Good luck. You may catch them open, or closed, or open but closed when its your turn. Dont call, they wont answer. And dont try to order ahead, that option is never available when I try.

I love this Starbucks! I ordered wrong, so they made a new drink, and let me keep the other one! They were slammed, but they made the orders as quickly as they could and were great about it! Excellent service and well made drinks!

Friendly and courteous staff. Able to accommodate an off the menu request. And of course the coffee was great!

Conveniently located right off the highway, with a drive thru. We walked in around lunch time, service was very fast. Bathroom was pretty clean.

The worst Starbucks location. Don’t even get your drink here. Drive a couple more miles if you want your drink as you wish. Baristas have the worst attitude. I asked for an Ice white mocha with extra Caramel. She said they were out of caramel but she said they had syrup and she said there was going to be no difference on the taste. I said “ok” I don’t know if she put alcohol or the whole container of syrup in my drink, I couldn’t even drink a sip of my drink because it tasted like liquor. And when I went back to tell them about it. They totally ignore me

They are the best Starbucks within 30 miles. Their drinks are always made well. Dont let the long line scare you away, it never takes me more than 5-7 minutes to get through a full line.

The barista was very friendly and helpful. I ordered a grande ice coffee with 2 pump of classic as sweetener... 🤢 It is nasty! It tastes like burnt coffee. I have another 2 plus hour drive and needed some caffeine. I guess this burnt flavor coffee will do but definitely not ordering it again. 🤢 The interior and unisex restroom are very clean. It also has a drive thru.

Regular starbucks but good customer service and they are pretty quick in busy hours too.

My husband enjoyed his coffee and blueberry scone and I enjoyed my lemon cake. The wait was a little long.

Rating based on time of service not quality! It took about 22 minutes from drive thru to get drinks, that includes total wait time in line. Quality of service was 5 stars! Our drinks were delicious. Barista was incredibly personable. We went through the line at 3 p.m. so the wait was entirely too long for that time of day!! Once we got to the window our drinks werent ready even though there were 4 vehicles in front of us. Extended wait time is not always convenient for busy people! I waited because I wanted the drinks despite the frustration!

Broken espresso machine, but assured.me.they could still make a cafe mocha with coffee...however, they didnt mention that thered be no froth. How do you make a mocha without froth?! Staff seemed distracted and not interested in serving but rather wanted to grab among themselves and on the phone instead, discussing their lunchand weekend plans. Recommend skipping this Starbucks if you can find another. Even caribou coffee a few stops south on I81 had better service AND coffee!

SLOW service. I couldve driven back home, made a cup, and drove back by the time they made my coffee. Also, dont get angry at me when you make my order wrong, and I ask you to correct it. Dont expect me to drink whatever the heck you made just for your convenience. Dunkin donuts, here I come.

Bought a large coffee. I didnt take a sip until after I drove away. It was lukewarm.

Good service early in the morning. But was not impressed with our pastry items, dry and didnt finish them.

Drive Thru Line was a bit slow with a long wait at the window for my drink and sandwich. Sandwich ended up landing in my lap as the bag had a hole in it at the bottom. Drink was superhot so be careful when taking your first sip especially is they make a custom drink.

Slowest Starbucks around, if your going through the drive through better have at least 20 min to spare

The Staunton, VA location always has staff issues, closing early, and long lines. Travel today to get a drink and not only wait in line 20 minutes but machine down. Waynesboro location not much better. Also always the worst lines and always makes my drink wrong...... UNACCEPTABLE for how expensive this coffee is. GET IT TOGETHER PEOPLE.

Its very close to 81 ..... maybe a minute and I gave them 5 stars because every time I go there the guy or gal at the to go window is very pleasant and funny and the service is fast .... it’s kinda hard to find the drive thru in a wacky strip mall but the great staff makes it worth it !

Dont be fooled by the checkmark beside dine in. No one is allowed to enjoy their coffee inside. You can, however, sit outside on the sidewalk.

The window staff is awesome. Even when we had issues with app the young man was extremely courteous and helpful on a day when they were very busy.

Was a funny out of the way drive through, we ordered pikes roast with light cream. It took maybe 2-3 mins but the attendant was was so pleasant and didn’t charge us for the wait. Was not expecting that! Thank you 😊

Coffee was luke warm. Kinda defeats the purpose of hot coffee when it isnt hot. Not to mention very pricey. Tasted good just not hot.

Went to get sea salted carmel hot chocolate. They were out of sea salt but the Carmel hot chocolate was delicious

Today the young man was very nice. The young lady the other day not so much waited in line for 30 mind but its worth it for my lil princess

They got my order wrong and when I knocked on the door to ask them to fix it, they ignored me. The inside is closed and I waited an hour in the drive thru for my drink. I wasnt about to wait another hour in the drive thru to ask them to fix it. If you go here, make sure you check your drinks before driving away.

Staff is very friendly, quick, and efficient! Pleasent experience every time, even with my wife and Is specific orders.

If you enjoy Starbucks, this location is your typical Starbucks experience. Staff is friendly and menu is consistent. This location does have a drive-thru but it is a bit awkward to see at first. Right off of the interstate so very convenient for travel.

Very quick, friendly, accurate and my order was prepared well. Close to the highway. Just be careful on the entrance and exit, the steep angle is a doozy...

Guilty pleasure, to be sure. Ridiculously high prices for coffee, and theres always a long line in the drive-thru, but, i love the creme frappacinos

Why is this store consistently the slowest store Ive ever been to ? The people are friendly, the coffee is good but most days its a 20 min wait or more.

Pulled off the interstate and found that many other people had done the same - It was quite busy but our orders were filled in a timely manner. The parking leaves a lot to be desired at this particular location. My daughter loved her strawberries and cream drink!

I love Starbucks for all the coffee drinks they offer, except the prices are high, whichever one knows. We went to this one while on a road trip to San Antonio, for extra caffeine.

This was a pit stop for my family. Parking was tight, very few spots. I ordered a black coffee for me and an iced coffee for the wife. My coffee took about 45 seconds, her coffee took about 9 freaking minutes. When my wife inquired about her coffee she was told that they are “going in order”... after there was no hope... a patron came back to the counter with her coffee and said “this isn’t mine, it has someone else’s name on it!” (My wife’s)The servers were nice, bathroom was clean enough. But... get it together. And my wife was there with two little kids under 5... give us the respect of getting the order right.

They are always nice here. Also, they work pretty quickly and when things were open, it was always clean inside.

Ive been to Starbucks twice in my life both at this location. The first time last Friday the ladi behind the counter thought I was hitting on her when in fact Ive never been to a Starbucks and was confused. Today I sorta figured out what was going on. The guy behind the counter would be better off barking at cars and hiding in a closest so the ringing phone doesnt attack us. Strange place good non coffee stuff.

If you really want coffee! You wont go here! Because its more like high-priced mud from the spa down the road. It tastes like it reuse, regrind and burnt and server. This place you will go in debt to drink just one cup! You need your American Express, your Visa, your discover, and maybe your home! just for one cup. If youre not careful theyll take your first born.I think they say its from somewhere weve never been. Believe me I know! cuz I have drank coffee in these places. And they would run them out of these countries over something that taste it like this if you want a good cup youll go to Joe Bean well theyll treat you like family and give you something that tastes like coffee.

The woman who took our order was more worried about us having our mask on correctly but obviously she didnt hear us with it on because they screwed up our order in multiple ways!

Closed 10 minutes early according to hours posted on Google and 40 minutes earlier than the hours posted in the window. Thanks but no thanks. No longer will I ask them to sell me $5 drinks.
