Never againWhen you go there to activate a new line or upgrade your phone, they charge extra then they tell you they will give you a free case or a free screen saver. Check your receipt, its all a lie, they just want to sell their merchandises so they charge you extra then give you the items that you actually pay for as a gift. I dont really care about the gift but its the way they go about it. Its unethical, they should give people the option to buy their phone cases or screen protector instead of tricking them into buying. I got charged for a case I didnt need since I already purchased one on Amazon nicer and cheaper.

Aida is amazing. I came to update my phone a little nervous about this. She was so good at showing me all of the apps and how to use them. AMAZING young knowledgeable lady!

Depending on which location you visit, theres usually a huge selection of phones and accessories. The staff is always friendly and give fast service. Most of the time theyll even go out of their way to tell me about any promotions that theyre running. I never spend a long time at any metro store which is great because I hate standing around especially when I have other things to do. Their phone display is always neat and the specs are easy to understand. Overall, this metro store is pleasant to visit and a quick in and out.

DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION!!! Came here to add my husbands phone to my account. They ended up adding the account and changing his phone number..... Which he has had since 2002.... That was after we waited for half an hour and even longer once she started working on it because she kept stopping to do other things.... Then when we went back in for them to fix it they made it out to be my fault saying I should know the difference between adding a line and porting a number... Even had the nerve to say that she didnt know he had a number... If he has a cell phone obviously he has a phone number.... Had the nerve to say I need to be more specific next time. How about you practice good customer service instead of assuming that everyone knows the lingo of a cell phone company...... Completely ridiculous and if I could give zero stars I would.

After the complaint that I made about the mistreatment that we had in this Dealer, the Metro PCS company has never sent us a convincing answer about it.We do not know what measures they took with the representative of that Dealer being such an unpleasant person.
