They are honest, helpful, and do excellent work; will use them again!

This place will sell you blinker fluid if youre willing to buy it, they will sell you $300 batteries even if you just bought a brand new $300 battery. They will replace your alternator for you and replace your oxygen sensor for you and then charge you $1500 when all you came in for was a new tire. Buyers beware.. This place will scam you out of your hard earned money

This car center is the place to take your vehicle. When I walked in the door, Josh the manager greeted me and asked what the issue is with the car. I explained it to him and he said lets go look at the tires. He explained what causes a vehicle to shake when driving on the highway, and recommended a rotation and balance of the tires. His crew did an excellent job fixing the issue. They are honest and straightforward.

I’ve never been around such nonchalant persons when it comes to overall safety. I went in to get my AC system fixed. My vehicle has a front AC and a rear AC system and the manager Josh is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful and called me through the process of my car being fixed to let me know what could and could not get done. I was able to get the front alignment done. I waited seven day weeks for my car to be finished being serviced, I stayed in the parking lot for about 5 to 7 minutes making sure the AC system that was able to be completed was fixed and I drove home. I was cleaning out my vehicle and in opening my trunk I realized that my muffler I was no longer on my vehicle which explains why accelerating while driving was a little off. My car has not been in my possession for going on two months and it’s super frustrating But after not having my car for seven weeks I had to turn back around and drop my car off because an essential part of my vehicle was not back on my vehicle.

I had to get an estimate and I delt with a man named Josh at the spartanburg location he was very friendly and professional. They were up front about our cars problems and offered to call my husband when they reached my number at work. They let us know about financing options and thanked us for bringing the car in even though we ended up not getting our car repaired at the time of visit Josh remained friendly and professional sympathetic and understanding. I didnt feel slighted for being a lady or for choosing not to get the car serviced. I appreciated this young man very much

I love this place and the people who work there. Josh and the others are always so courteous and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, I almost always get a little burned when I go other places, and this Meineke is quick and very efficient at correcting other shops mistakes. I was towed to the Meinike after my hybrid car stopped working completely after an oil change. The owner of the shop was extremely knowledgeable and resolved the issue in no time. I would highly recommend using them over any of our other local mechanic shops!

Took mother’s car here but should have taken it to the dealership. After paying over $2500 the two main issues were not fixed! Parts were put on her car she didn’t need but I was guaranteed these parts would fix the issues! Called customer service over 8 times and when I got a call back from corporate they weren’t any help! Guy from shop lied and said nothing was wrong with my mother’s car. I ended up paying $80 to file a civil suit, then shop wanted to make things right! Needed up fixing one issue which was a $231 part that I did my own research and figured this out. So my mother could have saved $1600 if they would have done a little more research first before just throwing parts on her car!! Still waiting on some type of refund before I drop civil suit! Because one issue still remains and didn’t need those parts that I was told would fix the problems but didn’t!!

I went to the meineke website around 3 on a Thursday to see if there were any same day appointments available. There happened to be an opening for an oil change at 4:10. I entered all of my information and went ahead to the Westgate location to leave my car. When I got there the guy behind the counter said he was surprised the website allowed me to schedule an appointment because he was booked solid until the middle of the week. I was upset thinking he was gonna try to reschedule me for then buy he said not to even worry about it, that he was gonna go ahead and squeeze me in. I left my keys and told him I knew I was way early so I was gonna walk to old navy while they worked on my car and asked if he could shoot me a text when they were done. He said that was no problem. Well I didnt even get cooled down inside old navy before I received a text letting me know my car was ready for pick up. So I think Ill be using Meineke for all of my automotive needs from now on.

Went there ( Spartanburg. Blackstock road), expecting to be told i had to make an appointment, come back in 2 weeks. Thats what 3 other shops told me. Asked them to check my Diff. Fluid because it was leaking. Despite haveing bays full of cars. They told me to. Let them check it. They not only filled it with fluid but took cover off and replaced gasket. Im very happy with there friendly attitudes and GREAT SERVICE.. I will return there for more vehicle maintenance. The bill was reasanable also. Thank you Meineke for your help and Great service.

They performed an inspection on my vehicle for Uber. They were very professional and courteous and I would definitely go back there for maintenance of my vehicle.

I recently priced shopped to find a better deal on a standard oil change. I stumbled across Meineke and decided to give them a try! The oil change went well but I also had them check a tire that had been loosing pressure very regularly. They found a nail and I inquired about possible fixes. The guy tried to tell me it would cost $50 to patch my tire! Take it I’m a young female, that was my first red flag. I asked if they had any economy tires since a patch was $50, I might as well replace it with and $80 economy tire and they didn’t have any. He suggested I get a tire that was regularly $110 but on special that day for $99. He said I would come out about $220 to replace THE ONE TIRE. That’s $120 in labor to replace one tire. I might be young but I’m not dumb. I felt like I was kinda taken advantage of. Despite this, the customer service was great. Just wish they would work on fair pricing.

I was not impressed at all! I called Friday to make an appointment and the gentleman on the phone was arrogant and rude. I made an appointment for Saturday at 1 p.m. I was told I could leave my car overnight Friday night, in which I did. I told them to call me before they got started so I could get a quote to know if I had enough money. I called them at 1:48 p.m. (again, they were rude) and was told they were going to start on my car in the next 10 minutes and would call me. I called back at 2:38 (this time the guy told me I called the wrong place, told me my car wasnt there; he thought I had told him a different car and gave him a different name; SMH) and was told they were almost done working on my car! I was livid! They told me they couldnt perform everything asked due to not being able to find a lock key for my tire. I thought car service stations would have something like that? Anyway, so they couldnt perform my tire rotation, but did an alignment that I still cant tell a difference since I got my car back. They also gave me a list of things that my car needed service on....one being a new air filter which I found hilarious considering I just had my oil changed and a new filter installed before my eyes the day before, lol. So needless to say, with lack of communication, rude & rushed service, I am highly disappointed! During all of this, I was at Spee Dee getting my dads oil changed and let me say this, complete 180! Exceptionally nice and thorough, and I didnt feel like a number. They didnt rush, they actually explained things to me and seemed like they actually cared.

I wasnt satisfied at all the computers where down and the gentleman that I spoke with was trying to get more out of me than I had. So I left and went down the street to Speed Dee and they gave me awesome service.

I had my oil changed on 12/28. The employees at the front were courteous and the service was quick, but 2 of them did not wear a face covering or offer to put one on while ringing me up at the register. Our state is overwhelmed with coronavirus cases at the moment and it was distressing to see that the employees aren’t doing the one simple thing that can reduce the spread. Very disappointing.

As with most auto service places, they recommended that a lot of other work be done which I declined til I could get another estimate (and dont think I really needed) - but guess thats just business today. I had my oil changed 2-3weeks ago, I recently drove to NC and back with a total of about 700-900 miles since my oil change. My check engine light came on. I went and got it looked at by mechanic. He said I have sludge in my engine. I have my oil changed regularly and only go over a max of 300 miles and that is rare which the oil is rated for higher than that. I had my oil changed by a different mechanic and he asked me where I got my oil changed I told him meinkie on black stock he told me that he does not think they changed my oil because my oil was black and it shouldn’t be. He showed me my oil and it was black as if it had not been changed in months. I will NEVER be back, I have had to re place 2 sensors in my car, new oil change and new oil filter plus sludge remover. And my time off of work to get my car fixed. I would give this place a zero if I could.

Ive been going to this shop for years. Always come through on a job and have yet to turn down a job Ive brought them no matter how unusual or outside the box the job is. A genuine pleasure to do business with.

0 stars!!On December 1, 2020 is when I took my 1999 Chevy Monte Carlo LS to Meineke located on 107th & Western for repairs to Mr. Josh whom inspected the vehicle. After he inspected the car he explained to that I needed to replace basically my ENTIRE cooling system so that my car would stop overheating. My car was stuck at the location for about 4 days in which i missed my ENTIRE work week. My aunts house was right down the street and they kept telling me they were working on my vehicle but i literally drove past the shop multiple times and saw my car just SITTING there. On December 5, 2020 is when I went to pay the cost of repairs, which totaled $1,350.00. Mr. Josh kept telling me how much money he saved me and told me that this would fix my car overheating issue. What he didnt tell me was that My upper Manifold intake was cracked (before repair), yet he put on my paper work as a memo that he told me this before repair. This was a lie. I even had my car have a diagnostic at another Meineke before i took it there to be repaired. He also told me that My radiator was messed up and that it would cost extra labor because of where my radiator was positioned. This was okay, until I made it back to Atl, GA from Spartanburg and my car overheated and turned off in the middle of the interstate. The Meineke in Atl, GA told me that my issue was a blown head gasket and that all that extra work that was done had nothing to do with my real issue seeing as though my antifreeze and engine oil will keep mixing and keep overheating my vehicle. Josh KNEW i had little money so he helped me finance my payments the entire time KNOWING he was just taking my money. I am in a messed up position and i CANT even drive back to Spartanburg to have my car fixed. I need my refund or a credit to have my engine head gasket fixed at least. I do not appreciate a business deceiving me out of my money especially when I trust you with my life. I couldve died MULTIPLE times just driving this vehicle because after about 10 mins it over heats and cuts off, usually mid turn.

Worst experience ever, rude white guy at the counter, had an alignment done here and when the numbers were close to green they just hit the lasers on the tires and make it look like they adjusted the angles, 200$ for full alignment on a truck and didnt set my caster and camber right, they got mad i was looking the way they did it. And they left oil stains on my door and driver seat.

The last person that changed my tires screwed them in so tight, that it was impossible to unscrew them without using a WELDER. The guys here are absolutely great and Ive been coming to this location ever since I moved here. They easily won me over with their honesty, hard work, and trust. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE GUYS

I was traveling and had experienced a failed headlight on my vehicle. As I was going to be driving through unfamiliar mountains at night, I wanted to address this before continuing on my journey. After being turned away from another establishment, I went to this Meineke location. I noticed that the establishment was set to close in 35 minutes, so I drove on. I ultimately decided to go back and speak with the service team just in case they could assist as I was concerned with driving in the dark.The establishment was clean and welcoming. I was greeted by Mark who assured me they could assist even at that time of their work day. When they recognized they did not have the part on site, he personally drove to obtain one and still had the repair completed by close (30 minutes from my walking into the location). He was very communicative about cost and where things were in the effort. Another associate (whose name I did not get) came and spoke with me for a little while as well. He was very friendly and also assured me that they were pleased to help even this late in their day.As an executive with a business consulting firm, I have to commend these gentlemen for providing exceptional customer service and a thrilling experience to a weary traveler. This was my first experience with Meineke, but because of these gentlemen, it will not be my last.Thank you for taking care of me in my moment of need!

My daughter is a college student in Spartanburg and had an issue with car. A friend recommended Meineke and she contacted them explaining her dilemma. They took her car in, provided an estimate after troubleshooting the problem and made the repair the same day. Tremendously thankful for their sense of urgency and making my daughter feel comfortable that they would look after her car and take care of it. They wanted to charge me $35 to plug a tire, not patch it. I went down the road and got it patched for $25.

They left grease smudges all inside my car, smh. & cant even read the oil change sticker, cuz it was smudged.

Joshua was great from my first phone call to the shop. They were doing an engine swap and working on a beautiful ‘54 so they’re not shy to work on big jobs. I just dropped the car off and will update after I pick it up but so far they’ve been great.

We took our 2016 Santa Fe Sport in for an oil change and alignment. We were very pleased with the services/cost and the friendly staff. The store manager personally discusses with each customer the work that was requested and any upcoming maintenance that needs attention. He answers questions and is very thorough. I will recommend this shop to my friends and family.

Long story short my experience was the typical Sell them on getting a repair or service they didnt ask for, then when time to pick up their car tell them you found other stuff wrong (which youve already authorized to be repaired without consent of the owner) which costs more $$$ then try to guilt them into being OK with it by bringing up the discount you gave them (which is manipulation) even though the extra costs negate the discount and if they still have an issue then dont charge them for the extra stuff you added which brings them back to the price they actually agreed to pay from the beginning for what they came to get song and danceCant do business with people I cant trust. Integrity is everything

When I arrived I was told it would be about 20 minutes until they got to my car. It was much faster than that! I had my one year old with me running around their lobby and he was getting a little restless so I really appreciated the fast service. Very family Friendly & very affordable.

Mark is wonderful. Im from NY traveling to SC and my AC broke in VA. I stopped and was told it need a part then charged. I decided to drive rest of way and get fixed in SC. I called Meineke 1st as they were the closest but I always get 3 quotes for everything. Well Mark answered told him exact part needed and ask $ and how fast to get done. He answered both questions within a few minutes so i told him ill get back to them as they could do it today but being the cost was almost $400 i wanted to check around. The next 2 places were so difficult to get a quote that i just said forget it and went to Meineke. Mark was at counter, very pleasant and professional. He remembered the call so i gave him keys and within 4 hours they got the part in, fixed and charged and ready to go. I was thrilled to find i also have 12 months/12,000 mile warranty on the part and they have locations everywhere, including near me back home. I highly recommend going to Meineke and it will be the 1st place i call for other maintenance or repairs needed. Thank you Mark for making this car repair as painless as possible as we all know how stressful it be on us car owners, especially traveling.

Drove my Suv there to get fixed.. ask did I want to get a diagnostic test I answered yes. Not knowing it was going to take a whole 24 hours for the test to be complete little to say my car wasnt running the same as it was before I took it to them... I will not recommend them to fix a bicycle.

I do not recommend going here unless you want to be scammed. I went here for a brake check and they told me i had to replace all my routers and brake pads, which would cost 500 or more. Luckily I wasn’t dumb enough to accept their offer but instead went to other mechanics for their opinions. Went to two different shops and both of them told me everthing was good. Meineke wanted to fix something that wasn’t even broken in the first place. Never going to go back there and would recommend others not to go there either

The person attending the customers was friendly and always smiled. Came for a basic oil change which took around 30 minutes. They also gave me a rundown on my vehicles status and put air on the tires as well. Great service overall.

Very friendly staff!! Very professional and know what they are doing. Im only giving them 3 because they dont over a warranty on the alignment. But other than that it always has great deals and service and will inform you about what car problems you have and recommend to fix. I was a walk in for an oil change and was told they couldn’t get to it that day but to make an appointment. I explained that I travel with my job and am rarely in one place more than 1 night. Joshua was able to manipulate a few things and accommodated me for an oil change. Also found that a desperately need 2 new tires. I told him I would do some tire research and he said to come back if I wanted them to do the tires but there was absolutely ZERO pressure to buy them there. I will definitely return when I’m in Spartanburg.

Be very careful of this place I took my car in on 08/02/19 for a simple oil change which was supposed to be 24.00 dollars and I ended up paying 33.00 in all and was told my car was in good shape and nothing to worry about when I leave there and go get gas and go to crank my car up after getting the gas it started makin a clicking noise like it didnt want to turn over and the oil light and check engine light came on so I take my car back to Meineke for them to say oh you need a battery your battery is testing bad so after spending 233.00 on a battery and install and other fees as the receipts says he tells me i will also probably need a starter and the total price for everything was over 500.00 I declined and took my car to another mechanic who told me it was a lose cable near my starter and that my starter was fine I will NEVER take my car back to Meineke nothing but a rip off!!!

When I went I had no clue what all was happening with my vehicle. The professionalism, knowledge and honesty here is comparable to none else. I got my car and an accurate diagnosis.

I had a great experience. I had a flat tire and called in to see if they could fix it. I spoke to Genaro and he said they could work me in that afternoon. The end of the story is that they had it fixed and I was on my way in 20 minutes. I was totally impressed with Genaro. He was honest and straightforward and fixed only what was necessary without trying to make up some goofy story about some part that I didnt need. It was a refreshing experience.

I went here to get my front axles replaced, and to have the car inspected to see what else I needed and it needed alot. Josh was very trustworthy and took care of me with helping me figure out what i needed in order to have a safe driving vehicle for me and my kids... he worked with me on the price and was very kind. I definitely recommend coming here for any kind of work that u need done very friendly staff and got fair prices and car was done by the end of the day. I honestly couldn’t believe what a great experience I had. I’ve always taken my car to the dealership, but I just moved and there isn’t a Kia dealership close enough. Meineke came recommended to me by a good friend/ coworker and I have nothing but great things to say. I called in the morning and they were able to accommodate me with the service I needed the same day. They also take pictures of everything they inspect and let you know the state that it’s in with explanation. I’ve been to several dealerships because I always thought they were best, but after my experience here, I won’t be doing that again.

The service is always good at a meineke. I like that send you a report now with pictures to you trouble spots. So why did I give it just 3 stars? The one I went to is in the middle? of remodeling. Its just a shell of a building. A few chairs, a table and a drink machine . Thank God, I carry my own time wasters (crochet and knitting) .

I have been taking my car here for awhile now since moving from a different shop that I was not satisfied with the quality of work and they really do a great job here! Love the atmosphere my wait is never super long and Josh who works the front is super nice and always offers me a good fair price for any repairs I need.

I visited this location because my brakes were squealing and I had been told by my dealership that I needed to replace my brake pads. I was fully prepared to wait two hours and pay hundreds for full brake work. Imagine my surprise when the technician walked me back to my vehicle on the lift and showed me that I had plenty of pad left! He explained that the noise was happening because my rotors were not replaced with the last brake job I had done, and that while I would continue to experience squeaking, it was safe to drive and would not cause damage to the vehicle. They could easily have done the expensive work on my vehicle (or they could’ve not done it but still charged me, and I wouldn’t have known the difference!), but instead they gave me a free inspection and an honest diagnosis that cost me nothing. They gained the trust of a customer for life, though!

Blinker went out of nowhere ! Got me scheduled immediately and had me in and out in less than two hrs..3 days later one of the blinkers went back went back they found the issue so quick and fixed it free I will never deal with anyone else they have good techs here that know the job ..And mark and josh communicate through the whole process giving constant updates to the point you’d know 15 minutes before they are done !! These are people to trust don’t roll the dice!! GO TO MEINEKE!!!! job well done guys....thx!

Josh and Mark were awesome. I brought in my suv that was preciously serviced at another large service center franchise and I felt they did me dirty. So I called in to a few garages and brake repair shops and then i reached Mark at Meineke. He was so kind and took the time to explain how each part worked and what signs would determine the issue. He made me feel comfortable that he was knowledgable and competent. I brought it in later that day and met Josh at the front desk. He was very professional and I felt my car was in good hands. within the hour, they knew the issue and were prepared to repair the following day. I picked it up from Meineke and it was like driving a new car home. Everything felt perfect and i will be using this Meineke location from now on. Thanks guys!

Ive been coming here every 5,000 to 10,000 miles for an oil change, and Ive never had a complaint. My partner and I have had other services, too, like alignments, brakes, and checkups. Their prices are fair, and their customer service is phenomenal, especially in comparison to other auto shops in the area. Specifically, the manager is really great. As someone doesnt know much about auto mechanics, I appreciate their patience and non-demeaning thoroughness. Also, I signed up for Meineke rewards, and Ive received free service several times.

I had an electrical problem with my Mercedes S550. I towed my car to Spartanburg Maineke Service station. In just two days service crew recognized a problem, replaced alternator, bełt, pulleys. They checked battery and all electrical/ electronic system. The car starts and runs like new, not to mention for half of the price that I would be paying at Mercedes. Great job Meineke!!!

Not all meineke are created equal. Josh at meineke spartanburg fixed what another did wrong. Thanks Josh and crew for getting my brakes fixed and now my car stops on a dime.

Today was my first experience with Meinike Spartanburg and it was excellent visit. Josh was incredibly professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I went in for squeaky brakes, they checked it out, brought back pictures of everything they found. Explained all of my options and costs. As a woman who has negative experiences with other shops I was pleasantly surprised. Josh is to be commended for all he does. He answered a barrage of questions that various customers came in with and even was able to help a Spanish speaking customer in their language. Very impressed with the customer service and will be a repeat customer when needed. Would recommend this location to family and friends.

The guys were great, friendly, and got me in and out in a timely manner. Just a little pricey but had financing available, and brakes did come with a lifetime warranty which is awesome.
