Very Unprofessional.Called and got a quote and confirmed they have 8 tires. Upon arrival got greeted by the employee who was changing tires by yelling “stay by your vehicle”. Asked him a question and he replied “ I don’t know what you came here for !!! “Stay by your vehicle!!!” Very unprofessional. Waited for about 15 minutes lady came and told me they don’t have my tires. Walmart is a good example what Socialism Looks Like.

They took care of my needs, for a very reasonable price couldnt find a better deal any where.

I was not happy to find out that they charge to put tires on that you purchase from them.

I usually go to boiling springs Walmart to get my oil changed but they didn’t have the oil for my car so I came to this one the 3 guys working literally just standing around in there looking at you don’t even come up to your car to let you know it will be a minute definitely wasted my time and gas going to both of the Walmart’s. Learn better customer service.

Ive been using them for the last two years and so far so good. No problems and Im usually in and out in a reasonable time. Sometimes some of the staff can be a little unfriendly but I think that is due to being short staffed and overworked.....HOWEVER, I have wasted my time going on a few occasions and therell be no one there. I check the website before going, its says open, but again there is usually no one there.Could someone please update your site to reflect the proper schedule so your customers are not wasting there time. If not for this Id given them 5 stars.

It sad i took my tire off took it to walmart just to get a new one, got called out went change a starter on reefer unit went back got clean up and then left and went to see my girl then come backstill not done,

They never told me to come get my car. I waited an extra hour and had to point out my car to them because they forgot about it.

Stopped by in early morning and they took 2 hours to rotate my tires which I was told it should be done in 1 hour. They really need a good manager there.

Unprofessional, rude store management refuses warranty on battery less than 60 days old after cashier checked register for warranty eligibility. Management refuses to scan the barcode/serial number or do anything with it. And it takes an HOUR to make sure its dead?!? The GIRL mechanic is the ONLY one here with a brain!! Every trip to good ole Wally World brings me one step closer to Target. The heirs have destroyed Sams legacy of excellence in customer service. How sad.

Great staff very friendly went in and did our grocery shopping and they were done when we went to leave everytime weve gone there for an oil change.

Understaffed, rude most of the time, and unprofessional. If its within 1-2 hrs of closing they will give you some excuse to not change your oil. Not all my experiences have been bad but most have been.

I rated this store based SOLELY on the Tire Lube Express. The Service Manager and Co-Manager of the store were big bullies that made my experience there horrific. I was lied to repeatedly and they insisted they were not going to pro-rate my tires even though it is Walmart policy to do so in reference to treads. I literally was in tears and never in my life have I ever been so disrespected and humiliated. Thankfully, I found someone in Customer Service that located the Store Manager and he resolved the problem. It was 4 1/2 hours waiting for new tires and an oil change that they told me would take an hour and a half at the most. NEVER EVER GOING BACK THERE!

Lets just say I wont be coming back.

Tyre center not interested in business .No one picks the phone up there for 15 minutes .wanted 4 tires 245/60 r 18, and you just lost my business.Always low prices but got to wait . !!!!!
