If I could put no stars, I wouldnt hesitate.Had a simple order for a Toyota key and faub.No one informed me at the parts ordering area, that I MUST have my master key( which is the key that went bad) in order to program the new key.Needless to say, I had to pay for a key I CANNOT use!!!I would not recommend Jesus to buy anything from Dave Edwards Toyota, point blank.Go at your own risk!!!VERY DISSATISFIED!!!

Dave Edwards service department is an outstanding experience!!. We have used many different dealerships and service departments over our lives and this is by far the best we have ever experienced! Our hats off to the excellent service experience. We drive about 45 miles to use this facility and fill it is well worth the drive.

Service was quick but I was pretty disappointed that the problem was not fixed. Battery was replaced but even though we asked to have the alternator checked it was returned to us with only a new battery. Before we even got home the battery light was back on. Makes it seem like the vehicle wasn’t even tested out before being returned to us. Ended up taking it to Vic Bailey the same night and alternator was determined to be bad and replaced the next day.

Recently went in as a return customer of DE Toyota. Joseph was my salesman and I liked him very much. He made me feel comfortable and was understanding of how stressful buying a car is; especially for a woman. I explained to him that I was looking to buy a Toyota Camry or a Honda Accord. I received a quote and left telling him I would think about it. I noticed on the quote they had added 1,399 for additional maintenance; such as oil changes, etc. and $395 for floor mats. I returned to tell Joe that I had decided to buy the Toyota if they would take off those two charges. He spoke with the sales manager and came back to say they would not take it off. I thought, Really? I cannot believe they turned down a sale that big because prices are really high right now. I especially do not understand why you would add additional maintenance charges to the MSRP.Show full review

Our past experiences in dealerships have been less than desirable, so much so that we purchased our last car on an online car delivery site. We had no real intention of purchasing a car yesterday, but they made the process so easy and laid back. John David was our finance officer and he was very personable and fun to chat with! I needed an oil change and I was highly impressed! Not only did they take less than 45 mins, but while I waited there was a space with plenty of lounge furniture for me to sit and wait on my car. Highly professional and gave a detailed listing of what services were provided and at what costs! 10/10!!

Never take your car to get detailed here.My carpets were left with whatever cleaning solution they use and it made them sticky to the touch.Under one of my back carpets there was still throw up from my dog which is why I took it to get detailed. There were a ton of crevices that were not cleaned.The point of a car DETAIL is to pay attention to the detail.Do not get your car cleaned here.

I live in North Carolina and was looking for a Camry Hybrid XLE. Needless to say, many of the new cars are hard to find these days. Anyway, during my search, I found on the Toyota website various cars being shipped with estimated due dates to dealers. I found the exact package and color I was looking for and traced it to Dave Edwards Toyota in South Carolina. The first person I spoke with on the phone was Stephanie, very helpful and kind and helped lock the car down with a deposit. I was then introduced via text to the salesperson Joseph, that would see the deal through. Joseph contacted me on the phone and was very professional and kind. We set up a preliminary deal based on a trade value from my description and photos. Joseph made everything seamless and easy. A couple of days later the car arrived, they got it ready and I drove down to the dealership from North Carolina. Joseph was great in person as well and gave me a very detailed introduction to my new car, as well as setup google play and other apps. Beware of service prices. I went for my regular oil change and paid $62. I about fainted. You are required to have an appointment, which I did and waited in the bay about ten minutes before being acknowledged. When my car was done, I received a call. I told them I was in the waiting room. A lot of changes there. Not like it once was. Disappointed.

I am always treated well by the Service Team at Dave Edwards Toyota. Chris Sehr stands out for me, but all of the techs and managers have been great.They inspect my car, recommend what’s needed, and keep it running well. My 2015 Camry has 200k miles on it—and it’s still going strong!

I took my Camry in for an air conditioner problem. They wanted to charge me $200 for the work. Then they wanted to replace my coolant, water pump and belt. That theyll replaced less than three years ago. Dont try to rip me off. Going to Toyota of Greenville from now on.

Love my new (to me) car! I saw exactly what I wanted and my sales person was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about that particular car and showed me the new technology I wasn’t used to so I would know how it worked. Everyone was friendly and they were the fastest I’ve experienced at 2.5 hours start to finish. The financial processing was fast and the tools they use were up to date and green. I received all my docs on a flash drive instead of a fat envelope to keep track of.

I called and got a price on reprogramming a key which was $80 and while I was there I decided to get a synthetic oil change supposedly $34.99.And when I receive the bill it was for a re-program in the key and a regular oil change and the bill was $149 and some change. When I said something about what I have been quoted before the service was done and after the service was done and asked why was it so much different they said they didn’t quote me the labor charges and when I said something about the oil change I asked why did I not get a synthetic oil change and they said they didn’t do it. They put regular oil in it. So I looked at the customer service agent and told him congratulations I had made My last trip to Dave Edwards Toyota and that I had previously bought cars every since it was LP Pits Toyota. Through the years probably 12 to 15 vehicles that I have bought from them Since 1980 . It was my very first brand new vehicle at the age of 19. So I guess loyalty doesn’t matter anymore. I will not be back.

We were traveling from Florida with our Rv when we had a flat tire. We pulled into a strip mall next to Dave Roberts Toyota. We walked over to the dealership and spoke with Robert. He walked with us back to our Rv where it was determined the tire had a bad valve. Robert sent a truck over to collect the tire An employee in the garage then replaced the valve stem at no cost. A truck then returned the tire to our Rv. We are so thankful for the help we received.

I went to the Dealership on this occasion for routine service. The service work performed during my visit was efficient and timely for which I am appreciative. However, during the visit someone in the process did minor damage to the leather of my steering wheel. I returned to the dealership when I realized the damage had occurred and called this to the attention of management. The manager looked at the damage and said they would check into my issue and call me. I am not overly concerned with the damage but their failure to follow through concerns me.

I bought a 2017 Genesis G80 from them a month ago and its already having transmission problems and they refuse to fix it. The car also had an open safety recall on it that they didnt fix before they sold the vehicle to me!!! They lied and said they didnt know about the recall, they have to check all that stuff before they even put the car on the lot to sale!!! I will not ever buy a car from them again!!!

We purchased a 2018 Toyota Tundra recently. Abraham was our salesperson. He was wonderful, even driving the truck to us 50 minutes away from the dealership to see if we liked it. He even followed up 2 times after the purchase to see how things were going...we needed a 2nd key made and he made sure we got one. The whole process was great.I usually I dispise buying a vehicle, because of the way the salespeople and manager work you over, back and forth. The team at Dave Edwards made it pleasant. No, back and forth haggling, just fair prices.
