I brought my car here when it was fletchers. I wanted to support a local business so I went there. My car needed a back bumper repair.... and after a whole MONTH they were done. The repair looked nice until a couple of weeks ago when I noticed one side of the bumper started to become loose (less than 6 months ago). I called THIS place to see if they had any type of warranty agreement with fletchers and see if they would at least look at it. Well...the lady on the phone with no sympathy at all said no we don’t and hung up the phone. What are the customers from fletchers supposed to do? I feel conned. She didn’t say you can come through and we can take a look at it EVEN THOUGH we may not be able to take on this problem or nothing; She just hung up. I was trying to support local businesses in the community but....I suggest going to a major chain.

Went in last Tuesday morning. This is close to my home and when it was J&L, they did good work. Photos were taken along with all related info and contact info. Was told an estimate would be emailed by 5PM that day. To date, I have received nothing.
