care of every time. I have gone in over the years for new purchases, make payments, questions or most recently customer service.No matter what my visit is for he is always friendly, welcoming, helpfull, knowledgeable & very professional. He takes his time & is patient so as to make sure Im well taken care of every single time & it is greatly appreciated.

The place isn’t bad; But the phones are the horrible.And the prices are ridiculously high for At&t services. One would be better off with Tracfone or a simple landline.

Very bad customer service, the lady looked tired and said she was sleepy and doesnt know anything about what the company offers, she gave us the wrong information to buy an iPhone 11, she treated us very poorly presented and literally said, I dont know! to the options we asked about buying the new phone at Cricket, so she said to go to another company like At & t. Obviously we didnt believe her because we saw her super asleep and distracted, so we finally went to the plantation branch and they gave us the information so we could get the phone.

The guy was absolutely awesome

Michelle was super helpful and extremely knowledgeable. We transferred three phones over to cricket and she was patient yet efficent in taking care of our needs. And the young man helping her was also great! Very pleasant experience.

I do want you to know that the manager Paola Michelle has once again been amazing! Her customer service, as well as technological knowledge was beyond excellent.
