I love this place. Couple weeks ago I got into a minor accident and needed to have a new headlight put in and my bumper fixed and got several estimates and all the other places wanted to charge me $2100 or more but they quoted less than half that! They did an amazing job of fixing my bumper in fact if you looked at my bumper after they fixed it you would never have a clue it was in an accident!

Precision Collision was able to help with last minute repairs to a BMW X3 lease before return. Repair was indistinguishable, good job.

The most unprofessional people Ive ever tried to do business with, my car set there for a week! Was told it would be ready in three days... I picked my car up after it set there in a mud hole untouched at my Uber expense and took it to another body shop...never ever do business with these people... I was also hung up on three times trying to find out the status of my repair! An employee even told me he didnt know what the hell was going on!

My car unfortunately got vandalized. And from day one I work with Wes who is amazing. He always kept me up-to-date with what was going on with my car and what exactly was going to be done and explain to me how it would be done. Had amazing customer service and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. When I picked up my car he went around the car with me to make sure I liked the job they did. And said if I needed anything else or had any questions later on to reach back out to them. He was always there when I contacted him or if he missed a call from me he immediately contacted me back. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody who wants a company that cares about their customers. My insurance adjusters were a pain in the butt but he fought for me on my behalf to make sure it was done correctly into my satisfactory. When I looked at my car it looked phenomenal I was very much pleased you could have never guessed that any damages were ever done to my car it look brand new as when I took it off the lot. Im a very happy customer and if I ever need them in the future I will definitely go back and I will refer others. This company has amazing hospitality and definitely have southern charm we would hope every business would have. Wes and his team had my best interest at heart . They take passion and their work . Very helpful. Took care of everything from start to finish helped me find a reliable tow and made sure I was happy with my vehicle when I picked it up even gave me free transmission fluid . I would highly recommend them.
