❌Attention‼️ Do not use this place They are straight up thieves‼️ ❌My husband was charged almost $26 for a failed inspection because of the light engine on! When I confronted the manager Mike he said that the charge was because he used the state machine and that’s why he charged him. I asked him why he’d used the machine before notifying my husband that our car wouldn’t pass the inspection and he gave me the most ridiculous response saying that sometimes cars pass the inspection with the engine light on. And he didn’t even say what the issue was with the light engine. No professional would ever do something like this but it appears that they do this to other clients seeking repairs! And the customer service is horrible!!

720 for a fuel pump replacement is highway robbery 🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️just in: they called me said the tow and diagnostic went in on the price but then said my fuel pump was 400 bucks😅 and he was only gonna profit maybe 200 which is a lie I even offered to bring in my own part they told me come get my truck which is fine but just be honest Ive never paid 400 dollars for a fuel pump in my life brand new for a old truck at that 🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️

If u want a place to put used auto parts on your car break wires then tell you that you need to take it to the dealership for software updates this is the place. In the process of getting a lawyer... to bad that dont offer no stars on google.

I had Mike and his team work on an old Mazda 3 with a blown engine. They diagnosed the fault that caused the engine to overheat and replaced the engine and manifold with a new 60K miles engine. They identified a crack in the radiator expansion thank that started the series of events that ended in this big repair. The price was fair and they kept in touch with me throughout the whole process. Definitely recommend them and I will be taking my other vehicles there in the future.

From the minute I entered this location.... until pick up time... ME and my brother were treated with the utmost care. Staff was wonderful. I had an EVAPORATIVE EMISSIONS problem which would fail state inspection. They walked me through the diagnosis and the solution. We came on a Friday ... they diagnosed shortly after... AND because I needed the car quickly.. they ordered parts ( not in Stock )..installed them on arrival (Saturday),STATE INSPECTED my car, and had my car available by Saturday a.m. Spring Auto turned a stressed out nightmare into a very pleasant experience. They are very honest, professional, and competent... I highly recommend this location. I was 100 PERCENT satisfied, and I do NOT generally trust car repair businesses.

Quick and nice! We moved from out of state and we came for a car inspection to Spring Auto Service. They treated us pretty well, it was quick. We had the wrong insurance card and they let me requested quickly by email to the insurance office and show it to them on my phone screen. I recommend this place and will be coming back next year again for my car inspection.

Was getting all my cars inspection done here but after paying for a inspection that should have passed from state inspection rules and having them fail it. I wont be going back.

Omg there the greatest EVER. Very honest and very helpful. There mechanics are the best I have ever in my life seen. Fast and very good at what they do. I not only was taking care of by them my friend Dennis Torrence came to them to and was done amazing as well. To the point blunt pulls no punches on what needs done. Quick auto repair on a Saturday morning drop in. They worked hard to ensure I had my car back before they closed at 1:00. Weve been coming here for our car repairs for the past 2 years and have always received very good customer service.

I brought my 2004 Chevy Malibu in for brake light problems. Randy was very helpful and honest with helping me get it fixed. Its hard to find good mechanics who wont cheat you. I trust Randy and his team!

Ive been doing business with Randy for the last two years. I have older cars and needed some serious repairs. He gets it done fast. I have price compared and his prices are in line with most so his speed of service is very valuable. Its nice to have a mechanic I can go to without wondering if I am getting ripped off.

Came here for an inspection sticker change and they immediately noticed an issue that would prohibit me from passing inspection. Fixed the issue the same day for me to pass inspection! Would highly recommend this place to anyone! Amazing service!

My experience with this shop was a nightmare. I took my car 4 times and it was NEVER fixed. He knew I rented a car for 3 days and when I drove it it was the same. The 4th time a datawire was broken and they did NOTHING ! Owner knew I drove across Houston go there. He acted like he could care less. DON T GO TO THIS PLACE! I give it a ZERO

STAY AWAY. Worst business ever. Owner Mike Dupu is a liar and a crook, and employee Randy is an idiot. Truck was VANDALIZED by EMPLOYEE/GANG MEMBER while in their shop. Owner said all he could do about it was say SORRY. They started on truck before estimate or authorization was given. Quality of work done was horrible Not ready when promised. Work in estimate price was not done. Will not be in business long.

Knowledgeable and honest. I have been coming here for several years. I know the ins and outs of auto repair shops working at a a Goodyear during ny high school and college year summers. These guys are honest and get the work done. Not alot of upselling and trying to sell services that arent needed. I would recommend this place to ny Grandmother!

I have never rated anything, but if there were a rating lesser than 1 star this would get it. This is the worst f***ing autoshop service I have ever been to. Save yourself the headaches and the terrible service. What a joke.

Mikes a down right liar and poor businessmen. Randy is an incompetent idiot.The shop started working on the truck before any quote was given. They had the truck 3 or 4 days and still failed to give a quote as I called each day.The body work is unsatisfactory, paint job has bubbled and dull. Did not paint a whole section of the truck as was discussed. Then to top it off a worthless employee from Spring Auto vandalized the truck be signing his name on it in marker in 5 locations. The reply by worthless Mike it happened off business hours.Save your self the money and headache dont do any business with this dump of an establishment.
