I went in on Friday to purchase 2 New tires. No lights were on in my car. I had the two front tires replaced and went home.Saturday as I left, the Tire Pressure Sensor light came on, The business was closed by that time, So first thing Monday morning I took the car back and spoke with the guy on duty. He checked the pressure, let a bit of air out and told me to just go drive the car and the light should go off.This method did not work.I went back and he put a machine on the tire until he instructed one of his workers to come hold the machine.This worker stated that one of the rear tires and one of the front tires were running on the same “something “ and for me to take my car to DISCOUNT TIRE and let them check it.The manager at DISCOUNT TIRE placed his machine on all 4 tires.The back tire sensors are fine.Only the 2 front tires that were replaced have no sensor reading, the 2 tires that I had bought.Since this indicator light is on, none of the other indicator lights will work ie miles to empty, washer fluid low etc.Seems a bit unlikely that both sensors on the front, where the work was done would go out simultaneously immediately after having the New tires put on.Long story short…. To replace the sensors will cost me $120.00+. Maybe I should have went somewhere that truly guarantees their work… $200+ for tires and $120+ for new sensors coming out my pocket. I am on a fixed income and don’t have money to waste.

Bought a used tire that was mounted and balanced on a new rim. They also installed the valve stem and tire sensor from the old rim at no extra cost. All done within 10 minutes flat. These guys are A1 for sure.

If you go there make sure you ask them to deflate the tires to your cars psi requirement. Went to get an oil change today and they told me the tire I got from this place had 60psi in my tire and its only recommend for 32.... Buyer beware. The manager as you can see would rather deny any accident or wrong doing as you can see. Very professional. And if you dont believe me call the Valvoline on pine street ask for Rein. Hell tell you thats exactly what they found. I bought a used tires for a Camry. 🤦‍♂️ Trust me I wont be back.

So all the older reviews on this shop on John B White and the older management are old and doesn’t apply to the fellas who work here now! They are awesome! I’ve been here three times not to far apart from each other and all three times were for different things going on with my car! These guys have helped me out and the prices were so reasonable and the time it took them to fix my car has taken a few hours to fix the issues! These guys are hands down the best and my go to shop to take my car now!

Good prices and service on used tires

Good service and reasonable prices - I had a flat tire and they were able to quickly patch it, attentive and friendly as well. They removed this huge bolt (see picture).——-Updated review (downgrading from 5 to 4 stars):When I took off, after the short time the TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring Systems) comeback on and was on throughout my driving. The confusing parts is that the tires didn’t look empty. Later I checked tire pressure and they all were OVERINFLATED. Instead of 33 PSI, one was at 73, another at 68, 47 and 52!!! Thank God that they did not explode! Once I deflated to 33 PSI, the TPMS light 💡 turned off.——-

Had along wait only 1 guy working. got 2 tires from here, they where in good shape. I noticed the gentleman mounted my tires didnt bother to check for leaks. also used an impact wrench on my chrome rims/ lugs. after i left, went to the grocery store and back home. something told me to check my lugs, found he had striped a few. please avoid this shop.

Ive seen the review and that time it was 4.0 so I decided to come here. I went to get my clutch done and took them a whole week. No big deal. I got it back with my battery dead, had to push jump start it in the rain and it still wouldnt start. They said they had no jumping cables but luckily I had one. Receipt said I paid $1,133 not including the battery that I had to go get. Drove the car 1st and 3rd gear didnt want to go in all the way. Now after 1,000 miles 1st gear keeps slipping so there are times Im grinding gears. This is my first time giving a review for anything and only bcuz I spent over a $1000 AND its still messed up! I dont not know about small jobs like oil change or tire rotation but please dont bring your car to let them do a complicated job. Not worth it!

Stood there for nearly 20 minutes as other customers came in, those folks got served, I got ignored!! I bought my new set of tires from someone else who wanted my business.

The guy was on the phone the whole time n then forgot to put 2 of the lug nuts back on the tire. Got half a block b4 my tire came off. Avoid!
