Had to get two new tires. Very fast and efficient service provided. Very clean inside and waiting rooms were spacious. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. Will definitely return!

Hands down the best place to go for oil change and car maintenance. I am a regular customer and come here any time I have car issues. Mallory and his team are trustworthy and provide excellent service at a great price. Mallory even went out of his way to price-match a set of tires for me, and communicated through text message which was very convenient. He gives honest feedback and I never have to worry about paying more than I need to, and he takes time to explain everything. One visit, he even poured a complimentary bottle of oil cleaner in, which was very generous. I think Tuesdays is discounted oil change for ladies, which I’ve taken advantage of a few times. They make sure to get your job done as soon as possible, oil changes are drive-through and repairs usually same day or next day. This is the only place I go to, even though I’ve moved farther away.

Went here for the first time and Mr. Mark serviced us. I had my 2 smaller boys with me and he saw how interested they were in what was going on. He took time out of his day to show us around the shop even on the 2nd floor. He even gave my boys 2 small souvenirs each and they loved the experience. Weve been going through a hard time as a family and his small act of kindness made a huge impact on our day. This is such a friendly location and very reasonably priced. We were served very quickly and everyone was extremely friendly I highly recommend this place

Reasonably priced oil change and 100x better than my experiences at Firestone. Jake helped with everything that was wrong with my car when i came in and provided me with a military discount when he saw my USAA card. Will be coming back in the future!

Worst experience ever. First off had to listen to them try and upsell me on everything. Then I had to listen to one of the employees berate another employee who was clearly new. The new employee was completely belittled and cursed at, all while I am sitting right there in my car watching and listening to this. I let the new employee know not to worry about it and he was doing fine.Next, $85 for an oil change is ridiculous. I don’t care what type of oil you are using. Then I had my check engine light diagnosed and 3 hours late was told they basically don’t know what the problem is and I could bring it back for further diagnosis if I wanted. That won’t be happening.Go anywhere but here for your car needs. It’s not worth the hassle even if you can get in and out in what they call 10 minutes.

They appear to be super friendly and accomodating while the first number you hear sounds about right and your final is $20 more. They know WAY ahead of time if your car needs more than 5qts., so why not tell you that UP Front?I can get a $112 oil change anywhere. Nothing special here.

He was very knowledgeable as well as thorough, in explaining the service I need and future services I may need for my vehicle. There was no wait, and I can hear how they communicate to their other coworkers as it pertains to my vehicle. Felt really nice and refreshing to see and hear how Ray and his crew took care of my car. Other places were a bit cheaper, but for the quality and how they really took care of me, I’ll definitely be back next time I need my oil change. I’m happy I went there.

Fantastic experience overall. I went in for an oil change and that was exactly what I got. A couple of other things were recommended, but in no way was anyone pushy or rude when I passed for the moment. The quote I got on the phone was exactly what I was charged and of course all fluids were topped off if needed as well. I highly recommend checking them out. If you do, ask for Juan. He was the friendly and knowledgeable technician who did all of the work on my Honda Odyssey. Ill definitely be back for the few extras I passed on and for all my oil and tire needs.

They answer all my questions and have no issues explaining something I didnt understand. They are honest with me about services I need right now and stuff that can wait a bit, which is huge. In and out. Literally. As promised I never left my vehicle...that being said, make sure its a cool breezy day if you go because sitting inside your vehicle in 90 degrees is miserable!!! However the young lady that checked me in and serviced my vehicle was super cool and efficient. The entire process start to finish was about 20 min including my wait. Id definitely go back again!!!

He communicated with me and held a conversation while the service was being done. Ray was a breath of fresh air and I will be back for certain. Just left after my first time there. I was in bay 2 with Juan and Victor. Victor was underneath the truck while Juan was handling paperwork and payment. They finished quickly and They were very professional and polite. I am beyond impressed and will use their services again. Juan was the only one I spoke to and I can say, as a business owner myself that Juan has management skills, he is great. I have a very brash and vulgar personality and Juan can clearly adjust to each person to make it a very personable experience! These guys have what I look for in people working for me. I’m kind of jealous this business has employees like this!

This place was amazing! After going to 3 Jiffy Lubes that were closed (even though it was 8am), these folks took me right away. They were kind, courteous and the facility is immaculate! Raymond was the tech that assisted me and I appreciated how helpful he and knowledgeable he was. I will go there again for my next oil change. I was in and out in 10 minutes.

Today was my first visit at express oil change and must I say it was the best and fastest oil change I ever had, I really enjoyed the fact of being able to still sit in my car while the employees worked on it smiling through their mask ! Called in to see if they could fit me in to get tires. The man who answered the phone said yes, we can do it right now. I arrived 15 minutes later. Ended up adding wiper blades, they took my truck back, and then 15 minutes later came back and said we can’t get to your truck, because we only have one technician today and he’s busy. Why did you tell me to come in and that you could get it done? The facility is clean, and it would have been a nice place to do business if they didn’t mislead me and waste my time.Update: owner replied to my initial review and said call tomorrow to see if they can make up for the issue. I called this morning and owner was not in today according to the person who answered the phone. Again, why tell me to call to fix the issue next day if your not going to be there? When you replied to my initial review it was after hours. I always give a place a second chance, but that was it.

After a decade of going to another business down the street, and seeing the growing decline in their service and reliability, I was happy to see Express Oil Change open up. I tried them out for the first time today, and like many other reviewers had the good fortune to have Raymond do the oil change. He was friendly, gave recommendations, and WHY he was recommending it without pressure to act right then. I was very impressed with Mr. Raymond and Mr. Vic with the way the two communicated with each other as my oil was being changed. It was my very first time at Express oil change. I watched the video on the company’s website on how the process worked. But, I didn’t know I had to drive up into the bay. I was so nervous with that process. But, Mr. Raymond (Ray) guide me in and out the bay. He explained in detail what was going on with my vehicle. But, I was very impressed with him pulling up my vehicle’s manufactured recommendations for my miles. He recommended two services that I should get to ensure my vehicle runs very smooth. Needed my AC serviced. I was surprised they had an dame day opening. They serviced it for under $100, and my AC is too cold, which is a good thing! Waiting room was very clean.

Far too often when I take my car to an autoshop, they would try to upsell things to me and try to push me to get work done on my car that I dont need yet or isnt actually an issue, but not here. The mechanics that I worked with were super knowledgeable and friendly, especially Ray. He was very professional and an absolute delight to talk to. I stopped by to get some new tires I just bought put on my truck and D.J. and his team hooked me up with an alignment and also put my new tires on! They were quick and efficient and my truck is riding smoother than ever! I would definitely recommend this place for everyone. These guys know what they are doing and they don’t charge much to get it done. I also enjoyed the relaxing waiting room with a flatscreen TV that kept me warm and comfortable as I waited. Open on Saturdays and were quick to instal my new wheels. Average price, but a lot cheaper than Gerald’s. Will be bringing vehicles here from now on for oil changes. They are quick and most don’t even exit their vehicle while getting serviced.

Driving down Main Street this afternoon i noticed a new building advertising a 10 minute oil change. I decided to stop in and give it a shot as my previous oil changes have been time consuming and aggravating (jiffy lube and Midas). I was immediately assisted by Raymond and another associate. The process took less than 10 minutes and I was able to I wait in my truck while two guys worked. Raymond was personable, knowledgeable, and truly a pleasure to deal with. I will make sure to tell my family and friends about this place and I will be back in 5,000 miles.

Great place to have your car worked on. My brake indicator said I needed front brake pads. However when the tire engineer mechanic removed the pad and showed me that I had significant pad life left so new brakes were not needed at this time. Having work done at a dealership would have surely cost me a break job however when dealing with honest people I was able to save precious dollars at this time.Thank you Tire Engineers I will be back!Joe Ferreri

Im saying so far so good bc I have to go back in 2 week bc I may have an leak in my AC system! However, I went to get an AC diagnostic, the customer service was good. Kenneth was very professional. He came out showed me my price and told me what he was going to do before he even did any work!!I came back 2 weeks later and they fixed my AC system it runs amazing and I am pleased and I appreciate those guys bc one AC part came in damaged and they called me and let me know that!! They could have put that part on and let me go about my business and had to pay more but they didnt!! THEY WERE HONEST PEOPLE!!! They ordered another part and it comes with a warranty!!! Amazing!! Keep up the good work guys!!!
