So grateful and appreciative. Called to have a tire replaced. They got me in the same day and had it fixed in less than 2 hours and had great prices. Very accommodating, kinds, and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone! I was having a very tough week and the staff at Tire Choice helped turn my whole week around. Cannot say enough good things.

Im now a retired ASE mechanic who also has a A/P (airframe/ power plant) rating. The mechanic was polite enough and finished the work well ahead of the labor time charged. However, failure to stake the axle bolt when replacing the half shaft would be considered a serious safety mistake in the aerospace field. Mechanics should ALWAYS double check their work before returning vehicle to owner.

My wife stopped by there to have a tire repaired. It is not the normal location we use but it was the closest at the time. They took her right in which was great and everyone was pleasant. At the end when it was time to pay, she noticed the amount was higher than what we normally pay to have a tire repaired at the other Tire Choice we use in Goose Creek by almost $20. She brings that to the attention of the gentleman cashing her out to which he gave an explanation of having to patch from the inside, mounting, and balancing again which is what they do every time. She didnt think anything about it, paid and left. When I looked at the receipt that evening, we were charged twice for the balancing on two separate line items. They were just worded differently. We were also charged for new valve stems (TPMS) which were not done as you could clearly tell that the stems were not new by looking at them. So while I trust Tire Choice as a whole, I will not use this location again. Either this was an oversight on their part due to lack of attention to detail or it was intentional. My advice is to check your receipt very carefully and verify what they said was done yourself. I contacted customer support and they refunded the money that was charged incorrectly which was a very smooth process.

The technicians were professional. They explained the process for fixing the tire. I waited a few minutes but they quickly fixed it and got me on the road. They will be doing all my work. A+

Was reschedule 3 times for a simple oil change and fuel injection cleaning...only to be told they dont have enough employees(2 people). I understand not having help but rescheduled and still no help or service for that matter.. And I was there before they opened....No more business of mine.

Tire Choice Auto Service Centers on Old Trolley Road in Summerville is a great place to go for all things tire service and repairs. They are very professional and efficient and get the job done quickly and for a good value. They provide excellent customer service here and are worth visiting if you need tire help.

I’ve had my car for almost 3 years now and I always went to the Tire Choice on Main St. Now that they are no longer there I decided to come to this location. I had the worse experience and will never be back again. I had my belt replaced and the belt was replaced wrong and right afterwards my horn stopped working. I then took the car back because of the very loud screeching sound and was told my belt wasn’t on tightly etc and that I needed to have my wheel bearings replaced (I had to get an alignment and a few other things as well). I went back the following week to get it replaced because I could not get it done at the time. I had an appointment made and came back like they told me to for the replacement, however, when I got there they told me they didn’t have the machine to do it which they should’ve known prior to my appointment since they checked it already the week before. So, I went to a location they recommended me to go to and the mechanic at that location told me that my alignment was done entirely wrong as well. Now my car is having so many complications and it’s ridiculous. I am currently sitting in the shop AGAIN and this is my second time getting the car checked within a weeks time. I am very disappointed and if I could leave negative stars I would! Not to mention that I was quoted one price in person the week before and then was told a completely different price when I arrived to my appointment. I will NEVER come to this location EVER again. The money I spent there was a complete waste as nothing they did was done correctly and I’m having to have all the work redone plus some. I have spent over $2,000 trying to fix all the mistakes this establishment has caused on top of other problems that has resulted because of it.

Brought car in because I had a flat. Was quoted $157 and change mounted and balanced- then told the next day they would need to keep it until Monday- they couldnt find the paperwork. I said I was picking it up before they closed regardless. The lady on the phone went and looked at my tire and said it didnt have a flat so mustve been done. Then she says is $202. I ended up agreeing to pay $164.28 because she discounted it. I do not remember her name bc I was livid but she was the only reason you would even get a star! I used to get oil changes and tires here for all 3 of my vehicles. Just got 4 tires quoted for our 4th car we just purchased for $1080 yesterday- you will not be getting that business. I will never come here again, and recommend others not to as well.

If you want to be taken advantage of and be sold a service you do not need then this is the place for you. My daughter came up here and was obviously unaware of what she needs, and instead of helping her decide the correct oil, maybe explain things to her so she can make a note informed decision, he took the opportunity to make her wallet a little lighter. Even with the coupon she gave him it was still much for what it cost her. Then when we confronted him about his tactics to make an extra buck by exploiting her naiveness he has nothing to say and was not concerned by our unhappiness with what happened. Never again will we visit this location or any other Treadquarters again.

Dealt with nothing but incompetence, got blamed for their shoddy work. Had a nail in my tire they fixed it but before the WEEK was out my tire began leaking air at a much faster rate. And I quote Im not trying to argue with you, but maybe you got something else in the tire within 5 days, same tire?? I think not. He made that assumption without even looking at the tire.

Scheduled an appointment to get the oil changed in my car before a long road trip. Got there on time, got all the information for my car then tried to offer a higher priced oil better for the car. No problem, I agreed. Then let me know they didn’t have the right oil for my car. I said that’s fine just use a standard oil, they didn’t have that either. It’s an ‘08 CRV, how can they not have TWO types of oil?? Wasted 30 minutes just standing around to find out they didn’t have the oil at all. Went down the road to Precision and got it done in 45 minutes for half the price and hassle. Most likely won’t bother going back.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FULL SERVICE AUTO MECHANICS SHOP AND TIRE SHOP. Today I had a 2pm appointment to repair a flat tire. I showed up at 2 and checked in at the front desk. The front desk was extremely helpful and listed to my auto concerns. He was not pushy or looking to put the high pressure sales on me or any of the customers in the waiting room. A mechanic was waiting for my car, took it right back and I was on the road 32 minutes later. Flat tire repair was 29.00 which is cheap compared to other shops in Summerville. Love this shop. Last time I was here they accidentally did a conventional oil change, when I asked for a semi-synthetic.Mike ( the store manager ) asked me to come back when it was time for another oil change and hed make it right. I came back today and he gave me a full synthetic oil change ( $62 ) for free.I appreciate their honesty the first time and making it right this time. Ill definitely be coming back .

I had a 9 AM appointment for my vehicle and a 9:30 AM appointment for my wifes vehicle (install only, tires purchased from Tire Rack). Neither vehicle was touched until 9:45 AM. My wifes vehicle went in first, then my vehicle. I finally drove my vehicle away at 12:20 PM, 3 hours and 20 minutes after arrival. Slowest tire installation Ive ever experienced in 50 years of vehicle ownership. Half my day down the drain. Ill never refer anyone to this place for a tire installation.

My husband and I are from Texas, and we stopped by this place hoping for an quick fix before our drive back home. We hit a large bump, and our engine splash guard was dangling by a couple of screws. We were helped by Mike, and explained that we were already behind on our drive back to Texas. Since it was such an easy fix, we were helped right away, and it took less than 20 minutes. They didnt charge us anything for the replacement screws, and we were back on the road as fast as I couldve asked for. 5 stars all the way.

Decent but have had some issues. I have always dealt with Discount Tires in AZ and CA and had zero problems. Ive had two oil changes for one car and new tires and an oil change for my truck done here. The oil changes on the car were no problem. The truck tires was okay, price was alright but they charged me without asking for the hazard warranty on each tire; about $13 a tire which was an extra $54 or so. I paid and noticed it seemed high, looked over my receipt and notice the hazard charge. Went back for a refund as I didnt want the hazard warranty. I got refunded no problem, but ask and dont assume all your customers want this extra charge. Come today, its now been over an hour for just a standard oil change. I made an appointment for 930 a.m. and my truck still hasnt moved at 10:50a.m.( Ive had enough time to walk and get coffee, walk to the dollar store about 15 mins away, browse around and walk back) They say Im next in line and the lady behind me has already had service and paid. I will not be returning to have my vehicles serviced here. Such a shame as this is a Discount Tire that offers full service repair at affordable prices thats close. I understand that things happen and people can come and go making the shop busy. Time to shop around for something else.-Update the truck has been done at 11:17 a.m. almost two hours since Ive dropped it off. And now Im waiting to pay because their printers are not working and their system is down. I understand things happen but this is ridiculous.

I’ve been here both when it was Treadquarters and now Tire Choice. I’ve had basic oil changes, tire patches, and tire replacements, and all have been done in a reasonable amount of time with all costs explained up front.I went yesterday with an oil leak that couldn’t be diagnosed easily. The technician cleaned the underbody and engine area, told me to drive it, and bring it back today. Today it was diagnosed as a faulty part and replaced very quickly. The technician was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and I will definitely be going back.

I had multiple great experiences at this location. Zechariah & Dan are very knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to multiple types of vehicles. They make suggestions, dont take advantage of you and get your in and out quickly. This is my new car shop!

Had a horrible tire blow out on I-26 and the closest location closed at 6pm. I had to wait till Sunday. Little to no tire shops arw open on Sundays but Tread Quarters was. Being that Im a small business owner I tend to understand things happen and I hardly ever leave BAD reviews but this is beyond bad! I showed up at this location at 9 am for a 930 appointment. NO ONE was here to open the store at 9 am. Someone finally arrived (from another location) and open the doors. However, none of the service techs showed up until after 1045 am Again I overlooked that because its Sunday morning and things happen. My truck is rolled into the bay at 11 am and promptly I am told because of my vehicle it was going to take at least till 3 pm to get me up and going. I actually get a call 1 pm (which made me worry) and I Uber back to the location at 3 pm and EVERY BAY DOOR AND THE ENTRANCE IS LOCKED UP! The door and website clearly says 5 pm is closing. Its now 4:45 pm and still no one! This has cost me hundreds of dollar in my business revenue!!!

Do not go here. They will not be honest with you. I brought my car in because it wasnt driving right-no check engine light but I could tell something was wrong. I was told the valve cover gasket and spark plugs needed to be replaced. So I did that. The issue was not fixed but they couldnt find anything wrong when i brought it back. My check engine light came on the other day and I took my car elsewhere to get it looked at, where I was told that someone who previously worked on the car had very clearly broken the intake manifold and then jerry rigged a temporary fix to cover up the mistake. Thanks to them, I now have to replace the entire manifold which is most definitely not cheap. I am livid but at this point there is nothing that I can do as theyre obviously going to deny it, seeing as they didnt tell me in the first place.

I stopped here because my tire pressure light was on. A very nice young man checked all my tires and put air in the tires as needed, at no charge.

I needed an alignment on my 06 c280 after having struts replaced. After having another business do a faulty alignment, these guys fit me right in to correct the problem as a walk in customer. Great prices too.

Great service! Everybody was well knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, and were professional. The manager, James, was very helpful.

I do not understand how this place is still in business. I took my vehicle in for an oil change and was called in to be told my ball joints were bad and needed replacement immediately. I had just put new tires on my truck and had the ball joints replaces in the same job two months before the change. When I got the shop on the phone that did it, the individual at the garage changed his tune and said that my tie rods was the issue, not the ball joints. I took the vehicle across the street and noting of what these mechanics told me was true. I also had a rack and pinion put on by these guys and after 5,000 miles it went on me. Come to find out their 12,000 mile warranty was no valid because the place was under different management at the time of the repair. I used to get oil changes here constantly, but after every time I took it in my vehicle needed immediate attention and the repair was North of $1,000 each time I stopped. I will go elsewhere to get honest service and not some people trying to make money off expensive repairs. Maybe for tires this may be a good shop, but for repairs and service stay far away.

Got an oil change and wheel alignment. Got done quick but on my drive home, when I let go of the wheel my van still veered into the right lane. Maybe the tech didnt know what he was doing when he did the alignment but what made it so disappointing is he test drove it afterwards and still handed me the key knowing it wasnt fixed. Theres no way he would not have noticed. My van literally will change lanes when let go of the steering wheel. He must not have cared. Cant think of any other reason. Very disappointing. Wont be back.

We were told to get a transmission oil and filter change as a preventative measure just due to the mileage on the car. I called to confirm and get an estimate. My son called back within days to schedule an appt. They told him to just bring it in the next morning, no appt needed. When he arrived this morning he was told to take it to a transmission shop, they didnt know the cars history and didnt want to touch it. Thanks for wasting our time and being 100% unprofessional. I would rate you a 0 if it would let me.

Girl friend carried her car to have her transmission flushed. $149.00 When she left she had to pay $440.23 . She knows nothing about cars, She is a 65 year old Asian lady and they took advantage in every way possible. 4 spark plugs replaced $115.76 They have a fee for the rags they use to wipe their hands $39.00 . I made a complaint to the home office, Answer, how were they to know she didnt know what they were talking about.....I can understand that. So guys if you want this to happen to you, send your girl friend or wife to this wonderful business. Dont forget to bring your own TP just in case. Im giving them a 1 star, because they dont have a O
