The Sprint store on Lee Jackson Highway in Staunton is one of the last I’ve seen in existence, had to stop and check it out. An employee held the door open for me as he was leaving. Spent a little time inquiring about service during a break. The employee Bryce was somewhat helpful and nice but I felt disrespected.The parking lot area is full of potholes and cracks, not the best pavement.
Went in to get new phones today and the two guys working there were the most polite sprint employee s Ive ever had the pleasure of talking to excellent customer service. Thank you chip and dillion

I highly recommend Michael! He was sweet and amazing! He helped me get my phone activated with no issues☺️ I would go back and deal with Michael anytime! He was wonderful! Very polite! He helped me figure out best options to get my phone activated!!!
Aaron was amazing! He sat there and answered a bunch of questions I had and he even stayed late to make sure he went over everything with me about the new deal I was getting. So polite and helpful. I will def always go back to this Sprint store to deal with Aaron.
Amy has been extremely helpful and nice, trying to help me renew my contract and get new phones. I have 4 lines,as my grandson and his wife are under my contract. They have cracked screens, and we have to get those fixed before we can upgrade phones and renew contract. I would NOT recommend Assurion Insurance. They were to send loaners for their use until the phones were fixed,but Sprint says the Samsung S6s that Assurion sent,were too old and couldnt be activated!?! New customers can get 4 lines for $100/month. But a loyal customer, whose been with them for almost 5 years,has to pay $245/month or more!!! I just dont understand this!!! So now were waiting for new loanersso I can sign a new contract for around $300/month. While Amy deserves 5 stars,Sprint and Assurion only deserve 1.
Just got the s8+ and switched from Verizon. Best thing I ever did. Sprint took care of remainder of my s7, Preston fixed the camera lens at the store so I could turn it in and get credit for it. The guys here were all great.

Very poor service no one there had any idea what was going on it. I ordered a Google pixel 3xl and am a new customer told the contract was going to be 70 something dollars monthley and am getting charged over 100 monthly and to top it off I have recently broke my screen and went to get it replaced somewhere else and they informed me that this is not even the Google pixal 3XL that its a Google pixal 3A so now I have a contract with a even more expensive plan and the wrong phone. Also they had to order the phone becuase they did not have it in stock and the whole week that I waited to get the phone I was being charged for the service. When I did go and get the phone from the store there was a stack of phones in boxes and when he went to get my phone from the bottom he saw a bug using one of the boxes repeatedly through it on the ground to kill the bug dont worry this one is not ur phone I was honestly shocked
These type of stores have less and less of a reason to exist, being something like circuit city or best buy. I went in hoping for help with my warranty and wasnt able to receive any, with the main recommendation from the employees being to call the number for it.Well since my phone is recovery bootlooping and is entirely nonoperational, I cant do that.The employees know very little to nothing about the subject (for example they were telling an old lady ahead of me in line that she couldnt block a number on her phone because it wasnt a smart phone) and I regret going there like I have every other time Ive been forced to visit a sprint store.

Wow. I am shocked by the reviews on here! This store is so busy every time Im in here, but the employees do their best to help everyone to the best of their ability! Theyre each only one person, what do people expect??The manager Chip is always trying to help everyone and is super sweet. He apologized over and over to answer the phone, but I dont expect the world to stop and cater to me personally, so I was fine with it!! He handled the crazy rush perfectly and still managed to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed to get out of the store.Ive also dealt with the tech and sales rep, Preston. He fixed my sons iphone 6s screen a while ago and did a great job. I will continue to go to this store, its totally worth the wait.

Terrible service they never know how to answer a phone and they NEVER keep there word on what the bill is suppose to be or what is suppose to be fixed. Ive had many random fees pop up and the people in the store are just rude!
I am reporting this store and Touchtell, the real name of the store, to the Better Business Bureau. I cancelled a new IPod order and service in June, With a witness for the big Verizon swap (Big Mistake) and am being billed for services for it because Kris Dixon, a then employee, did not in fact cancel the service, and amazingly no one can find the I pad. Chip claims to not have a boss and tafter 6 months and 7 phone calls to sprint in Thailand and on hold for 2 hours each attempt I am SICK of sprint and will NEVER recommend them to ANYONE. My phone call today Ended w the offer of me splitting the service for 441.00 dollars and my last resort is to file a police report. ALL because of an employee screw up at this store. Thanks TOUCHTELL FAKE SPRINT, Im headed to go get a police report!!!!

Was fed the wrong information about sales, and plans and ended up spending $700 with my old carrier. It cost almost that much to get out of what I was cond into signing up with them
