Yesterday I got a bolt in my husbands trucks tire, Mavis tires and brakes scheduled me to drop off my truck that day and had it fixed before any damage could be done to the tire. These men are respectable and dependable independently. I appreciate the Quick and efficient service I received.. If youre having an issue with tires and brakes Ive definitely checked out Mavis!

I work all day and can only come after work and these guys are very busy but they worked with my schedule and worked me in so that I could get my tire fixed quickly. They were very nice and helpful. I was super impressed with Mavis. Wed been struggling with a screw in our tire for weeks, dealt with other shops tried to get us to replace, even though its practically brand new. Alex and the team at Mavis were able to make the repair, cost less than the other guy and never tried to upsell. We were in and out in an hour. For the quality, service, integrity and cost I cant recommend them enough. Well definitely be back!

Joe & his shop staff are top notch. I recently had to have my utility trailer tires replaced. I was in dire need & short on time. Joe & his crew took care of of getting my tires replaced with a quickness. All of this in a humid rain shower. They were professional, quick, & efficient. They also inspected my truck tires. Joe found one in bad shape. They quickly put on my spare, ordered a replacement tire, & got it installed the next day. I highly recommend this shop. I wont take my utility trailer or trucks anywhere else for any tire needs. Joe is a great leader. The technicians are positive & kind.

Today was the second time here. The first time I got 4tires on-line, and scheduled the installation and an alignment. They had me in and out pretty quickly. They even told me I didnt need the alignment and didnt change me for checking it. Great service. That is the reason I went back in today, I had a flat this morning I was a walk in and got my tire fixed and put back on my car and an oil change. They worked me in cause when i showed up there was not an empty parking spot. Thank you again for the great service!! I will be back for sure!

Super busy on a Wednesday late afternoon, I had an appointment, these guys still worked their @#$es off to get the cars finished. I waited 45 minutes passed closing for my car to be finished. Thank you Lamont, Zach, and the gentleman with the head lamp, (sorry I didnt get your name), Im going back for brake pads as (head lamp) pointed out the pads are very thin, the crew is easy to talk to and respectful. Office was clean all employees wearing masks.

As a woman who absolutely knows nothing about cars except driving, going to a car service shop always brings so much apprehension. However, these guys at Mavis are beyond amazing! While waiting for my car to get done, I have noticed how each member of the team works hard. What is even more impressive? Their integrity - no upselling! I have not heard them do this in my 3 visits. They take time to show / explain to customers what or where the problem is.Thank you!

Manager Tracy and his staff at the Trolley Rd location are great and far more personable than most shops. I’ve been back 3 times and every time had great service and the best prices in town hands down. Loyal customer and definitely would recommend.

I dropped my car off at 8am because I had an appointment for brakes and rotors. Recieved a call around 2 recommending more services ( which was fine) and was told the vehicle would be ready in an hour. Went to pick up vehicle at 330 and they hadnt even started working on it. I still ended up waiting another hour which was ridiculous. I would not recommend Mavis ( on Trolly Rd) to anyone.

Spoke to Doug and received a quote. When I called back, Tracy could not locate the quote, but after going over details, worked with me on a firm price. He ordered tires and called back to confirm and set up an appointment. Very pleasant experience over the phone. I will post again after service...

Sat for 50 minutes past my appointment time. Finally went up to ask when they will even start on my truck. And he said “they have a trainer here who is slowing down my guys” and my truck probably wouldn’t be worked on or done for over another hour+. If you know this is the case which he did let your customers know so they can make a decision and not waste their entire day. I was told it would take 1 hour when I scheduled.

Made an appointment for 4 pm, they told me to bring it in early so they could make sure they had the parts. Dropped my car off a little after 2 and was told theyd call me before doing any work to get approval. By 5:30 pm, theyre supposed to close at 6, I still hadnt heard anything and went over to see what was going on and was told they hadnt even looked at my car yet. So I got my keys and left.

Called in about getting my tires looked at, told I would have an hour wait, was only getting my tires looked at to see if they could be plugged. 2 /12 hours later I just left, no one ever looked at my tires. I saw a person come after me, she said she was going to flirt to get her tire repaired and guess what. It worked, she came an hour after me and her tire was already off of her car. I wanted to like this place, being as though I’m looking for a new place to have my vehicles serviced. I definitely won’t be returning.

Stopped by this morning after going to multiple other shops to have a leaking tire looked at. They went above and beyond by checking ALL my tires and finding a total of 3 nails. Got all of my tires patched and filled with air in just over an hour and didnt charge me.The guys at front (Tracy was who got us checked in and set up) were super friendly and professional. Im in need of 4 new tires in the next 10k miles or so and theyve definitely won my business for that! Highly recommend them!

Took my wifes car in to get lifetime warranties brake pads replaced. Left it for 8 hours still never looked at it. That was after they argued with my wife thst lifetime warranty only meant one year.

Wife took car here today for servicing.New tires, brakes, alignment, oil change etc.No pressure company with excellent customer service and friendly atmosphere. Great company to work with

I have been going to Mavis on trolley road for quite some time.My fiancé went and got estimates on his old Hyundai Sonata car that we needed to drive to Missouri to give his son and Tracy beat the estimates plus one part that had to do with gas tank all estimates that was given to us was outrageous prices. When we spoke with Tracey he stated absolutely not the problem they are telling you and he was right and gave a great deal and his son loves the car and no issues.I myself had some work done and just recently my son had alot of work done on his 2006 car and Tracey gave me a great price on all the work for his car.This place is great and Tracey and his workers are great. Mavis does get busy but they do the job right and Tracey stands behind his work. I would and have recommended a lot of people to him and will continue to do so.Ms. Geri

I made an appointment several days before the scheduled date to ensure the tires I needed was available. I arrived on time, 5:50pm to be exact. The guys there were really nonchalant about servicing my car. Needless to say my appointment was at 6pm and my car wasnt ready until 8:30pm after there store hours. Not only that, scheduling the appointment made no difference because they didnt have the tires I requested. Whats even funny is after I left the shop, I received an email saying sorry I missed my appointment. How can I miss something I arrived for? Really disappointed. Not the same folks from my very first visit there and it showed.

Overall satisfaction with staff. Went out of their way to explain and show me the tire and rim issue. Referred me to a great place to fix the rim. Will be back.

I had a 9 am appointment for a break pad change. They told me an hour and half. So around 10:30AM my car would be ready. I called at 12. Car still not ready and they told me it would be another hour. Called back at 2:35PM and my car still hadn’t even been LOOKED at!! I made an appointment just for my car to not even been looked out 6 hours later!!!!!! NEVER COMING BACK.

This service shop has given me nothing but exceptional service from the moment I walked into the moment I left after making payment. The front desk staff are very friendly very personable and can answer any questions that you might have. Tracy is an amazing tech within this company! He has helped me figure out issues with my car that a previous repair shop never took the time to mention. Hes very knowledgeable in cars and repairs and always welcomes you with a smile. The wait time was within the amount of time that I expected and their prices on repairs are affordable. I would more than recommend this repair shop for any type of vehicle servicing that they offer. Made an appointment to have a nail taken out of my tire the other day and had a very nice experience per usual. Tracy had me in and out within an hour and I was able to make it to class on time.

Customer service was a little slow but I could tell the person was new and trying his best. People always complain that the service takes to long or they have to wait on a part. My thing is any service that a vehicle needs must not be rushed if you want it done right. Great customer service and very affordable unlike other Auto shops. Definitely will be going back.

I had a 4:00 appointment and arrived a few minutes early.Was told even that I had appointment it would be one to one and a half hours before it would be done. After an hour and 45 minutes I was just starting to ask for my keys when they moved my car in the shop. I was there for two and a half hours for what should have been no more than 45 minutes . I will never go back. Stay away unless you have a lot of time to waste.!

Amazing customer service!! Just moved here and my tire had a flat due to a nail. I came in soaked with my four kids due to the pouring rain. They got me in right away and when they were done they let me and my kids get back in our car while it was still in the garage, as it was still pouring rain outside. That was very considerate of them. I Will definately be back for all my car needs.

Had an appointment for 3pm on Saturday they called me at 430 saying they couldnt get to it that day they will get to it the next day Sunday waited all day 3:30 rolls around I call them and again they told me they couldnt get to it today they had my car for 24hrs and all I needed done was a simple front brake job just some new pads and two rear tires plugged thats it.. Just save your self the time and the headache and take your vehicle to Geralds or Firestone or anyother tire shop.

Still sitting here after 3 hours to get one tire changed. I was told it would take one hour. I asked at the two hour mark how much longer and I was told I was next. Ive since watched them take two cars back and one guy just drive up and get service on the spot. I dont understand how you can justify making someone wait this long for a 5 to 10 min tire change. Tires is in the name, you need to have a person available to change a tire at all times........Update! As per your request, I called the phone number you provided. Spoke with your representative and he took my phone number and said the regional manager would call me. Well its been a week and no call back. Guess your management is just as fast as your service providers.

Ive had nothing but problems with my tires since I got them. It wasnt until Tracy came along that things finally started getting taken seriously. He has been nothing but attentive in actually listening to me and helping figure out the issue. Im so glad theyve switched management it was such a great choice. I walked out of my house at 5:10pm to take my child somewhere, and came to my car with a completely flat tire. Not just low, but FLAT. I put the pump on it to fill up enough to get somewhere and searched for a tire place near me. I had to call them tonight at 5:20pm, knowing they closed at 6, to see if they had a tire for my car (apparently it’s a weird size) in case the tire couldn’t be repaired/plugged. They told me they had it in stock and what the cost would be, and said if I could make it in, they would make sure I was taken care of. I got up there around 5:35 once the tire was able to be driven on, and they got it taken back right away. I felt so bad getting in there so close to closing time, but I knew I had to because I have to work at 6am and don’t have a lot of other options. They had my car in and out and fixed in no time and I think I was pulling out right at 6. Both the girl at the front desk and the service guy were very friendly. I have had a string of bad luck this week, and it was just the latest in a bunch of things, and I was nearly in tears walking out of that building because it was such an easy and unexpectedly pleasant experience (I’ve had lots of bad experiences with various car-related places). I will not hesitate to call/use them any time I need anything in the future and will recommend them highly to anyone.

Great experience! Convenient location to my work. Ease of dropping my car off and picking up while I was at work. They were efficient in getting my oil change done in a timely manner. Luckily, I was in no hurry due to being at work. Very kind. Great pricing.

I waited 4.5hrs for tire install and alignment to complete. I had appointment and still took long. On top of that the clerk had an attitude not what was his problem. Im laid back so im sure i didnt do anything to upsethim.

Ill write the review because my boyfriend is likely not to. But its a shame when you make an appointment for 10:30, go back around 1:30 to pick up the car and it hasnt even been touched. I would understand if it was just a walk-in but we had a scheduled appointment.

Just had one tire mounted this day. The order writer was professional and curteous. The tire man was very quick and polite. He rolled the tire out to my truck after job was complete.
