I was informed that my vehicle will be ready for pickup on a certain day, and then later on a person notified me by text instead of calling me like he should have done to notify me that my vehicle was ready to get picked up. When I arrived to service king and told a woman that worked there that I was there to get my vehicle, she responded to me in a irritated manner; and deliberately took her time processing the paperwork needed for me to get my vehicle.

This Service King has an awesome team. I had trouble contacting my insurance company because of the recent winter storm. One of the team members at Service King was able to call the insurance company too, and we both waited for an Insurance agent to approve a rental car. She was able to get through first. The service King team kept me informed on daily progress of my repairs.

Always go here for my repairs. I know that sounds like I get into accidents a lot lol. I brought my car to the shop Monday morning. Was quoted Thursday as the estimated completion date. My car was finished around noon the next day! Good as new!

Very professional staff that went above and beyond helping me get my SUV cleaned out after a leaking ice chest saturated the back of my vehicle. The jute was ruined and stunk really bad. Micah (General Manager), personally took my SUV to the back and removed the jute and him and his staff cleaned up the deer blood. They ordered new jute and replaced it and now my SUV smells a lot better. Cost was low and I did not have to wait long for their service. I highly recommend using SK for your future services!!

I’m going to be very transparent dealing with a body repair shop. I must say they have regained my trust in people. In fact my car was finished a head of schedule, and customer service was always well informed, and prompt. Text service and calls were amazing. This is not my first repair this year dealing with my car. I paid out of pocket not to hassle with the insurance company nor the repair shop this whole experience was a total 360 compared to what Ive dealt with earlier this year at a competitor collision shop. Even if I does take forever the communication is through . I literally drove up the road 5 mins more, and received better customer service, and respect. Plus they listened to ME, and my concerns . Thank you Mayra for being soooo professional!! You can have your car fixed during a pandemic with all the safety measures in place. I recommend them 100%!!!

Service King fixed my car after my grill and a/c were damaged by a large board on the highway kicked up by a truck in front of us. They were very easy to work with. They kept me posted during the repair and finished earlier than estimated. And most importantly my car looks great!

My experience with Service King was great! I was involved in an accident & my car was there for 2 weeks, & it couldnt have gone any smoother. My car looks brand new & Chris Hedrick, the service advisor who worked on my car, was amazing! I was really impressed with how often he checked in with me to update me on the repairs, etc. Good customer service is hard to come by these days, and this location definitely impressed me. I would highly recommend them

This group is incredible. Quality work, professional people and a superior product to about any other body shop out there. They always do what they say they will and are incredibly quick at making the repairs. Each team member is trained appropriately to take care of the customers, but I must give particular kudos to Tammy Philips and Dustin Grimes. Dustin recently helped me with a claim and went out of his way to resolve the situation to my benefit. Not only did he take great care of the paint job, but even took the time to call me on the day that I was to pick up the car to warn me of a bad truck accident near his shop that was backing up traffic! What shop dedicates themselves to making sure a customer’s time isn’t wasted? Service King does. Theyve always taken great care of my vehicles during unfortunate situations and have never failed to exceed my highest expectations. My Tesla has been at the shop for 4 months (Mid-Apirl 2018). It was hit from behind but nothing major. The parts from Tesla took a long time about 45 days but they have had all the parts for over a month and they have not started on my car. My insurance company is not paying for rental because the shop is understaffed and they cant get to my car. I agree and understand why my insurance company is refusing to pay for rental. I talked to the manager Clint at service king and asked if they would cover my rental or split the cost since they are understaffed and cant work on my car as promised but he declined. Im without a car because Service King cant get the job done as promised. If they couldnt take on the job then they should have declined my business from day one instead of giving me false time frame. I dont recommend any business who do not provide customer service or care about their customers and Service King is a business who does not offer a good customer experience. I would never do business with Service King. Just fix my car and give it back ASAP. This is unacceptable. You should stand behind your customers.UPDATE: It is now Oct.23, 2018 (over 6 months) and my car is still not ready. Stay away from SERVICE KING.

Just had an AWFUL experience with the manger, Micah. My husband took my truck back in for possible warranty work on the bumper and he refused to honor the full warranty, claiming the truck had been hit and thats what caused the paint to start peeling. He wants us to pay for half of the service. Thats not a warranty if we are having to pay. We have been dealing with this company for a number of years. I truly expected more from them.

In October 2017 Service King repaired my 2015 Toyota Corolla after it was in an accident. The repair service at that time was excellent and I loved the convenience of being able to pick up and drop off my rental car at their facility. We had no problem with the repairs and the body work t was top notch.Yesterday, however, we discovered that the hood to the car was not closing properly and that the hood would not latch at all. We took the car to our family mechanic and he said that it was a problem with the initial repair and that we should take it back to Service King.I called Service King and was expecting to fight to have it fixed but I couldnt have been more wrong. I was given to Chris, one of the representatives, and he asked that we bring the car in to have them look at it. They discovered that a bolt gasket had broken and that had misaligned the hood latch. They fixed it within an hour under their lifetime guarantee. They also told us if we had any further problems to bring the car back in.It is so good to find a company that honors their agreements.We have taken several cars here for repairs and have never had a bad experience.

I was referred here by my insurance agent and was pleased with the service during the estimate and dropping the car off. The insurance company decided to total my car and no one from Service King bothered to let us know. We had to stop by to drop off the rental and clean out my car, but had trouble finding time due to my work schedule. We decided to stop by Saturday and called to ask what their hours were and a lady told me 9am-1pm. We got there about 12:15 and the doors were unlocked so we walked in to find all of the lights off and two guys sitting at the main desk. One of the guys asked what we needed and he told us Enterprise closed at 12. We said we needed to clean out my car and he gave us an attitude and said they cant do that because they were closed. I told him that I was told they were open until 1 and he rudely said he didnt know who said that, but their official hours are 9-12. The other guy with him was actually the person who helped with my car and he didnt even act like he knew who we were. We went back on Monday to do what we needed to do and saw that the hours posted on their door are 8am-1pm. The ladies at the front desk also directed us to the wrong place to clean out my car, which had me driving my new car down a rocky road with a bunch of large holes.

Tried to hold our car hostage over up charges they added after the insurance claim. Said they will repo our car from our driveway. Tough talk to a disabled person after we paid every penny they asked for over insurance claim. We paid them their money but will never see a penny from us again. Seems like a car dealer. Buyers beware.

I have been unfortunate enough to wreck two vehicles and I was fortunate enough to take them straight to Service King. Both times they werent only on time but they were early, even when they had to replace the TRD sticker on my Tundra on both sides (and special order them because the ones that came on my truck werent made anymore). They have always been top notch in customer service and I recommend them often. Their work has stuck well, the paint looks like I just drove it off the lot and theres no evidence of ever have needed work done. I enjoy that I get to go online and watch their progress on my vehicles. I will always go to SK should I need them again and I recommend if you need this kind of service you pick this company.

If I could give these guys a 0 I would. I took my car to this Allstate network shop after a rear-end hit-and-run on 45. The Allstate experience (poor) is another story, but this is the worst service Ive received from a repair shop in 20 years of driving.Frankly, my service rep, Scott, was incompetent and uncommunicative.Regarding the insurance service: I brought my car in on 8/24...and heard nothing. I finally left a voicemail with Scott on 8/30 (ignored) before calling into the main Service King line on 9/4. This is where the incompetence shifted to the shop at large. On 9/4, I was informed that the shop was waiting for a lamp and the car should be complete on 9/5. I finally received a call at 5:20 PM on 9/5...which didnt give me enough time to get to the shop before they closed at 6 PM. I showed up at open (7 AM) on 9/6...and waited around until 7:15 before someone who was able to help me finally showed up. At that point, I completed my paperwork...but when I was finally presented with the car, I immediately noticed that the interior trim had not been completed! There were literally electrical leads to the rear defrosters hanging from the ceiling. At this point (7:30ish) I needed to get to the office, so had to leave my car at the shop. I still do not have my car.Full disclosure - I was ALSO hoping to use this visit to take care of some minor non-accident related body work. Scott took down the request (we spent 15 minutes talking on 8/24 and walked around the car)...and must have promptly ignored it, as the additional work had not been touched. Major fail Service King...particularly given this experience, Im HAPPY to take this work to another shop.

Not impressed with this shop. My wife was hit in a small accident, so we took it to this shop to get the damage repaired. After receiving the car back my wifes car requires a jumpstart in the morning. I told her to take it back and have them fix it. She called her service advisor Terry who told her it was nothing they did and to take the battery back for a warranty. Unfortunately for Terry I am an ex master mechanic, and a current journeyman electrician who specializes in batteries. Why the shop wouldnt even take a look and see if the battery is bad or is something is causing a parasitic drain is beyond me. These are billable hours that the insurance company will have to pay for. So now, I had to take a half day at work to come to the shop and argue with Terry and the general Manager Micah. Once I arrive I guess the insurance company had approved them to change the battery. But heres the thing, you are not just going to guess at whats wrong and hope my wife doesnt break down in the near future, especially after the hassle youve already given her. No, you are going to load test the battery, and no you are not going to do it while I wait, you cant load test a discharged battery so you are going to properly charge it first, then load test it so Im going to need a rental car again. Highly unprofessional. And look, Im sure it might seem unreasonable for me to require this, but right on the building in huge letters it says lifetime guarantee, and if I feel there is an issue with your work, I have to take time off to come argue with you about whether you are going to look at it or not, then you are going to do tests rather than guess and prove to me you did your job right. If my wife was married to anybody else shed just be out of luck.Edit:Im still having issues with these people. You should send me your contact info so I can include you on this email chain. These guys are either incompetent or lazy either way this is a serious issue. Now they are asking me to pick up my unfixed car and take it somewhere else...

Brought my car here after getting hit by someone running a red light. Very satisfied with the work. I can not even tell between where the work had to be done and the old car. The paint match was great and all the old body lines are back. All the mechanical work was done great and did not have to make any returns for items missed.

I have had both my wifes BMW and my Ford repaired here in the last year. Both times Ive felt they did an outstanding job. State Farm along with other insurance companies has an adjustor on site to speed the process along. There is also an Enterprise car rental desk on site. Having everything under one roof saves me time and relieves stress. Everyone I have dealt with at the facility was professional. I would recommend anyone to use this business.

This is the best collision repair shop to go to. Marvin is the guy to talk to. He messages you everyday m-f work updates on the status even if nothing had changed from the day before. And if anything is still needing to be done like wear and tear he will definitely let you know out of courtesy seeing that they only do collision repairs by insurances.

Went to D&D, because they were a USAA insurance preferred shop. For some reason my appointment wasnt setup by the insurance (not the right place) and these guys took my car in anyways. Having the rental place right there made things simpler as well. I have aftermarket lip kit on the car and any other place I would go to they wouldnt touch it, these guys were more than willing to take care of the repair and my baby (car). Great job and customer service!!!

Brought my vehicle to service king at 23530 I-45 North in spring for auto body service.I had the insurance claim completed and printed out.After completing the paperwork at the front desk.I was told to wait with my vehicle a service advisor. Would be with me shortly to do an assessment of the vehicle.After about an hour of waiting outside by vehicle.I walked back inside to see what the hold up was.The service advisor Jennifer Smallwood is holding a conversation with the receptionist.Must have been very important gossip.She did not due an assessment of the vehicle.Just hand me some paperwork and ask me questions.That she would have known if she did her assessment of the vehicle.Very unprofessional I would not recommend any one to this place.They need to do some training with their staff.

After reading many reviews on this location I decided to take the Tesla that was damaged to the Tomball location, which had slightly better reviews, and conveniently enough was on my way to work. When I got there they said they would help me repair the car, but first they needed to order the parts. Once the parts arrived about 5-6 weeks later (this is entirely due to Teslas lead times) they told me to bring the car to get repaired, but that unfortunately they would not be able to do it on that site, since the Spring location is the official Tesla repair center (they warned me about this on my initial appraisal). As mentioned before, I was concerned because of the negative reviews, but since I had no other choice, I decided to go with it.I am very pleased to say that I had a great experience with the Spring location. Not only were the staff super friendly, but also provided updates on the repairs. When I went to pick up the car, the job they made was flawless.I wanted to leave this review because I feel that some of the negative reviews out there are misleading. Some of the issues regarding the long time it takes for a Tesla to get repaired depend on third parties.

Parts are cheapest possible parts they can find. Unless the car is so new the insurance specifies OEM parts. Which affects fit and finish, rattles. They are just straight up Chinese parts. Yall dont get to see all the dirt that ends up in the paint, which I had to buff out when working there.

Jason - excellent service rep. Provided accurate estimate with caveat that additional internal damage likely and would keep informed. Was kept appraised of changes in estimate, and timeframes and progress. Completed car in four days, which I was worried about, because the difficulty of finding older parts. Car looked practically new in the damaged areas. Insurance covered all, but was fairly reasonably priced for what was done. Complete detailed and itemized invoice/receipt was provided. Was worried initially because of the horror stories one reads about service centers, but these guys came through and I would use again if ever needed.

My side mirror was broken and needed to be replaced. Came in on Tuesday for it to be checked out and Scott checked it out and had a new part ordered for me. I didnt receive any updates on my car especially the day it was supposed to be ready. I had to call them and they were so nonchalant about my service. I stopped by the location at 9 am and my car was 2nd to be washed and three hours later it is still waiting to be washed. So laughable....I have better set at the dealership

The service that they provide in this Service King lacks beyond words. From the beginning the representative that was assisting me was completely uncaring if my truck was fixed correctly. After the repair some parts were still broken, and he did not see them, so they were not reported to the insurance. When I realized that and spoke to him, he was rude, began raising his voice at me, in front of other customers, and simply stated that they could fix it but I had to pay out of pocket. My trucks new paint job also had large scratches on it. When I spoke to the manager about the situation, he brushed it off as if those things happen regularly. In summation, I do not recommend this place, and I will never come back.

Service King is terrible! I had a wreck back in January and they fixed everything; well they didnt fix my compressor and my car is brand new 2015 the compressor didnt go out. I took it back in for warranty work because the job they did was terrible and the paint was peeling so they painted my car but still didnt fix the compressor. I brought it in a 3rd time because my car is barely drivable I mean I can but with no air condition on its dangerous to drive. And who can drive without air condition in august in TEXAS. Anyways- They have had it for 2.5 weeks now havent given me a rental havent even touched it or looked at it up until the last three days. Now theyre saying theyre not going to fix it because we cant prove that it happened in my wreck!!!! They lied to me all week and have avoided all my phone calls!!! Do not recommend them!!!!!!

I got my honda accord service here after I was hit from the back a year ago. My initial inspection of repair was good. However, I pulled the lever to open my trunk the trunk opened but it did not close. I called and spoke with my service King agent Judy. She informed me that the didnt put in a part and for me to bring my car in. I brought it in just for them to tell me they had to order the part. I waited Judy called to let me know it was ready. I went to get the part put in. My trunk opened and closed but now I cant get my gas tank to open. This is an extreme inconvenience because I cant put gas in my car. At this point I am extremely disappointed in the service I received at Service King. I feel as if they didnt fully repair my car the first time. Now this will be my third trip to service king to fix this issue.

I just called them. Asked for a quote to replace the fin on the front of my car, exact replacement, I already have the replacement all they have to do is pull off the old one and put on the new one. They quoted me $350. $350 for a job that would take 15 minutes at most.Im not sure if they think theyre curing cancer in this place? Their prices are horrific and I will NEVER EVER go here. Also the man on the phone was very pompous and acted as if he was doing me a favor speaking with me.

Completely terrible!!! Avoid AT ALL COSTS!!!I had repairs done on a 2009 Hyundai Accent, the damage was on the front end from hydroplaning into the back of a parked car at an intersection.First off, they didnt use Hyundai parts to replace what was actually broken in the car, completely voided my warranty in terms of genuine parts. They only use OEM parts on the body of the car and thats really useful! *sarcasm*. THEY PUT THE WRONG AXLE ON MY CAR!!! THEY LEFT A CRACKED CV JOINT ON MY RIGHT SIDE!!! The paint job on the hood twice now after repairs from different incidents, has started chipping within 6 months... I literally had to threaten the service supervisor on the phone with my insurance company (Allstate) with a lawsuit. Allstate also in coercion with Service King did nothing in this affair to defend me in my claims that they had failed to repair the vehicle to operable means and said that I would be liable for purchasing a new Axle. After, this and going back to the dealership 5-6 times within a month to find out that the TPMS system would not register because the axle was off by an inch. Magically after I threatened Allstate and Service King with a lawsuit in a conference call, they decided to go ahead and repair the axle.I could literally write an entire article on the fraud of the Allstate Service King connection. I didnt even want to write the review but after driving this car and dealing with the terrible job they did everyday I was fed up and had to say something.If anyone else experiences situations similar to this, DOCUMENT EVERYTHING, RECORD CONVERSATIONS, GET PAPERWORK, GET STATEMENTS, GET A SIGNED STATEMENT FROM YOUR DEALERSHIP SHOWING THE PARTS ADDED IN YOUR VEHICLE ARE NOT GENUINE AND VOID YOUR WARRANTY AND FILE A LAWSUIT DO NOT WAIT LIKE I DID.

Trustable shop! I have used this collision repair 3 times so far. Very good experience. Their staff are nice and helpful. Onsite Enterprise rental is also very convenient. Their service advisors always gave me periodical calls to keep me posted about the progress. Definitely will recommend it to my friends!

My truck has been in this shop since nov 10 just found out they have the parts yet waiting on supplement part after tear down. Due to holidays my vehicle will not be done till ahin week from this coming friday. A bit irritated that the holiday gets in the way of the completions yet they do good work from past experience. Still think things could move a bit faster. Good things come to those who wait but why should i wait for a holiday to pass. If things move faster and it gets done before thanksgiving I will change my rating Just not very happy about all the lag.

After having had GREAT service from Service King in Spring, I wrecked my brand new Honda Pilot (with State Farm Insurance) and took it to Service King in Conroe assuming that the service would be the same. IT SUCKED!! The Conroe location caused overspray of clear coat, a dent which caused water to come into the vehicle, the clear coat was lifting in areas immediately upon pick up, etc. I called in the lifetime warranty and demanded that it be repaired by the SPRING location. Service King SPRING took the vehicle in, marked the areas that I noted, found ADDITIONAL issues on their own and handled all of the problems caused by the Conroe location. Just careless customer service and liar & cheater. Took my car to them because AllState prefered. They did the repair but sure enough after a month started giving problems. Took my car again and they started giving me bogous reasons by saying this is another impact. And on top of it when I asked to not work the cosmetics but just the mechanical they started lying by saying I do not get to choose what to repair. Also, Your insurance does not allow such repair. Your policy states that we have to repair everything! While I have talked to my insurance and they are completely okay to not do the cosmetic repair as that is just a look of a scratch plus saves money. When I informed them so, they abondoned my car without informing me. I have to find out hard way that I have to pickup my car as they are not going to repair after ten days. I took my car to Honday dealer and car was fix with new replacements SAME DAY! Go figure! Even the adjustor (insurance) and honda staff recognized that the oroginal repair was not done right therefore this problem. There was no second impact.

A waste of a perfectly good day! After waiting patiently for my appointment date and taking the day off work to make it happen, I was literally sat down and told they could not service my vehicle because it is a Geico claim. I thought they were joking at first. Who doesnt service Geico? I have the right to choose where I take my car for repairs, so I asked Geico if I could take my car to this business. They said absolutely! So today, I had the CHECK IN HAND to pay for it, but they outright refused to do anything with it, stating that Geico requires a second estimate mid-service and they have to wait sometimes 22+ days for the adjuster to come out to them. When I called Geico (very upset), a high level manager got on the phone and told me that is a lie, and they have never taken more than a few days respond to any of their requests for adjustments. The real problem is the way this was handled. I made the appointment over a week ago, and I gave them the insurance name at the time of scheduling. No one could be bothered to let me know they do not work with my insurance nor that there would be a 22 day wait. The manager approached me as I was on the phone with the insurance trying to sort it out, and he interrupted me to let me know his thoughts about Geico. He was condescending and unprofessional with me instead of being solution-oriented. My advice to this manager: If you are going to refuse customers with certain insurance providers, YOU NEED TO TELL PEOPLE THIS BEFORE SCHEDULING THEM. Respect your customers time and loyalty to your business instead of treating them like a joke. The customer is not to blame for your bad experiences with insurance companies, so dont be rude to us because you dont like our insurance company! The manager at S.K. said he is not responsible for his schedulers... among a myriad of other pathetic excuses I heard from these guys, so I drove my car to the next nearest Service King, and they rearranged their schedule to see me today and did so with helpful, friendly attitudes.

Dropped my car off with these guys on the 26th of August. Currently at the time of writing its Monday morning the 7th of October, and the vehicle is still unfinished. Have already been last dayed on my rental from the insurance company covering the accident, as in this case it was not at fault. Service King had originally quoted the vehicles repairs to be finished on the 20th of September, but due to numerous delays on parts that are supposedly on backorder.....for a 2013 Dodge...I will be lucky at this point if im back on the road by November. Never...EVER EVER use these guys.

I will never let service king ever do any work on my vehicle very unprofessional Chris Hendric in particular he acted as if he hated his job gave me no information at all on what repairs were going to be performed on my vehicle or the cost he made me feel as if I was no one important because I wasnt wearing a suit or driving a new car like a Mercedes-Benz or something I work hard everyday I felt very discriminated against when he was done taking all my information i asked if he would help me with the rental car he said he would instead he left me standing there for 45 minutes like an idiot while he helped 3 other customers a person like this does not need to be working in a customer service environment people have feelings Chris you should check your crappy attitude before you help another person never again will I ever step in service king for repairs

Horrible horrible experience . First they gave me my car back full of spiders and a non working horn . Then they tried to have me subrogated by my insurance company I worked for State Farm because they claimed I still owed them near 2 grand . After they realized they made a mistake . I never heard back from anyone regarding my vehicles repairs hell I never even got an apology for them harrassing me over losing or misplacing the funds I payed them . Stay far away . Jason and Clint take a big fat L for customer service

We had a door ding, and it was right on the fold of our fender (new car). I had a quote from another collision place, and they stated that it would be 2 days, they would need to remove the fender, paint that whole area. Service King repaired it in about 2 hours, you cant even tell where it had been. They even washed and vacuumed the car for us.
