After my first service I feel like I can leave a review. I first bought my Es350 a couple months ago. My sales person was Jason Yeomans. He was very patient with me not only did he have to deal with me once, but twice. The first time he gave me an offer that was hard to resist. The only reason I walked was because I didn’t like the color of that particular es350. Jason didn’t pressure me into a sale. That’s why I came back a second time when I saw an es350 I liked in color. Now to the service part. I arrived for my scheduled maintenance service and they informed me it would be about 1:30hr wait. They took exactly that time. Which was very convenient since I had a busy morning that day. I was in and out and was happy with the service. Everyone I saw was very friendly and helpful.

First time shopping for a Lexus and Rex and Marcus just made it so easy. Rex got me outfitted with exactly what I was looking for. Marcus took care of handling the finance and got me out quickly.

It was a wonderful experience purchasing my new ES350 from Ashley Nguyen and completing our financing with Caleb Vario. My experience with Northside Lexus was mixed. This was the third car purchased from this dealership. Previous experiences were very good. On this occasion, our sales representative had a combative attitude, that bordered on being rude, with my wife. We were very surprised that Lexus would allow this behavior. The finance representative intervened and we were able to complete the purchase. However, I will seriously consider a different dealership or possibly a different make of vehicle for our next purchase.

While I normally have five star service at Northside Lexus this visit was a different experience and I am quite disappointed. How did this visit compare to others?1. This visit I purchased my car from a lease2. This visit it was obvious they could not get me in and out fast enough with both the sales and finance department.3. This visit I asked for a quick wash on the outside before I pulled off the lot and was told to go ask the service department. I did as instructed and they had not a clue what to do and told me to go back to sales. I just bought a car and a wash is out of the question?4. This visit I left feeling disappointed and couldnt believe I just had that fast food experience at Northside Lexus5. Received a response and it states if I would like to speak further to reach out to them. Isnt it usually the supplier who reaches out to the customer/client? Let me get this straight, customer service was lacking and they will address it with the team, and if I want to reach out to them and speak further???? And they wonder why this experience wasnt decent. Not even a phone call to discuss the issue, but hurry up and respond to the bad review. Again, not the experience I have ever had with Northside Lexus before....ever.

Oh my God. Mr. Hankins was awesome. So professional. He offered different options. He listened to me. I did not even tell him my okay price and we walked out of the dealership happy. He went above and beyond.

I visited the north side location for an oil change. I put 40$ in my middle console thinking no one would need to go in there and that it was safe. When they tell you to remove all your valuables PLEASE DO SO or dont come with any valuables at all. Someone who was in contact (which could’ve been anyone from who serviced it to who washed it) with my vehicle reached into my middle console and stole my money. YES I AM SURE I put it there because I put it in there just prior to coming here. This was my first stop for the day and I know what I did with MY money. The service manager was very nice and understanding so this is not a review on how the situation was handled at all it was dealt with accordingly, this is a review on how someone who was in contact with my vehicle opened my middle console and took money that was not theirs. This is an experience that happened here and it’s not right. The staff that I personally encountered, very nice people, however it does not justify what happened here.

UPDATE! I did speak with Tyler and he did agree to fix the A/C problem which was great and we appreciated it. We are now on the hook for the brakes and rotors, but we are happy they did fix a big ticketed item for us.BUYER BEWARE!!!!!Purchased a used car from here. Rex was my salesman. The sale of the vehicle was painless. However after 2 weeks of having the car the passenger A/C starting blowing hot. I took the car to two different auto shops and both places told me I have to replace the actuator it was bad. Cost to repair $1,100. I was also told by both shops that I needed new brakes and rotors. Both shops also stated there is no way the dealership didn’t see some of these issues when they did there inspection. So I called Rex to see if their service shop could do something about this, seeing as though I didn’t have the car very long. I was told per Rex that he had personally driven the car and there was no issue.This isn’t my first rodeo with purchasing a used vehicle. I have in the past had an issue shortly after purchasing a used vehicle and the dealership fixed the problem. I am fully aware of the lemon law. Although Rex tried to tell me it was only for new vehicles. I’d suggest the dealership have their sales people brush up on the lemon law definition.So basically I now stuck with a vehicle that isn’t even 30 days old and I now have to come out of my pocket over $1,500 to fixed it because Rex refused to fix it. Just please do yourself a favor and go somewheres else. I’m now understanding why people choose Carvana and place like that. You don’t have to deal with a shady salesman.

I would rate my buying experience at 4.5 stars but there is not an option for half-star ratings on this platform.I bought a 2021 Lexus IS-350 from Northside Lexus in Spring, TX. They took my money, I took ownership of their car and the keys, and that was it! They sent me on my way without a single bit of Lexus Swag, not even a Lexus gift bag or a Lexus embossed folder for the records of my transaction!Oh well... They blamed it on COVID19 and vendors who cannot deliver these types of marketing materials! I am hopeful that a Care Package will show up in my mailbox in the not so distant future! :-) SMH!!Without consideration of the above I give them a solid 4 star rating, as there was another minor issue which occurred at financing and at the time, I considered it as being petty. Although the issue was eventually rectified without consequence, it caused me to incur an additional 20-30 minutes of unnecessary stress. I do however acquiesce as to why they have this particular liability mechanism in place as a part of their finance process.Overall I am satisfied with this organization and the business acuity which they exhibited. From the Receptionist Professional who received me at the front desk to the Technology Professional who finished out the product delivery, ALL the Team Members embodied the vital qualities of professionalism, product knowledge, attention to detail, and collectively they won my business.I RECOMMEND you to visit and shop with the Professionals at NORTHSIDE LEXUS!P.s. - I got a picture of myself by the car with a Big Red Bow on the roof but I could not keep the bow! 8-)

Excellent service from the sales staff and the financial department. Detailing department needs some work as they missed multiple spots upon cleaning my new car. Overall, great experience and would highly recommend.

The entire experience was great.......until we made it back home (3hr drive) and the oil light came on.

It was a pretty good buying experience. Mostly seamless. My only real issue is that the brake pads on the vehicle I bought were in the worst shape Ive ever seen in my life. There was literally no pad left. That could have gotten someone hurt, or worse. I bought used, and they couldnt stress enough the as is part, I get it. But they shouldnt have even let us drive off the lot with the breaks being as bad as they were. Thats just not good business. My wife and baby rode in the vehicle to bring it home.

Very nice Lexus dealership. Building maintenance needs some focus. The 1st thing you see when you walk in the main entrance are discolored ceiling tiles from water leaks, probably air conditioning. Puts a damper on the elegant feel of the facility. Terrific people and great assortment of vehicles. I was immediately greeted by the receptionist and promptly addressed by an accommodating sales staff.

We shopped all sorts of dealers for days and days and found that all dealers were hiding numbers or applying a heavy 6-11% market adjustment to MSRP. Not only did we pay MSRP or maybe even less, we did it in a very short period of time with none of the typical salesperson tactics. Even the finance team was great (Thank You Hamilton).
