I have bought 2 gm transfer cases from here both were perfect. Recently I purchased a rear half of a 263 transfer case. After installing it there was a casting issue that caused a leak. The mgmt. worked with me and reimbursed me the additional labor to install it a second time as well as quick shipping a replacement case half next day. Top notch customer service. Thank you.

Less than 3000 miles on a case I bought from them for a 2000 Jeep and because it was past the 2 years they wouldn’t do a thing. That’s BS that a unit with 3000 miles starts leaking like a sieve no matter how little you drive it. Powertrain Products in Maryland has 7 year warranty. Go there.

This company is the worst Ive ever dealt with, they will not honor their warranty. I bought a transfer case from them and it lasted for about a month. They had me send it back so they could open it up for inspection and called me a liar saying I never put the fluid in it. With the miles I drive on a daily it wouldnt have lasted half a day with no fluid. Now they wont send the unit I purchased from them back to me so I can use it for a core to purchase a new transfer case for another company. I will never buy anything from them again.

Do not buy from this company. They have horrible customer service. They will not honor their warranty and they will lie to get out of it. We received a defective transfer case and it started having problems less than a month after installation. We followed the warranty protocol exactly, but they still refuse to honor the warranty. We have lost $1545 and our core to them and have nothing to show for it. Save yourself the trouble and buy from somewhere else.
