This store has always been good, but this visit was the first time I was in any wireless store with someone who was so knowledgeable on everything wireless. His name is Chris, and that young man needs to compensated for the value of which he is to the store and the organization as a whole. I have been with T-Mobile since they were Omnipoint, and this was the first time that the store visit matched up with their phone customer service. Other customers were coming up to him during my visit, because he clearly knows his stuff.

Great location, ask for Anna or Mohamed; theyre the best.

Service and wait time is terrible, not enough staff to the numerous customers wait to be serviced. If possible avoid this store.

My rep was slothful and unmotivated. When the manager called he said the rep worked a double and was tired. No apology or accountability. When you choose to work, tired or not, you choose to show up and do your job which is to provide customer service. The apple doesnt fall far from the tree I see!

HORRIBLE experience. Sales staff was clueless, offered us a special offer and when we went to sit down to finish Mr. Moe says I messed up and takes it all back. How do you mess up a special offer as an educated sales person? It was my fathers account that hes had since 2006 that hes seriously thinking about closing after this experience.

This is by far the most professional, friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and flat out best T-Mobile store in South, Fl. Moe and Mike W. made my upgrade to my Note 9 512gb so good it was down right enjoying. I will forever recommend, not only this store but T-Mobile, for all things mobile! There was a salesman named Steve that lied to me; He said the $400 iphone I purchased was discounted by $200 to trick me into putting down a $200 down payment and financing the balance on the phone.

I was in the T-Mobile store in sunrise. We were adding a new number to our account.I wanna take a moment to commend lovely young lady who helped us. Her name is Dawn. She showed us many new accessories and special deals and explained many things we did not know. She certainly an Asset To T-Mobile. The manager Emmanuel was very professional and welcoming on our arrival. I’m happy with T-Mobile and very happy with this particular location.

I went into this store to buy 2 brand new phones after Returning to the company after 5 years, i was in the store 4 HOURS with them while they try and figure out how to re open my old account that was frozen or whatever, they got it figured out hours later and told me I was on a plan for $140 a month plan and they talk my mom into buying a new galaxy watch which would be a extra $10 a month for the line and $16 for the watch so that’s about $170/180 a month but when I got my first bill it came out to $250 and when I called t mobile they told me I was paying for accessories which was a $40 glass protector and $40 phone case that I didn’t ask for the customer service rep ADAN said that it was free when I bought my phones, I went back to the store and they looked up my account and didn’t notice a receipt for the glass protector or the case so that should be their mistake and I shouldn’t still be paying for it the only thing that the manager on dutie offered was a $30 credit and my account and I am still very un happy at how they handled that situation I will refer no one to come in to this location

Moe was excellent . He went far beyond expectations. I was really impressed with how patient he was . Usually the sales guys don’t even give me a chance to talk or ask questions. Waiting for more than 45 min!!! No one from the staff will be checking on you.Its slower than any business Ive ever seen. It would be much faster to the call Customer Care or to drive somewhere else.

Waited 30 mins. No organization. Associates dont follow the waiting list, so they just assist anyone they want skipping other customers waiting. Manager was trying to get a hold of his associates, she was friendly, and actually doing her job(this where they get one star).

So different the staff was wonderful and efficient and took care of us in a timely manner. I left another T-Mobile because of their rudeness and went to this T-Mobile and what a difference! I will go to this site all the time! The staff should get a complimentary praise for their hard work.

Itai was the T mobile rep who assisted me and he was amazing as soon as i walked in he asked if i needed help with anything. Although the store was busy i didnt have any effects from wait time everyone was quick and efficient. I purchased two phones ($1600) and was offered rebate of cost of second phone. However after paying for phones for two years this store said they have no record of my eligibility of (1) turning another smsrtphone - (panasonic galaxy), and (2) porting over existing phone#. I did both and was not given the rebate. I find this store crooked after they said they have no record of us applying for the rebate. Possibly the store pocketed the $800 for themselves.

I was at the T-Mobile on April 3rd. The sales associate named David was extremely attentive patient and knowledgeable. The store manager was also very helpful and knowledgeable. I am extremely happy with the customer service and would recommend anyone to come there.

Be careful shopping at this store. Their representatives are trained to trick, deceive and lie in order to gain a sale. They smile, and laugh with you and are extra friendly but its not because of good customer service... Its because they are con artists only looking to meet their numbers or get their bonuses. If the deal sounds to good to be true... It is! When they tell you completely free, its not!

English: In this T-MOBILE store when I went to buy the my line and phone the first time, the treatment was excellent. The problem is that I bought the phone on credit, but I was deceived because they sold me a phone for lease and when I finished paying it was that I realized that it was a lease when I got the bill charging me the rest of the phone. I went to put my complaint to the store and I was treated very badly by the seller and the store manager. I tried to make an appointment with the general manager but he could never help me. What I recommend is that you DO NOT BUY in this store because they have poor customer service. I wanted to change my phone because when I saw that it was a leasen and the seller told me that it was NOT possible and that I had to pay $45 more, they literally put my hand in my pocket.Spanish: En esta tienda de T-MOBILE cuando fui a comprar el telefono con linea la primera vez, el trato fue excelente. El problema esta en que compre el telefono a credito, pero fui enganado porque me vendieron un telefono por leasen o arrendamiento y no me dijeron nada de esta condicion y cuando finalice de pagarlo fue que me di cuenta de que era un arriendo cuando me llego la factura cobrandome el resto del telefono. This store has Friendly staff and we are always assisted with a smile. 3 stars though for not being upfront about prices of phone casing and screen protector. When i asked how much the sales associate said about 3 dollars on your monthly bill sales associate also led me on to thinking i was spending about $35. So i spend $120 × 2 (got two phones) ON JUST a phone case and a glass protector. The glass protector fell off and broke 3 times already and ive had this phone for only 1 month! I guarantee you a glass and case from Amazon would have been a better investment. If youre just a couple days past your return day cut off, they wont honor you as a new customer!

Best T-mobile store in the county. All these reviews seem very inaccurate. The staff is very knowledgeable and well trained. Whenever I go I never wait more that 10 minutes to be helped! All staff members are always busy doing something work related. When I recommend tmobile service I always send people to this store.

From the moment you walk in you are greeted. I said hello to the man who said welcome. Keep in mind at that moment he was helping another customer and still took the time to acknowledge my presence. I let him know my needs and what I liked. He simply told me the truth !! When does that ever happen when being sold a device or any electronic ? NEVER, but at this T-Mobile store its different. They arent looking for the sale. They make sure you are happy and get everything you ask for. By far best experience at a T-Mobile store. Worst T-mobile experience ever! They have no idea how to run a store. Horrible customer service, the manager was to busy with his hands in his pocket and another employee with a clipboard making a list that no one followed, who claims he wasnt allowed to help anyone. Meanwhile the store was jam packed with people. I recommend going to another location for your t-mobile services. We ended up having to leave because we couldnt wait an hour to be attended.

Brian is a great sales rep. He was very informative, patient and exuberant. He maintained eye contact throughout our conversation, and did not allow the volume of customers to cause any distractions in our conversation. He asked his colleagues for help when needed, which was great teamwork to execute all of my questions in the best way possible. However, I have been with T-moble for a while now and its been a nightmare as far as billing goes. The facility that is located in Pompano Citi Center should be shut down. The guys all push sales on you that are washed with lies. They tell you that you will get ABC for XYZ but by the time you get your bill all you get is a scumbag looking to make a quick sale. But this location was good, still on the fence about staying with Tmobile

Just visited T-Mobile university location and worked with David W he was very helpful, and not only that he worked with to get my issues resolved when no one else couldn’t.

This is the by far the worst store Ive come across. Your better off going to metro to receive OK customer service. If you want to go to a store to see the associates hang out and talk to each other and ignore the guest then this location is the perfect location. Theyre not properly trained they talk to you as if youre either homeboy or homegirl. The manager spends more time flirting then actually for resolving the problem this is the worst store .

Had an issue that Customer Care couldnt resolve over the phone (they gave me an email address and a good luck!) I sent an email to the address provided and was got a canned response that my issue would be addressed within 30 days.Mikhail at this store sorted me out within 10 minutes, and saved a fed-up customer from looking for a new carrier. Nice work Mikhail!

This location is typically busy. Unfortunately, when customers walk in the staff does not greet Welcome to T-mobileor acknowledge Someone will be with you in a moment their customers. On my last visit I observed walk-ins standing with a look on there face like Anyone going to help me? I myself just stood around until an employee finally came out from the back office to assist. The employees dont exuberate the energy that there willing to assist. In addition, T-mobile fees in my opinion are astronomical. I had 3 lines, cancelled 2. Im down to 1 line yet my phone bill per month is $100.00! Needless to say, I plan on going to another carrier and certainly look forward to leaving T-mobile.

Our experience in this store was always good with David and we purchased many phones and other equipment. Today David had left already so we dealt with Jonathan. After I was given the details on the phone with T mobile they said we can pick the phones at the store.when we came to this store everything was different and and all of a sudden they want $275.00 down payment rather than $0 down. On top of it Jonathan was annoyed at the request and left us waiting when he was already taking another costumer.

Disappointed. Waited only like 10 min, no big deal. I was going to upgrade to the Note 9. My total was $230. I was a little confused as this was more expensive than ordering online. They charge a $20 store fee. This is the dumbest thing Ive ever heard in my life. Can you imagine going to Walgreens and charged a $3 store fee for buying at Walgreens. How about you appreciate customers buying from you instead of your competitors. He insisted there was only a $20 difference buying in store. Based off principal, I left. I called and the lady was awesome. It was $159 total to order with a rep. Ive been a customer for 13 years and will never enter this store again. Glad the lady on the phone cared more or I would have switched providers. #wasteoftime
