UPDATE: Just received my car back today…One month and 5 days later. Work is like new (except for a little scratch near the cat). Got my car…so, 4 stars.ORIGINAL POST: I was told the repair would take 1 1/2-2wks. I do not usually rate businesses, but I had such high hopes for this place. This is the third week they have had my car and I was told this morning that the bumper hasn’t even been sent yet. When I get my vehicle back, I will come back to rate them overall on their work. But they will get 1star until I receive my vehicle. I understand repairs take time, but when I get texts that they’re on track and that the second finish date they provided will be reached, then to get another text that the bumper hasn’t even left the dealership, it can be frustrating. So, 1 star until I get my car…
Very good service. I recommend this business. They are very professional, and communicate clearly the status of the vehicle being serviced. You pay for the service but it is high quality service.
I did not have a good experience at this location. I was given multiple completion dates, at least 4, which were not met, and at times my calls were not returned. On 9/3 I was eventually promised 9/8, but when I called to confirm pick up time, I was told it may be moved again to the next day, which I refused to accept. The damage to my vehicle was relatively minimal, and it took a month to complete repairs. Upon collection I noticed a couple of issues which should have been picked up at quality inspection and were not, so I had to wait at the location for them to be fixed so I could collect. Not a good experience all around.
The quote that I received from them for damage I received from being tapped in the rear passenger quarter panel. The worst visual damage was the broken tail light. They quoted me over $2,500.The damage was done in a parking lot while I was in a store. I did not see it happen nor did I see who had done it and runt off...so it was up to me to get the car fixed.I went on eBay and got the tail lamp, brand new, for 45 bucks. The car is a 2006 its had its Days on the road Im not going to fix the small dent in the fiberglass bumper cover.Now, This would all been a different story if i had been hit by someone with full coverage insurance of course...
Dont waste your time doing business with these clowns. My SUV was recently in an accident, I scheduled an appointment 2+ weeks out. Actually changed my work schedule to drop off our vehicle only to find that they failed to schedule my repair, even though they had my paperwork and insurance information in their hands. Told me I could drop my vehicle off, but that they wouldnt be able to start the repair for 2-3 weeks. Very unprofessional, no apology offered. I plan to take my business elsewhere.
Due to the nature of the business I am in, Im very picky and extremely critical of anything that is off down to things most wouldnt even notice, so you could say Im a bit difficult to work with lol.That being said Eli and the team has been very good to me and addressed everything I had concerns about! I was not familiar with Caliber Collision or any collision repair facility in this area before needing repairs to our vehicle.I was very impressed with the organization and cleanliness of their facility inside and out.They were quick to respond to our needs and concerns. They always were available if we called to answer questions or concerns with real information instead of just feeding us a line.We purchased our vehicle used just a couple months before the collision. It is what the adjuster termed as “high end’ which means not every collision repair facility has the personnel and equipment to do the work required. I called in and a rep walked me through the process with my insurance. Thought my truck in to drop off. Within a day or so I was already getting updates on the process and when it should be done by Brad Coleman. They took care of everything and even more than what was needed, it looked brand new again and spent maybe 15 minutes at the shop when I arrived for pickup. Surprisingly one of the most painless processes I’ve dealt with. Will use them again for anymore insurance and body work.
Do not give these scammers your business. Kept clients vehicle for 6 months and still didnt fix properly.

Brad at the 25636 ALDINE WESTFIELD RD facility went out of his way to take care of a defective part that was installed on my car 2 years ago. I was expecting the usual run around you get from most businesses but I was pleasantly surprised with how prompt he took care of an issue that was this old. I highly recommend this collision facility.
Brad never once called to update on repair progress, even after agreeing several times to specific check in dates and times.Werent told vehicle was ready until an hour before they closed, and arrived soon after to find out they had messed up the paperwork from the insurance company which showed us owing double the deductible the adjuster had told us. Then instead of calling our adjuster about the issue, Brad called the insurance customer service 1 800 number and put us on the phone with a customer support person who had no way of fixing the issue.The next day the paperwork had miraculously updated when we went to pick the vehicle up after talking with someone from the insurance company who said the correct info was showing in their system.The kicker of the experience was getting home to find the broken tail light in the back seat and then someones used tupperware container in the truck.

Two bolts holding bottom panel on, one about to fall out, other finger loose. Not washed and buffed as promised. Repairs completed two weeks after first estimated completion date. Poor customer service.

Sadly I am disappointed with the work I received at this collision center. The body work is decent, but I continue to have issues with the paint. Although they attempted to remedy the issue the problem is currently worse than it was before they tried to fix the pain defects so I will not be allowing them to touch my vehicle again.
My experience with Caliber Collision on Aldine Westfield was excellent. The team was very professional and the work was done on time and I was very satisfied with the outcome. My car was clean and looking like new. Because of busy schedules for myself and my wife the management offered to take the car to my wifes work place and pick up the rental car from her and return the rental for us. That was a service I have never seen. Class act. Overall great experience with Caliber.....

The front desk was extremely polite and courteous with finding a specialist to further assist me with my car issues, due to multiple passed car accidents. I had a very understanding and knowledgeable guy named Branden come out and actually took a second look at my car on hand and gave me great references to further fix all my needs. I love their customer service and appreciated their education on vehicles. Would definitely recommend these guys for any collision issues.

Very Disappointed with these guys. I took My Lexus to this Place after being recommended by my Insurance (Liberty Mutual). The Customer Service at the front desk was wonderful. Where the disappointment came was the finished product. The paint on my car didnt march the paint that was used. (Even the Paint on Plastic parts that were replaced didnt march the Paint on Metallic Replacements) Their excuse was that it was Plastic so the color would look different. I ended getting a car with 3 different looks... (HONESTLY... THIS IS NOT OKAY) There was a clear distinction between what was worked on and the rest of the car.They had the replace the Passenger front and rear doors but they couldnt even do it right (SERIOUSLY...!!!). Some parts of the door interior were not done right. I had to take it to the dealers to fix these door mechanical problems.I would never recommend this place.
Had my 2017 Jaguar XE repaired here after a rear end collision. I have used this repair shop before for minor repairs on a Mercedes CLK several years ago. The quality of the repair, follow up, communications and all around was superb. You couldnt ask for more. My contact there wasAshlie and she was very personable and returned all my calls. The repair took a couple of months due to waiting for parts from Europe. I would rather take more time on a repair then to cut corners just to get it out the door. I would recommend this location to anyone who has a high end car looking for exceptional work. Keep in mind quality varies between Calibre Collision locations. This one specializes in high end cars.
I brought my vehicle in with front-end damage. Steve was able to get started on the work quicker than the other location in Spring. Much to my surprise, they had the vehicle ready in a week-much sooner than I expected. We had a delay in picking the vehicle up due to Travelers Insurance dropping the ball. When I went to pick up the vehicle, the first thing I noticed was that Caliber had not replaced the fog lamps, but rather just switched sides with them. The estimate is for like new quality, but I did not notice this on the estimate. The headlamps are new, so the used fog lamps stick out like a sore thumb. Caliber is supposedly replacing my old ones with the like newones. Instead, they replaced the worst looking lamp with a new one and left the old one on the other side alone! Highly disappointed in this shell game with the fog lamps! Communication with Steve was minimal, but there was never a need for extra communication due to the short time the vehicle was in the shop.
Repaired the car before the time promised and quality of repairs were excellent. I was highly pleased with my experience here.

Shity experience. The 3 times I have taken my cars there they always ended up being there for months. They never have the parts for the vehicles and when they order them it takes them months. If you want to get your car fixed quick do not go to caliber collision.
My experience was not good with this location. I took a chance with them based on their online reviews and I was in a bind on repair options due to my situation...First, they dropped the ball with the towing situation. Their corp. office said the location had the vehicle and was estimating the damage, but he only saw the adjuster estimate from my insurance co. He did not actually call and confirm with the location...The vehicle was actually lost for a couple days and I had to track down where it was and what happened between the insurance, tow co. and Caliber. This was a real headache caused nearly a week delay in starting the work and an extra week of car rental expenses.Second, when I picked up the vehicle there was a badge missing and alignment issues with the panels. They added the fender badge while I waited. They then tried to pull the panels out some while I waited, they had 2 attempts at this, but this ended up causing a slight protrusion and a waviness near the edge of the skinned door. They also chipped the paint on the front edge of the door where they tried to adjust the fender/door alignment. The gaps were fine, but the side contours of the panels had issues. They obviously didnt properly fit the panels prior to paint.Third, they forgot to have the TPMS sensor put in the new wheel, which I had to take care of when I got home. Luckily Im a regular customer of Discount Tire and they remedied this without issue or cost. Caliber did offer to fix it the day of pick-up, but it would have been another 1.5 hrs of waiting and I couldnt wait any longer.Fourth, I later noticed some of the replacement parts they charged the insurance co. for were missing... I noticed the clear stone guard missing from the drivers side back door, which I assume they removed so they could blend the paint. They also forgot to replace the screw/bolt cover that sits behind the inside door handle, which hides those screws/bolts for assembly/disassembly.Fifth, the alignment toe is off and Im constantly adjusting the steering wheel to drive in a straight line. Also, on a hard turn the steering sticks a bit and causes it to pull for a few minutes. This sticking seems to remedy itself after a few minutes, but it worries me that everything wasnt torqued to spec. Im hoping this goes away as the parts wear in, but the toe has to be adjusted again... Ill need to get this checked out again to make sure its safe..The only reason Im giving them 2 *s is they did give me a gift card for some of the issues, the paint matches fairly well and the communication was good after the towing issue. Their quality of work, thoroughness and attention to detail really needs some attention however...Im hoping another local Caliber will be able to correct these remaining issues...
I do have to say having an accident is very inconvenient. They did a great job matching the color, the communication was great to be kept informed throughout the repair process. Customer service is #1.

Friend recommended me this shop they worked on his porshe and gloves how it came out so I took my Infiniti in met with Eli the service advisor great guy gave me a estimate around when I would get my car took them a couple of days to return my car looking like a factory brand new car also met the Manager Brent(Awesome guy) he gave me my car back while Eli was on vacation but Eli also kept me in touch of how my car was going. Awesome shop to bring your car if I ever wreck again Im coming back.

My dealership sent my car as they couldnt handle the body work needed after a rear collision appraised by Geico at under $3k that grew to $10k at Low Caliber Collision. About a month later the car was ready for pickup with a bonus layer of dust & paint/wax residue all over including the inside of the trunk. The pleasant agent who seemed disappointed that I can see offered to have it washed and vacuumed again & waited for my answer in the hopes I said no. Then he took the car for a 2nd wash and vacuum but forgot the latter as he returned with the trunk still coated with white dust on top the black carpet. Another bonus was hair crack in the rear light assembly was ignored by them but it may have happened at dealership or somewhere between.... They trashed the parts replaced without notice or permission but wanted me to sign that I have given them permission afterward. They failed to notify me or to replace the sound barrier inside of the rear wheek well, which I didnt notice till a recent tire replacement. They work and served their true customer, which is the insurance company and have no thoughts or care for the actual customer and final decision maker. With feedback submitted directly to them ignored and zero follow up its low & shouldnt be used by Geico and others as I could also drop Geico for being cheap and encouraging cheap work. Very unethical practices, I will not allow my dealership to take or send my car to Low Caliber ever again.
This placed worked on all my BMWs and Audi for the past 10 years and were known as rapid body works before. I took my Audi Q7 there to fix a bad collision repair another progressive shop had done and I trusted they would do it right. THEY DID A TERRIBLE JOB!!! They didnt install the sight shield in the engine bay, or drivers side radiator support. Without the sight shield the upper coolant line had nothing to clip in and was left dangling in front of the pulleys and the pulleys ripped it out and caused all the coolant to leak out almost blowing the engine. When I took it back to them after I patched up the coolant leak, they told me that it wasnt them and they were the last ones to do the jobDo not trust these guys and they DO NOT stand behind their work and tell the customer to screw off even when its clear they made a huge mistake!Stay far away!!

I brough my Porshe over because they are the collision repair facility for the Dealer, but I got to say that my experience was not as good as I expected.The guy that received my car was not friendly at all.They estimate 2 days to repair it, but didnt count on having to order a face plate that was not on hand which is understandable. I received a text message to my secondary phone (not the primary that I left for them to contact me) and I said, cool they informed me about the status (Not ready waiting for parts). Then after a week they called my secondary phone (which I not always have with me) to say the car was ready.I was not in town so as soon as I came back I went to pick it up and for my surprise the job was not well done. I think when they buff it they make a dent to the faceplace, the car was not wash, since the polish was still in the bumper, there were paint that dripped above the faceplate that was not buffed so you can feel that it has been painted. Whoever that drove the car out left stain over the door panel and inside.Anyway my expectations were bigger than what I got.
Had my car fixed here after being rear ended. The body work looks great, but I had some problems with the service. 1 - The repair took about 4-5 weeks (was told about 3). 2 - The staff seemed to have problems directly answering questions, specifically with regards to the extent of the damage done to the vehicle. Upon collision, my vehicle would not go into park, making me think there was some sort of transmission problem (possible with an AWD/RWD vehicle). Caliber submitted the claim to State Farm and it was denied. I found out that the picture was submitted with the recommendation that the damage was not due to the accident, and for State Farm not to cover it. Although there was never a mechanic to look at it - something that only came out after spending 10 minutes asking questions.
The work that was done on my vehicle was awesome and I love the way they text you notifying each step. But their customer services is horrible. I wouldnt refer no one to the Louetta location . The guy LeRoy that I was assign to is very rude, a liar, and need to learn customer skills. Other than that it might have been an enjoyable experience. This experience will make me research a company before I leave my vehicle instead of thinking my insurance has my best interest. Pleasr if some reason you use this location find a consultant that has your best interest cause LeRoy doesnt
