BEYOND DISRESPECTFUL! THEY WILL HARASS YOU CONTINOUSLY ON THE DAY YOUR PAYMENT IS DUE!!! I WOULD UNDERSTAND IF ITS LATE BUT THEY EVEN DO IT ON THE DAY ITS DUE!!! THEY ALSO CANT SEEM TO GET MY PAYDAY CORRECT EVEN THOUGH IVE HAD THEM CORRECT IT NUMEROUS TIMES!!!!! I WILL NEVER EVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN! THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY!! IM BEYOND THANKFUL MY ITEMS ARE ALMOST PAID OFF SO I DONT HAVE TO DEAL WITH THE HARASSMENT ANY LONGER!!!!!!!! LEAVE ME ALONE FOR GODS SAKE!! YOUR BLOCKED FOR A REASON!!! STOP LEAVING POINTLESS VOICEMAILS!!!

Absolutely horrible place. Twice I have rented from them and both times I have had nothing but problem trying to make payments online. Even after payment is made they will call saying its late. Once I return the product to stop the issue. The other time I had them come and get it. Best part of it all is it was a washer and dryer set that all they would do is set OUTSIDE on my carport and not come in to install, clam covid wont allow it. But they will surely come in my house to get them. I had to carry them downstairs to my basement alone... They can come get them out.

Ive rented from them 2 times. Awful. The bed I purchased was damaged. Was 6 months before I got a replacement. And even the replacement was broken. Got a stove and now it DOESNT EVEN WORK!!!!! They dont mind blowing up a phone regarding a payment but cant even give you a product that works....

Absolutely the worst customer service ever they provide faulty equipment never deliver on time, They charge you for equipment that does not work

Firstly I ordered a brand new washer and dryer and was brought a used and non working set. The front panel of the washer wasn’t even connected and there were dents and scratches all over the entire set. When I called to complain I was told I’d be give the correct set and never received it. I told them I wanted them to take it back as they clearly were not going to follow they with my original contract. A few days before they were due to pick it up I was exposed to corona and informed them I would be in a 2 week quarantine and they were welcome to get it after. They then showed up at my house not even a week later putting themselves and my family at risk. I’ve never experienced such garbage customer service and when I called the store I was told that I’ve ignored them and refused to answer calls. Mind you they left me one voicemail. The behavior from the manager and the delivery driver was disgusting. I will never use rent a center ever again.

I thought this was supposed to be on a same day delivery basis but I guess I was wrong. I went by there wednesday to get a washer and dryer and was told I was unable to get same day delivery I was fine with that and they set me up to get it the following day, however the set I purchased didn’t fit in my home correctly clearly no ones fault but instead of bringing a new one that day please note a live a mile away a from the store if that I was told to wait until tomorrow morning and they would could come and measure it and have me a washer and dryer that day. That morning I called to make sure I didn’t miss them and was told they wouldn’t be coming until around 4-6 and I still wouldn’t get my washer and dryer that day I was just so frustrated with the process I just asked for my money back.
