Their Rocky Road is one of the best but this time was soft to the point of melting. The employees seemed less than thrilled to be there. Im done paying twice as much for a third of the size scoop as I can get closer to home. Thumbs up for a large selection.

This store deserves zero stars. The owner is rude and so are the employees. I guess its okay to order a cake, pay for it, and go pick it up and the owner can refuse to give it to you. They refused to fix the mistake on the cake the next day. Unfortunately, this is the second time Ive had this problem, so I will never go back to this store!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I visited this location and as I pull up I notice the social distance sign in the window. This isn’t my first time visiting this location during the mist of the pandemic so I was already aware of the “7 people in store” guidelines, however these signs are tapped all around the establishment so they are visible to everyone. I waited in the car because as I counted there we’re already 11 people in the store. As I was waiting someone pulled up and went right in and proceeded to order at this point no one has come out and they are still over capacity. As people are leaving out i decided to have me and my daughter and niece stand at the door so if anyone pulled up they would see we were waiting in line. Well, another guy walks up and goes right in front of us inside the store and waits inside in line. At this point I am assuming that they are functioning at full capacity because no one has been ask to wait outside and there is clearly more than 7 people in the store still. So me and my two kids walk in and immediately we are asked to wait outside because of the “7 rule” guidelines. As you can imagine I’m surprised. And I tell them well we were here first and people have been walking in front of us as were waiting, the workers dismissed what I was saying and asked me and my kids to leave. The guy admits that he walked in front of us and was not ask the wait outside. The worker says “well there’s nothing I can do about that”. We leave, I go back inside to ask for a manager and to my surprise the very rude one is the manager.He puts his head down as I’m talking to him out his hand up in a very dismissive way and says if I don’t leave he’s calling the cops. I never place race card at all, because most things are misunderstandings. But this was clear as day discrimination two young ladies standing outside came up to me and said they witnessed what happened and would be reporting it as well. I’m so disgusted with the behavior from all 3 employees. One guy comes out and say the owner wants you to leave. I responded “what does it look like I’m doing”? The manager comes out yelling continues to say he’s calling the cops as I’m strapping my 4 year old in the car. Trust me this is not the end of this.

Rude staff.My daughter wanted the Mermaid ice cream cup and instead of telling us they were out but they could make her a unicorn one, they made it and tossed it at us on the counter as they said we’re out of mermaid while walking by.People were asked to step outside because they were at max composite but when an employees DoorDash came in with their food he was allowed in while 8 customers were left outside.

Do not recommend coming in anywhere 20-30 minutes before they close as they don’t serve you because they already cleaned.

Great selection of ice cream flavors and quick staff for the steady business we saw while we were in there. The table area needed to be cleaned, but it wasnt terrible. We all ordered a single scoop so $3 desserts arent bad, but the serving size is compact.

Very overpricedI ordered a lg. Hot fudge sundae, with marshmallow and pecans. Paid nearly $5 for it. Got to my car, while eating it I noticed not 1 drop of hot fudge. About a rwSpoin of whipped cream on top. Terrible service.

They are STILL not allowing indoor dining, and also dont provide seating of any kind whatsoever outside either. Im all for safety, but at least add seating outside. Signed, a mom who doesnt want her kids eating ice cream in the car.

A childhood favorite, and it hasnt lost its touch. A wide variety of flavors that they add to every so often, and they also offer other assortments (such as cakes and pops).Pricing is pretty good. Ice cream itself it reasonable, youll get your moneys worth. The cakes are more expensive than other ice cream outlets, though, but theyre more customizable as a trade-off.The customer area is kinda small, though. I usually bump into people when Im there, but thats just the buildings layout. Also, they recently started offering sugar free options for those on a diet or watching their intake. Id love if they added more than one sugar free flavor, but for now the one they have is delcious.

My friends and I came to this Baskin Robbins 10 minutes before closing and were denied service. While showing up 10 minutes before closing is not the best, theyre still technically open and we saw 4 workers available to help us. There was a customer in there who left and then came back, but we were still denied service. Even with how things are now, there should be no reason to deny customers service. Those employees should be lucky that they still have jobs. 👎

Parking is really a situation here as well as the cleanliness on the outside. On the inside is everything you would expect. Friendly staff, yummy treats and 31 flavors for your little ones to sample!

Always great service and of course the best ice cream in the world. I love the chocolate chip ice cream the best, it has a unique flavored chocolate that is a bit bitter with the sweet ice cream. Yummy! Ive tried the mint chocolate chip as well and the chocolate and they are both excellent.

Nice employees. Cake taste great. I live over an hour away and the cake didnt quite make it home but that was my fault for forgetting a cooler. Even melted and not looking to pretty we still enjoyed it very much!

I find myself getting ice cream at this location several times a week. Admittedly its generally pretty late at night, but regardless, the staff is still amazing and willing to help. Ice cream is also top notch!

Ice cream was good. Sanitation not so much. We were there after dinner (evening meal) and it was busy. Maybe they needed a break in the action so they could clean. Narrow public area, had to squeeze between crowded seating area and customers at the counter to get down to the other end of the counter to order.

Why in the world would you close a place down early that is supposed to close at 1030pm. I went to get some ice cream at 1015pm and a car was leaving that had pulled up right before me and told me they were closed. Fix the hours correctly or talk to the employees and tell them not to close down so early. People are still allowed in the store u too it closes..just lost my service

I bought a specialty frozen cake for my best friends birthday. A caramel macchiato w/ chocolate drizzled on top of the whipped cream...i could pretty much get this cake decorated however I wanted. Their staff was great. The cake was awesome...if you like a coffee flavor. But if you have kiddos, eh...well they probably wont cotton to the macchiato flavored cake. PS I found a coupon online and used that towards the cost.

I was happy with timely service considering the amount of customers. This location is the go to spot in Springfield. I was extremely happy with my 2 scoop candied waffle cone, my fiance and I will return.

Always decent service and thats saying alot for the place being staffed with mostly kids. Id give it a 5 but the place is so small and easily packed. Things get hectic when its too full. Other than that, its decent.

Stopped in late for a cone with a friend. Ice cream was great. I had not been in a baskin Robbins in several years.

The staff was a bit rude for people who serve ice cream at a place across from an elementary school. Hopefully they are nicer to the children then they were to me.

BAskin robbins has been here for as long as I can remember. The owners are wonderful and keep the store clean and the staff is very helpful. It is tough to get into the place when it is busy but that is part of the quaint charm of this lovely old shop. The arched brick windows and corner store feel just brings back memories for me....Dont forget to click like if the review helps

Its just your local corner ice cream parlor, but how many of those do you see these days? Take the kids, grandkids, sit out side with your dog. Parking is tight out front but theres plenty of parking to the side and in the rear so deal with those hot summer evenings by treating your family and you.
