Went to three different mechanic shops and was told I needed a new AC compressor and they quoted me over $1000!! Went to pitstop auto and they told me all I needed was some AC freon gas. Easy and cheap! Fast and friendly service!

I checked online and seen that they had a 5 star rating so i was confident that these guys were the best and they are by far! I had an alternator go out in my Lincoln MKX and Guss was extremely helpful throughout the whole process of getting it fixed. So far, so great! Went in one time for an alignment and they were honest and told me that I needed another repair before the alignment. This shop has done a Catalytic converter, and also full front brake job on my 2003 Toyota Corolla. They do good work, for a very, very reasonable price. Theyve never tried to oversell me into fixing something that I didnt really need fixed. You really cant do better than this shop, after I moved out of the Sugar Land area, I still drove back 30 minutes to use this shop.

Not a good experience. I called the guy on a Friday telling him I have a vehicle that wont start I think it maybe the starter but Im not sure. He told me to bring it in first thing Saturday morning. So I had my car towed there around 7:55 am and the shop suppose to open at 8am but he didnt show up until 840am. So he look at it and said it was the battery and I told he that cant be it because everything was working good except it wasnt turning over but he insisted that was it. So he said the battery by itself will cost me $330. so I went on line and found it for $194. at oReilly. So after putting the battery in he came back and said it wasnt my battery it was my fuel pump and that will cost me $1000. to put it in, so I went online looking at fuel pumps and I fought a ad about a defect in my car fuel relay and I tried to show the mechanic but he wasnt trying to hear it. So i caught a Uber to oReilly and brought the part for $18.and put it on myself outside in the parking lot and the car came right on. So beware going to this shop theyre not using a equipment to diagnose the problem and just guess to get the most money. James Graves.

These guys dont play games and if you are a single lady worried that you will be taken advantage of, they are not like that. He thoroughly went thru my problem with my lights and tried to diagnose before ordering a new part. I was charged parts and labor and everything works fine. I had my brakes done also with rutters because they were done. I am very pleased with the service.

I called ten minutes before I arrived on my lunch hour to see how fast I could get an inspection, he said he could get me right in and right out........AND HE DID! I swear I wasnt there more then 10-15 minutes. These are my go-to guys for inspections and oil changes from now on.

I got a state inspection as well as an oil change. Not only were they nice and quick about it, they also topped my fluids and informed me of an oil seep in my oil pan. I would definitely recommend this place.
