Please believe the reviews.. this is the worst service I have ever experienced. Im Very frustrated and i have never wrote a negative review. I bought a new Ram 2021 and got hit.; vehicle has been in this shop for over 8 weeks for what was originally estimated at 2 weeks and I still do not have possession of my vehicle. Lots of excuses about parts and covid but what makes it worst is I do not get updates and have to call several times. I have been assigned 3 or 4 different case representatives because of turnover or whatever the reason is. This is unbelievable to me. This shop should not be a preferred collision center with Allstate and I plan on taking my complaint to the furthest possible. I may change my rating once I receive my vehicle and evaluate the work but service deserves a zero. Hope the change in management makes a difference.

This place started out good. Took jeep there after an accident and all was good. After I got the jeep back I heard clicking/pop noise in front end which is where they performed the work. Took it back another 3 different times and still couldnt find the noise. So I dealt with it till it got worse over this past weekend and took it back. They refused to do anything and told me someone else has messed with it. They are the only one who have performed work on my jeep cause they are a dealer. This was an insurance claim. I have only used them for my repairs. Up until now I would have recommended them but after this I wont.Called gm last Friday (7/9/21) and left message and then today (7/12/21)and left message. No response.Here it is 7/16/21 and another call and still no contact.

Weve had our car in the shop for 7 days and 4 days since our insurance has paid them in full yet nothing was done. Ive been on hold for over 2 hours total today and cant get anyone to pick up the phone even though I was supposed to be called back today. I am moving and need my car back for shipment yet I cant get any progress on my car!

Brought car in for repair after accident. I requested a separate ticket for front bumper replacement. The front desk acknowledged the request and reminded me to talk with Marcus regarding the replacement. He circled it along with the initial damage and gave me quote via email. A week later I received a call stating my car would be ready only to change my schedule around for that day and car was not ready. The next day AFTER 5:30pm in the middle of traffic and picking up my daughter along with other obligations I received a call that car was ready. I picked up car and guess what the additional work that was discussed and Emailed was not done and furthermore the rep proceeded to start giving me excuses about part shortages and not remembering any discussion about additional work being done. He started quoting random prices which grew from the last random estimate😏. I dont have a problem with a company not being able to provide services if that was truly the case but to insult my intelligence and waste my time as if I didnt have anything to do is sad for a customer service position. Another Collision company and mechanic will benefit from the lack of ability.

Management is never available. No one can explain their progress. Incompetent parts department. No updates. Substandard assessment .. Terrible experience at every level.Management finally reached out.. Worked to resolve all our issues. Did what she could to help make it right.

Had a repair done a few months ago on a new Kia Sportage and just had the first service oil change and seen bolts missing so be sure to look over close before leaving.

Service is trash, collision estimator JESUS V. did not keep me posted on repair process. They took over a month to get my car repaired all tho they kept finding problems they did not keep me informed I would have to call and check myself then my dad had to take over and they actually started to do something about the problems. Very very sad, poor and unprofessional collision center. Do not recommend anything having to do with all autonation departments!

So I was really skeptical of using them since there in the insurance network. I visited a few other dealers and I ultimately chose this place because they had all the certifications (I-car cdjr certified ). Eric was really professional. I would use this place again due to them standing by there workmanship. Now I have to be honest when the car was completed I guess they forgot to buff it BUT Eric did correct it promptly. The fact is shops make mistakes all the time it’s about how if’s handled after a mistake is made. So all in all a good shop that’s in the insurance network plus you get the security of having a guarantee on work.

I was extremely surprised by how fast of a turn around they had, on top of the quality of the repair they did on my BMW. I’m very picky and these guys did an amazing job. Would definitely recommend them.

I do not understand some of these posts. The bad reviews are from people who only do bad reviews... Aaron and his team were top notch in getting me back in my vehicle. I was in the loop the whole time and the vehicle was ready when promised. If you need an honest repair done please go see Aaron and his team.

Best service ever! I mean it - Ive been to shops where I couldnt even get the receptionist off her cell to greet me. All the staff were especially helpful and got me going when I got into an accident. Highly recommend!

My car was at this location for 5 WEEKS. However, the airbag was not fixed and they told the insurance that the job was completed in 4 WEEKS.( that is a lie ) Now I am charged $400 for the last week using the rental car which Autonation has enterprise service inside, neither Travelers insurance or Autonation want to help me out. The insurance goes based what Autonation is saying; therefore, I penalized for there own mistake with $400.The labor did an excellent job and the ladies at the from desk gave me a good costumer service. (that was the only positive experience I had )

I ran over one of Houstons famous potholes and got extensive damage to my vehicle. I took my vehicle to Auto Nation and met Jason who gave me an estimate immediately. I put my vehicle in for repairs and got wonderful service and great communication from everyone at AutoNation Collision Center Spring. From Alyssa who greets you when you walk in to the Manager Aaron who helps you with any questions or concerns,. I highly recommend AutoNation Spring for any of your vehicle repair needs.

The body work was good but the mechanic putting my car back together failed to install the upper radiator hose correctly and it came off and caused the car to overheat, things happen BUT When they repaired this they charged my insurance company for their mistake and the tow associated was also charged to my insurance. That is wrong, they should have eaten the tow and additional labor. All i got was Jason arguing with me, hopefully i won’t need another body shop but if i do it definitely won’t be them!

Not surprisingly, so many one-star reviews, most of which are delayed completion of the car, told me that the car can be picked up on the 27th, when we called and confirmed that I would wait until the 29th, the operator told me that I wanted to try to call my mobile phone, But no one answered. I checked my call log and there were no missed calls. Liar ruined my Thanksgiving trip and was extremely disappointed.

My service advisor was never available when trying to get ahold of her. I have been waiting for now 2 weeks to get a final estimate on repairs and no one has contacted me so I have now moved to River Oaks and in a matter of hours i had my final price and my parts ordered. The staff seems to have a bad vive with one another. On my first visit there, after picking up my vehicle, the employees were disrespecting each other and making comments in front of customers. Really unprofessional

Our Dodge journey got side swiped by an idiot .. gave these guys a call and alyssa was real professional over the phone..once arriving to get our car inspected and priced for damages Arron the collision consultant was very prompted in looking into the damages and had total amount for damages in a matter of minutes... Glad I came to this place awesome service all the way around..

Had a car accident 2 months ago. My car still isnt fixed. Jim Keeps giving me finish dates that he never meets. Then doesnt have the common courtesy to call and let me know my car wont be ready on time for the 10th time. One day my car is in paint and will be ready in 2 days then its we have to order parts. My insurance co only covers renter cars for 30 days auto Nation said that was more than enough time. Now im stuck paying rental fees out of pocket and auto nation wont give me a rental. Had to call corporate who finally agreed to reimburse me for my rental. I say all that and still have no car. No one calls to let me know anything. I always have to call. This is so unprofessional. Worst experience ever.

PLEASE, SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND GRIEF OF DOING BUSINESS WITH AUTONATION COLLISION AND SERVICE DEPARTMENT. THIS BUSINESS IS THE WORST I HAVE EVER SEEN OR DONE BUSINESS WITH. I TOOK MY VEHICLE IN FOR A COLLISION REPAIR AND A FRONT WHEEL ALIGNMENT WHICH WAS SUPPOSED TO TAKE 7 BUSINESS DAYS. WELL IT HAS BEEN 3 WEEKS NOW AND STILL WAITING FOR THEM TO FINISH THE REPAIRS. SO FAR IT HAS TAKEN 2 WHEEL ALIGNMENTS BECAUSE THEY FAILED TO DO THE FIRST ONE CORRECTLY, THEN THEY LOST MY WHEEL LOCK KEY AND LUG NUTS, STILL WAITING FOR THEM TO REPLACE THEM. EVERY TIME I CALL I GET DELAYS OR EXCUSES WHY MY VEHICLE HAS NOT BEEN COMPLETED. I AM GOING ON 4 WEEKS NOW WITHOUT MY VEHICLE DUE TO THEIR INCOMPETENCE. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE OR YOU WILL REGRET IT LIKE I HAVE. I AM CONSULTING LEGAL ACTION.

Im very disappointed to say i went here they have had my truck since last week and everyday i was told tomorrow tomorrow then i was told its was going in for its last clear coat on wednesday just go up there friday and it wasnt even touched. They lie about everything it is now Tuesday the following week and im told itll he ready today lets see if they can keep there word. Worse place ever....
