Worked with Joseph who was very professional through and through. There were moments when things couldve gotten fristrating but he was professional about it the whole time. Definitely made overall experience pleasant and appreciated the level of customer service received.

Incredible customer service from Mia. So professional, not pushy. I went in for a screen protector for my ancient iPhone 6s+ and left with a new iPhone 12 Pro Max. Got a great deal I never knew about. Mia was so helpful and did an expert job on applying my new screen protector on this amazing phone. She guided me for the accessories that I needed. Also a joy to chat with Keit, another very knowledgeable team member. I drive way from Plano for a Sunday drive. Now I’ll never go to a different store. Thank you Mia and Keit, it was a pleasure.
My experience at this location was better than any previous experience at any other phone store! I was offered tremendous help in choosing the right phone plan, adding more lines to the plan, and clearing up any confusion with billing. Joe was a very welcoming employee that made the experience all the better by making the time spent setting things up feel less tedious than previous interactions. I highly recommend going to this location if you need any help or have any questions about the plans or accessories.
Great experience at Verizon today, I went in for just a charger for my phone and walked out with a new phone for my wifes birthday / Valentines present. The staff was awesome, answered all my questions, set me up on line for a better deal, and he even set up the phone for me. I will use the location for phone service for now on. Thanks Verizon!!
I purchased our phones originally at this store and when we upgraded a couple years later Verizon business made tons of errors resulting in a charge of $958 for a phone that was returned to them. I went to the store after spending about 7 hours and multiple phone calls to verizon business to resolve my issue. I was told by an employee he would try to support me and make sure my money was credited back. Only to tell me 2 weeks later to call customer care again, who will just transfer me to Verizon business who has not resolved my issue for phones sent back in January. I do not recommend this store, nor do I recommend business to anyone who wants easy upgrades and seemless, stellar customer service. Our phones have been cut off twice for a balance we do not owe, even though we have continued paying our monthly bills and installment charges. Looks like we are coming out of pocket over $900 for a device we do not have in order to switch to a different carrier. Thanks Verizon!

Simply put, the manager is standoffish and does not seem to care about helping customers resolve problems. Other staff members were kind and courteous, but utterly helpless in resolving my billing issues. Unfortunately, both in-person and virtual customer service at Verizon are severely lacking. After about a dozen phone calls and two in-person visits to the store, I’m ready to switch carriers. Kudos to Verizon for designing a truly terrible system to bounce customers from one service group to the other (billing, loyalty, customer service)—all of whom promise to fix your problem but never do because “you need to call the other group” and all the while gouging you with late fees. Don’t look to Verizon, or this store in particular, to treat you with any sense of urgency unless you’re buying something from them.
Picked up a phone case here and had some help getting my new phone activated. I got there early afternoon with no appointment and was told thered be about a 25-30 minute wait. After over 45 minutes I went back up to the door and there were still people waiting before me. I was upset but made an appointment to come back later. Once I got home I got a call from one of the employees inside apologizing for the wait and said he would try to help me with what I needed remotely. It took a few hours but he was able to get everything taken care of while I went about my day.Thank you so much Joe for taking time out of your day to make a situation right. He was beyond courteous and helpful. He is the perfect example of great customer service.

I actually live closer to another Verizon store, but I travel a little further if I need to go in person because the Southlake store is AWESOME! Today Melissa and Kiet helped me out and took care of my issues quickly and efficiently. They treated me with the upmost respect, and their customer service really stood out. I am a super satisfied customer and will continue to drive a little further for such wonderful service. Thank you!!

Horrible customer service.I got iphone 12 pro here.They said i can’t transfer data from my old phone to new phone here.They said i have to go somewhere else.They recommend me to go redrock restaurant next to verizon.I tried to transfer my data in restaurant.I had lots of issues with that.Also they said if i buy case and screen protector, wireless charger is free.I got the offer but wireless charger is not working.im a otr truck driver and I can’t bring it back.
There have new staff, there is only one person working actively.I searched for a watch, I don’t see it on display & asked for some help to find the watch.Looks like they have limited stock. It took over 25 mins from him to come and help us ( he was assisting other customers at same time) & tell they don’t have in stock.But the guy who helped us was great, experienced & knowledgeable.He followed up with a text for setting up appointment.
I’m very impressed with the level of service, amount of patience, and exemplary communication skills of the employees of this Verizon Store. Specifically, Melissa, is a huge asset to her company and went above and beyond to problem solve and maximize benefits for my personal and business accounts. Making changes that may appear easy from the customer side actually set of a chain of operational and financial events behind the scenes, this can be a very frustrating and lengthy process without the expertise of such wonderful employees. Melissa and her manager took the time to explain everything in detail and gave me full disclosure of the possible outcome of each change we made. Under any other level of attention this review would not have been positive. I am incredibly grateful for the employees here and wanted to take the time to give them a glowing review for the time and effort they put into their work. Their jobs are highly technical and as an engineer myself, I can honestly say that it is very rare to find individuals that are as good with technology as they are with people. I highly recommend this store!

Worst customer service Ive experienced in years. I went to get a copy of my bill - about as simple a customer service request as possible. The manager spent 15 minutes argueing with me that I should print it from the app ( which has never worked for me) instead of just printing it. When she finally did print it, it took her 30 seconds. And she still acted like I was the unreasonable one.
Great place to go and check out the services and products offered by Verizon.The staff member I spoke too was vet attentive and provided me all the information I needed.Will definitely go back to the same store again to sign up for the services they offer.

My mom has been having issue with her iPhone 5 for several weeks. We had been to several other Verizon locations and she was either told there was nothing she could do. However, the representative at this location was able to solve the issue with the storage and the phone seems to be fully functional for now. He was very patient and diligent in getting at the root of the issue(s). I would highly recommend this location.

They showed team work. Staff was experience and sympathetic to my situation. Direct me to the right person and I was able to get my issue resolved in a timely manner.I just got a new iphone Thursday that came with a New SIM so I called to activate it. They said put my old SIM from my old SamSung phone in and I did this thing with the QR Code they sent me and it didnt work. We called again, talked to another person and they said that my old Samsung SIM doesnt work with the Iphone, I need to use the new Iphone SIM. So they activate my new SIM and said it will take 24 hours. After 24 hours it doesnt work. Friday, I called again, they put me through work order, it was then a weekend so I waited until Monday to call. I call on Monday (waited 45 minutes on the phone to talk to someone) and they said they havent work on it so I need to wait for another 24-48 hours. So I waited. Wednesday, I went online and chat with someone. After all the work up, we concluded that it was a bad SIM and that I needed a new SIM because my brothers SIM can just plug into my phone and it works. So I called a Verizon in Irving, waited for a long time (expected due to this Covid season) and they said they dont have new SIM in stock they recommended me to go on to the Flower Mound Verizon. I called the Flower Mound Verizon and the phone is ringing but no one picks up and it told me leave a message. So I called the South Lake Location. The wait was not long. The person talked to me was very sympathetic, asked for the SIM card # (Some other people doesnt ask me this) and try out some stuff. She gave me assurance that she is going to get help. Then I was transferred to some one and he told me that he will restart the system on his side, because most people seems to forget this step and see if my SIM work now. AND IT WORKED. The problem was that it still have my old information in there.Anyways, thank you Verizon Staff at South Lake for solving my problem. I hope that you share the experiences with other staff members so that they can be more trained to know how to resolve clients issues more efficiently.

Nice guys, but my bill came up completely different that I was told when they were selling me all their services. Its happened twice and the last time it took them weeks to figured it out, and I still ended up paying more than what I was told.
We were out of town and needed a new charger unexpectedly. This store had a professional staff who quickly helped us and we were on our way

Stress free! Brandon is the BEST!So I fell in a pool with my 3 year old S3 and had to figure out the new lease thing the carriers do now. I had my partner and a friend in tow to help, bc, ya know how awful it can be... The anxiety was unnecessary, the dudes here are helpful and knowledgeable and I went with a Pixel. No pushing or pressure, they really helped make the best decision for me.If youre a gadget girl make sure to let them know, most customers want them to set up the devices these days. I like opening my tech and removing the screen stickers and turning it on for the first time so I was disappointed when I turned around and it was being done for me. Had a laugh about it in the end, make sure to say something or youll miss out on that precious experience.

Got checked in by the manager who seemed to be standing around rather then helping customers. He then let us wait 30-45 mins while allowing customers who came in after us to be helped before we were. Basically skipping us in line twice. He knew we noticed because he apologized as we walked out of the store visibly upset. Horrible customer service. I guess since we are doing upgrades and not spending money in his store we werent important!
