Very informed, great customer service, answered all of our questions and helped us get the best deal possible. We did our annual PS4 controller upgrade and we walked away very happy. (And with a good bit of clearance items) will always use this GameStop.

I called and asked if I could buy a bundle deal on a Xbox 1 with Red Dead Redemption 2 and MBA for a price of $273 the man working said no problem there are plenty left told him I would come the next day and he said sounds good we will be here for that price and deal. I came to the store like so and a manager told me the deal could not be done I had to pay full price. Highly recommend going anywhere but here they will lie to your face and screw you. Learned my lesson the hard way. Hate this place. Thanks b careful.

I was making a big purchase, between a PSVR and a Pro to handle it, so it was extremely welcome when the staff went well out of their way to help me fineagle the best deal I could. The two I met, Im bad with names, had patience equal to my limitless questions.Its definitely called Prestige for a reason

They have a large selection of new and pre-used games to choose from. Unfortunately their close location to Wal Mart may prevent casual gamers from checking out the dals on pre-owned games at this store.

Poor service, never had a problem trading in games ever till just now, i guess the guy didnt want to deal with me or something? Idek, but like, he wouldnt take one game cause its still wrapped, he wouldnt take the other vause there was a scratch, and the last he said i need to be 18 to trade in with an ID, so like, alright you could have said that before but its whatever man, es ist mirs egal...
