The Boost Mobile location...the young woman working there was informative and very helpful. Explain my purchase to me and what I had to do to activate my device in a way that was easy for me to comprehend.

I thought there service was helpful, and I recommend them to everyone because of their helpfulness.

We went in to pay bill and adding an extra line. The girl behind the counter was wearing pajamas and smacking her gum and overall not helpful at all. We ended up going to a different company the same day.
