Michael and his team did a great job working on my trucks AC. I got my truck back in less than 3 business days. The work looked as if I did it myself. None of the pieces were damaged during installation and everything looked OEM. Extremely professional work, communication, and price. Michael did not advise any unnecessary work (like other shops) just to make more money. I will be a returning customer and I really do appreciate a good mechanic! Thank you guys!

Got some work done on my Honda Odyssey (brakes, oil change, back door lock/unlock handle, front ceiling lights). Coming from Chicago to such a great place in the Hub City was epic. They are super helpful and provide great service. They even suggested a place to go get an extra set of keys done at a much better price than the Honda dealership who was quoting me three times as much. You guys Rock ! Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place for your car repairs.

We(my family) have been going there for years... several cars taken care of... this particular time my daughters 01 Xtera had an issue with running, they took it and repaired it. It continued to have issues, so I was advised to get it back to them(they were willing to have t tow truck chime DVD get it) they brought it in repaired it again and its running great.

This is the only place I will bring my car to for repairs. They are honest and fair...and always have been in my experience. Most places wouldnt have put my car on the rack for less than what my whole repair cost this time. 😁

GREAT service!! My Chevy Equinox A/C had not worked for quite some time, I tried a re-charge kit myself, and checked a few other things with no luck. I figured it would be the compressor, so expected a $1,000 fix. They said they wouldnt be able to work on it for a few days but was fine since I was out of town. They called the NEXT DAY and it was fixed for approx $100!! Instead of just selling me a whole new compressor, they were honest and fixed what I had. Ive had bad experiences in the past with OTHER places with a different car (a Volkswagen) where I was told I needed new everything from compressor, condenser, evaporator, etc for $2,000 and was later able to fix it myself with a $40 valve. I will definitely use Reidville Road Auto for any future work that I cant do myself!

I received an exorbitant quote from a large named dealer in town for the repair of my wifes 2014 CR-V. I took it here for a second opinion where they diagnosed the actual problem and presented me with the needed repairs. There was an 87% difference in cost when comparing the two side-by-side. Reidville Auto Service got the work done in one day and her car is as smooth as can be. I cant recommend these guys enough for their honest work and reliability.

If youre looking for an honest, quick and great mechanic, this is the place for you. I had a radiator replaced, drove the car home and noticed an antifreeze leak. They had it towed back and replaced the thermostat that was not part of the original problem and I didnt pay another cent over what I originally paid. They even picked me up from work to get the car.

They did a great job with my truck it was a 97 Chevy 1500 pickup truck that was my grandfathers who was a POW in Korea my brother was taking care of it i bought it from him and now Im trying to keep the truck up had to get a new fuel pump put in they did a great job and price was very reasonable thank you guys for taking care of my truck

Was looking for a place to take our truck to get serviced. The lady over the phone said to bring it in, though she wasnt sure if theyd be able to work on it. Got there my husband did some talking to the mechanics, they looked at our vehicle, and told him they can fix half of the problems today, and to bring it back to do the other half. Boy was he Happy to hear that. The next time we came we had to leave our baby for a couple days to get fixed. They did the damn thing might I add. Had our dodge running like a spring chicken. My Husband now has finally found a new mechanic thanks guys.

I had an issue with a battery terminal that the dealership wanted several hundred dollars to repair. Reidville fixed it for less than $50.00 in 20 minutes. I had driven by with no appointment, and received great service. They have a new customer.

I just want to give my personal opinion about Reidsville Road Auto, I would have never ran into this Company if I wouldnt have bought a lemon for a car...LOL but I have to say this is the best place Ive ever dealt with when it comes to mechanical work!! They are very honest and straight to the point, there is no beating around the bush!!! I have recommended this company to so many other folks that has also needed some work done on their vehicle they also have felt the same way.I appreciate every employee that has helped me with the struggle of the car that I have bought.
