Artie gives the very best customer care service to each person that walk-through the door. She was attentive to my needs but acknowledged every person that came through the door that day. Keep it up and youll be a store owner one day.

Cali D was great in helping me fix one of the minor issues I had going on with my vehicle. Not only did he assist me with my personal matter but he did his job like he should have by coming outside to my vehicle and plugging it up to the machine. One manager told me to plug it myself and bring it back to him. Thanks Cali D!!!

WORST & most RUDE service I have EVER received. This experience just reminded me why I NEVER get service anywhere but Firestone. I had no choice but to get a battery from here after being stranded for 4 hrs, but I wouldnt recommend anyone after how rude my cashier was to me. E. Bridwell needs another job if this isbhow he handles customers. I WILL NEVER, EVER SPEND ANOTHER HARD-EARNED dollar here. I am so upset.
