Nice store. They are located right off 81 and easy to spot.

Absolutely outstanding I havent been to this location and six years and they made a 180 degree change. They have everything from gas to diesel they even have Tesla charging stations for your vehicle. They have endless amounts of food freshly brewed tea and coffee what more could you want in this gas station. 100% recommend a visit here!

Its a Sheetz. The pre-made club wrap with mild banana peppers was quite good for a quick bite.

Staunton sheetz does a wonderful job, the gm is a great guy and always makes sure the guests are taken care of, and the store is always clean !

Slow service on the MTO side. Ordered in advance on the app and still took 15 minutes. Dirty inside, sub assembled poorly, their standards have gone way down.

Popular items pictured on screen included a plump sausage egg and cheese burrito 2 for $4... no need to go any further. It looked like exactly what I had hoped for however woe is me.What I received was 2 burritos with sausage, some flakes of egg and a cheese similar to Velveeta / cheese wiz all of which I didnt realize till I returned to my car, took bite and chewed as if I was chewing a rubber inner tube.I was going to blow it off but thought NO...I didnt order this! So I went back and the girl was very polite said that I had ordered the premade burrito not the custom burrito. I replied that I had ordered the burrito pictured...where the screen prompts Order ThisShe then kindly assisted me at the screen in ordering a custom burrito. By the time we had completed the process, my bill was a good 25% higher. I realized that I was no longer hungry having already had half of the rubber wrapped burrito, earlier so I cancelled and felt obligated to post this review.I had initially planned to go to McDonalds as their burrito is decent, tasty and of good value.Very disappointing experience which has taken an hour+ including this review.For breakfast go to McDonalds better yet spend a few extra minutes and find a locally owned diner where quality food served is essential to their success.Flustered

Have come on multiple occasions just to see if all the other times we came were flukes but we dont have much luck with the food here. They wont only forget certain items that we order but they take FOREVER doing it. On average, from 15+ visits (I dont remember how many times we came before we started timing our visits 15 visits ago), our wait time here is 27 minutes just to wait for our food. Thats AFTER weve paid until we have our food bags in hand. Most of the time we ask for a salad, of some sort/variation, and the 2 hotdog deal. They take so long that often enough we get some items in our bag that have been sitting long and have already cooled off. I would recommend going to the other Sheetz 15 minutes away in Fishersville if youre itching to get Sheetz food. Would be 1 star but they get 2 because I have a Sheetz card that gets me free donuts every now and then. On top of it all the workers dont seem to want to adjust anything either. They dont try to rush when a lot of orders come in and they dont appear to try to learn how to multitask. EDIT: Got a Mac n cheese platter and a pretzel today, which took 32 minutes. Both giving me high blood pressure, for different reasons though.

I just had an employee come into the bathroom and loudly express well this place sure got trashed quick. I very much felt uncomfortable as she had seen me in the stall. So uncomfortable i was not able to use the bathroom. I got up and washed my hands as she came out and very aggressively washed hers. I have worked in the public service industry for about 18 years so i know how trash people can be. I try and be the opposite. She also gave me the side eye as i was leaveig sheetz. I wish i got her name. I wil not be returning here.

I purchased a charger and adapter from Sheetz. The adapter nor the Wire worked. I called this location and was told to bring it back. When I arrived Rodney( manager) was rude and impolite, would not give me a refund and asked me to leave the store. I did and left the merchandise at the location. Never again will I grace this mediocre establishment with its poor management.

I stopped here for the super charger and went in for snack and coffee. The mask requirement sign was partially ripped off the door and employees were joyfully conversing with non masked customers with their masks pulled down.

This sheet has almost everyone walking in WITHOUT a face mask. You know everyone walking in does not have a medical condition and quite frankly you should re quite EVERYONE to wear one. There are places that require you to wear face mask and how is your company not doing that? DisgustingYour employees are awesome but man come on!!!

With the sheer amount of people constantly in and out of this place, you would expect it to be a larger Sheetz in order to better accommodate the flow of people.The bathrooms were a bit of a mess (water all over the sink counter, wet paper towels everywhere, and toilet paper on the floor)

Ordered fish platter and fries, gave me the fish platter with no fries, then had to wait over 20mins for fries! How could you miss the fries with my order??!! Will NEVER go to this Sheetz again! And theyre paid 10 bucks an hour!!??

Please lower your sanitary napkin receptacle to a wheelchair accessible height in the ladies bathroom. The person before me obviously could not reach it to place their used products in, and left it sitting in the child safety seat. My two year old ran into the stall and immediately picked it up!!

Stopped here on our way to Canada, hungry but willing to settle for gas (since everything else for miles was closed except Walmart). Pleasantly surprised by how great their food was for a gas station. Delicious, crispy wings, crispy and cheese mozzarella sticks and yummy fried macaroni bites (my first time ever trying those). Very friendly staff even though it was after midnight.

This place is the worst Sheetz I have ever been to. Unclean and staff very unprofessional. Its Christmas evening and nothing is stocked nor clean. The coffee are empty and cappuccino machine is out. Water all over the place on the floor and counters. This is an embarrassment. Very disgusted. Also on top of it all, there was an hour wait for our food!!! They had 3 employees at the MTO station, just taking their time and joking around. No apology from staff nor the night shift manager was around to apologize to us or any of the customers. I will be calling into corporate tomorrow.

I ordered food from the staff and watched they place in the frier and take out. It sat in the basket above the frier while they helped 6 people before they took out my now cold food from the fry basket and gave to me. 2 of the 4 staff members were just sitting in the back of the kitchen while only 1 took care of all the food. NEED NEW MANAGEMENT

Best Friendly staff around Staunton! but its a new store and it looks horrible under there equipment is filthy. There cooler always has stuff missing. There really slow but busy and seem to be short staffed but no excuse for dirty brand new store

Do not buy kerosene from here! Heater would not relight after use. Also stunk REALLY bad. Been burning kerosene heaters for 25 years and can tell you this stuff is no good. Also store needs updating and is understaffed. Cashiers running two registers at one time by themselves in a effort to get customers through. Staff is very friendly and helpful! I feel bad for the employees.

Bought gas and ordered prepared food yesterday.I got the gas never got food .I had to show my receipt to the clerks 20 minutes after I placed the order and discovered the salad had notbeen started.I had to act very un Christmas like to get money back.

This place is amazing and reminds me of Speedway gas stations.

If you just need gas, great, lots of pumps. If you need to go inside, find another gas station. Worst sheetz ever.

Nearly every food order is made so sloppy its just a waste of money. I dont expect much from ordering food from a gas station but I at least want to get what I paid for. Not a chunk of fried batter on a huge tortilla. Save your money and order from mcdonalds next door.

It took over 20 minutes to get our food, they had a young guy that was making the food by his self and he needed help. They had a girl back there talking and not helping him! Then he tried to give me a third of my order, then another woman came back there, he went to the front, then she tried to give me 3/4 of my order and wanted to say it was all in there, will think real hard about buying food there again. I work in the food industry and this is not accepitable

Open 24 hours on all holidays!!! It was clean and open at 330 am Christmas eve but we ordered food and for 2 of us it was 19.28 and when we got back in the car we were missing items that we had been charged for and the food wasnt made corrextly ..A little disappointed.

Ive tried and tried to give this sheetz a chance. Every other one Ive been to has been great, but this one has made me want to move back to Harrisonburg. Two different times now I have ordered food, and go to pay at the register only to find out that the cashier rang up everything but my food order so I had to get back in long long line to pay for my food. The last time I didnt even bother. Then today I waited in line while the cashier (some overweight guy with a mustache) took his time ringing up someone he knew. Then he kept talking to his buddy while he rang me up, he was so engrossed in his conversation that I had to bag up my own purchase. Afterwards I went to go wait for my food (which took 12 minutes) this same cashier kept doing stuff around us, showing us out of his way wherever we moved to. He even almost ran my mother over with his dry mop!!! Every other sheetz Ive been to has been great. I dont know if this one is just terribly managed or their employees have just been skipping their training. Ive managed retail for many years and Id be embarrassed of this staff.

When i first walked I noticed it was messy. All the trashes were full, trash on full, napkins, no straws, bathrooms looked horrible. I ordered 2 smoothies at 11:45, paid at 11:47 but it took 10 mins for my smoothies to be made. Thats a little ridiculous for 2 smoothies.

Go to Sheetz in staunton a lot always liked the food until today got the premium chicken combo chicken small didnt cover even half the bun, what was there was tough, will not be getting it again...

There is insufficient staff. Wheres the janitor? Everything was dirty. Both of the milkshake machines needed maintenance but I was not able to get anyones attention.

We like sheetz. But this store was filthy and trash cans were overflowing with garbage.

This was the most disgusting sheetz Ive ever been in. Food on the floor, cup lids and straws everywhere, and employees with attitude. Avoid this place if at all possible.

Will never shop there again. Had been going there for gas, snacks and cigarettes every week for about 3 months until I got tired of the rudeness of an older woman employee. If you cant be nice to the customers you shouldnt be working with the public.
