I contacted them to replace the battery in my surface pro. Spoke to them Tuesday and set an appointment on Friday to come out on Saturday. Both times was told no problem and was given a quote to repair. Drove out on Saturday morning and was told they are unable to handle the repairs on my tablet.

I dropped off my phone here about a month ago and picked it up and they said it was fixed. After about a day it was evident the issue was not resolved. I dropped it back off no biggy things happen and its now been several weeks since theyve had it and theyre telling me theyve replaced all these parts but still cant get the problem to go away. They were always really nice but at this point Ive wasted several hours on this with nothing to show for it. They recommended just shipping it back which is what I was trying to avoid in the first place...Update: I picked up the phone and they lied about even working on it. All my data was still on it after three weeks so I know they didnt replace the motherboard.

I had an incident with my charging port not working properly due to a wasabi mishap. Brought my phone in and they had it fixed in minutes and didn’t charge me since it was such a simple fix. Very quick and professional service without trying to charge for something so simple. They have definitely earned my business in the future.

Brought my phone in to get the screen replaced through the att insurance program and was told it would be ready to go around 5 so I returned at 6 after getting an alert my phone was fixed and ready to be picked up at 5:30 well thats where things went south quickly waited an hour a half to be told that they not only lost my sim card but also left my phone in a factory mode that did not allow me to turn it off they also reset my background I will never reccomend this place to anyone and am currently in the process of seeing what I can do with my carrier about filing a claim while I was there 2 other would be customers also left without having their devices fixed

Had an issue with an older phone in an emergency situation where the phone had to be repaired as soon as possible. Every single team member at this location was helpful, knowledgeable and patient; they did their best to make us feel comfortable with the process and provided excellent customer service. Although parts were delayed, they understood our deadline and the team made sure to fix the phone as soon as the parts were available. Phone is in great working condition thanks to Brett and Taylor. Would definitely recommend and will be back!

I called Wednesday to try and get my screen fixed. They had no available appointments until Friday. Thats fine, no big deal. I showed up at 10:30 Friday morning as per my appointment. The person working the point of sale system spent fifteen minutes trying to find a part number, while the part was right in front of him on the counter.I asked how long it would be, as I was quoted 2~3 hours on the phone. He said they were very busy and might not be able to have it done before 3:00. Not optimal, but I understand heavy volume. I was finally handed an authorization of work to sign and left, expecting a text by 3:00. At no point during the day was the online tracking updated, and the work wasnt completed until after 4:30. Being quoted 2 to 3 hours and having the work take SIX is egregious.When I went back in to pick up my phone, it took another twenty minutes for the same technician to figure out how to ring me up, as his manager spent a similar same amount of time trying to help another customer. He was trying to look up her account by the phone number of the phone they were repairing, and not the phone number on her account. He didnt ask for any phone number at all until ten minutes into their conversation. During this time another would-be customer came in to the store and left because he was concerned at the circus going on behind the counter.The work itself is top notch. My screen looks brand new and I cant even tell any work was done. But the retail experience was SO bad I would have to recommend friends go elsewhere.

Jordi was able to get me in and out I’m about 30 minutes!! Had my XS Max screen replaced for a reasonable price. The staff here is very knowledgeable and very polite. Will go back for future repairs.

Brent and Taylor are the best. One of the best customer experiences I’ve ever had. Their attitudes and professionalism made my phone repair a very easy process.

Had to coem back twice before they actually fixed it. Still had to wait 2 hrs in store and they didnt fix my phone properly.

Good service, phone looks good as new, price was high, but that seems to be mostly the cost of the screen itself and not the labor. Would use again if needed.

Brought my phone in, they repaired what was broken, then broke other things. Told me they would call when the parts came in. Months of calling them, they finally admitted nothing had been ordered and my phone was still in limbo. Still had to wait a week before getting it fixed.

While this company serves a purpose I think the prices are unnecessarily expensive. My primary problem though is with the Southlake Tx location. Despite a Mask Required sign at front door the employee at the counter did not wear one even though I had one on. When I returned to pick up the phone, there was a different employee who had on a mask as per their sign.

They finished my entire screen repair in about thirty minutes, where as somewhere else would take a few hours, and up to a few days. Customer service was amazing too!

Came here before to replace the screen on my iPhone X, 6 months later it stopped working and I came back to see if I had any warranty. While they said the warranty is only 90 days Jesus came in clutch and dropped the price by almost half. Can’t complain.

Of all the repair places I’ve been to, this is the best one yet! The customer service was great as well as the repair. Jordi was able to take in my phone, repair it, and have it ready for me in the same day unlike most places, definitely recommend!

Really great experience. Nice phone response, good drop off experience that felt Covid19 friendly with social spacing and mask policy, signage.They told me 2 hours for an affordable price. I have tried to get a screen fixed before and it was going to take forever and be over $200. This was more reasonable. Less than 90 minutes later they called that it was completed.The pickup experience was nice and efficient with the price as quoted and they didnt try to upsell me or push me into other purchases. I am happy and would use their services again if need be.I wish I could leave a 6 start review, awesome and easy!

Great repair, works as could be expected. iPhone was pretty beat up and borderline trashed but they put the screen as requested to extend the life of the phone a little bit longer!

Went to fix my Samsung, I went through ensurion and choose to drop the phone off. They told me to drop the phone off anytime during the day and the store should be able to take care of it. 9nce I got to the store they told me I had to set up an appointment that they do not take walk ins even though the ensurion said they would. Poor communication. Staff did not seem happy.
