I just ate the most amazing cruller. It was light, sweet, delicate and so delicious. This surpassed all others.

First time going to this place. I got a cinnamon roll and it didn’t have any cinnamon in it at all. Just tasted like a glazed donut. We did try a few other kinds and all tasted oily. My husband loves old fashioned but said he’s had better. Price was descent but don’t think we will be going back.

By far the best in Eugene/Springfield. Sad day when Lees Donuts stopped selling donuts in West Eugene. That being said, Masters Donuts is equally as good if not better. They are bigger than average, decent selection, and especially amazing if youre there by 5 or 6am. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ in my book!

Good donuts, but the crullers are outstanding. Especially when theyre still warm (early Saturday and Sunday mornings.)Very light, airy and egg-y!

This place has done it. They have made the perfect donut. Their chocolate long John or chocolate bar is the best donut I’ve ever had. Highly recommend this place and their amazing donuts. Very kind, patient service. Drive up is very convenient.

Their cruller is so fine and delicate I couldn’t even pull it out from under my fritter without it tearing into delicious little pieces. The staff is always so friendly and cheerful

These are the donuts for you. We tried all the donut shops in town looking for the best, and these are them.Theirs are the best apple fritters weve ever tasted, but dont overlook the crullers (weekends only) or buttermilk donuts.This Master Donut location is better than the other one. The next best is probably DayNight donuts clear across town. Forget about Voodoo, they are the Ben & Jerrys of donuts, crazy toppings on a mediocre base.

Top notch donuts. Purchased a half dozen and an Apple fritter every Friday for over 2 years for my team and it was always a good experience. The staff were always very friendly and even accommodated the rare strange request.

You have to get an apple fritter. They are so crispy on the outside. Also pick up a maple bar. They taste so fresh and have a good amount of frosting.

Latte tasted like it was made with old house coffee or reused grounds. Donuts where fine but to sweet compared to other donut shops around.

Sometimes they dont have enough donuts to last the day and close to shop. They have a limited number of hours that you can get crullers but they are so worth it. Otherwise they have a perfect score. ;)

Hours are kind of limited, but they are so worth the effort. Fresh and great selection with helpful and friendly staff. Prices are really good as well. Drive-thru is very convenient, especially with all of this social distancing having to occur.

Master donuts made donuts for our wedding this summer on 7/5/19 and they were amazing! Very easy to collaborate with, Beth who I worked with really listened to what I wanted and did an amazing job of executing what I asked. Beth even made us two heart shaped donuts for our first bite and I didn’t even ask for that! It was perfect and Everyone is still talking about how delicious the donuts were! I couldn’t be happier about choosing them for our wedding!

My favorite donuts, better than Voodoo. The donuts have that kinda crisp outside but soft and n the inside. Good donuts. However, get there early. They run out of favorites early and they close at 2:00 or when the donuts are gone which ever comes first 😊

Ten dollars for a dozen. Less sweet than most donuts, which is nice. Really good flavors and variety. Awesome plain glaze. Excellent maple bars. Fruit filled ones taste like real jam, so tasty. Highly recommend!

Getting an apple fritter and Thai iced tea from Master Donut was the highlight of my morning! Ive never had a better donut or fritter in my life. Their other donuts are amazing too, but if you have to try just one thing when you visit, make it an apple fritter.

Fantastic donuts. No frills, theyre just what theyre supposed to be. Service can be cranky at times, but they sell donuts not smiles so dont get on their bad side. Definitely a local staple and I like to support local and family businesses like this. Maple bar is the favorite.

The donuts they serve are some of (if not the) best in town. However, the service they provide is constantly unfriendly to the point of being rude, and to be honest their selection isnt the greatest. I always feel awkward going through the drive-through because I have to remind myself of which donuts they do serve while getting glared at by the employee in the window for taking too long.

Wow, whoever put those bad reviews in amaze me. Ive been coming here for years, both the Mohawk and the Gateway locations. These are by far THE BEST DONUTS FOR ALL OF EUGENE/SPRINGFIELD. And I dont ever remember being treated rudely by the staff. I will go out of my way to get donuts here for an occasion, even if I have to drive the extra 5 miles from my house. The quality is over and beyond what you get at the store bakeries. YUM YUM Best donuts in town!!!
