I came in for help fixing or possibly getting a new phone. The entire staff was very nice and helpful with informing me with their services. Zach primarily helped me and was perfect. He was extremely helpful in letting me know my options and what route was best for me to take considering my situation. This is the only ATT store I see myself going to in the future and have already recommended it to friends thanks to Zach and other gentleman’s help!

The store in Southlake is horrible. My phone is 3 1/2 yrs old and I had paid big bucks for a liquid glass screen protector guaranteed to only crack the protector and not the screen per their sales pitch. When I went in the store for a new phone because my phone will not stayed charged, It was a hairline crack and the mgr kept putting his hard thumbnail in the crack and now it is wide and has spread. So now Im sure they will offer me nothing for my trade in. They also didnt have my phone in stock and I have to wait 2 weeks. Poor, poor customer service.

On Sept 22nd I want to AT&T store in Hurts, TX and sign up for prepaid line. I asked the sale personnel if I can transport my number to new line. He said yes it possible I need your old account number and pin from your provider which I dont have at the moment.On Sept 25th I want to want to two different AT&T stores if they can help me to transfer my older number to the new service but they are said not possible.I want to AT&T store in South lake, TX and The Retail sales Consultant Hira Din and the store Manager at that did everything to help me to transport my older number to the new AT&T line which took them over two hours.Hira was on phone with AT&T customer service for two hours which she helping other customers. The manager able to give credit which I paid on other location.I am so please to the AT&T workers at SouthLake location, I rather recommend to the public to check out the great services AT&T provides at SouthLake.Thank you Hira and Manager plus other employees for your great patient .Moses

It’s been a very long time since I’ve experienced the kind of customer service, professionalism expertise, and all out amazing experience from all of the businesses we deal with on a daily basis.Jay, at the AT&T Southlake store is the reason I am writing this review. He truly had us at hello!Every aspect of the transaction was met with an expertise and pride in his job the likes of which I haven’t seen in a while. He was extremely knowledgeable about the new phones, our account, features, technology and every issue we had questions about. His answers and actions went above and beyond with such pleasant demeanor we did not want to leave. I love going to this AT&T store in Southlake because my experience is always the best there I get the best service and the best prices so I have always gone to AT&T. I have always heard from other people their sad experiences at other places and I tell them that my experience is always wonderful. I will not go to any other place or any other company because there have been no problems with my phone or my service or anything else that I have gotten there and I am not going to switch. The people there are there Nice and very accommodating and will help me with any problem if I have one. I have always received the service that I need very promptly and everybody there will try and get me the best for what I need. I will not switch at any time I don’t care what deals are out there my deal that I have still beat everyone else’s deal. I would like to thank SouthlakeTexas store for being so wonderful to me and my son when we got there and making everything so easy in setting up our accounts. Even the switching of my phones to a new phone went seamlessly and I am very happy with my new phone. I will always recommend Southlake Texas store for anybody who wants to buy a new phone or switch their service or even switch over to there other services. Thank you so much AT&T for helping us out.

My experiences at the Euless location vs. the Southlake location was night and day! After spending (wasting) 45min. with an employee at the Euless location, I got absolutely nothing accomplished and was basically told to call AT&T customer service. That was 3 days ago. I go to Southlake location today, and within 5-10 MINUTES, Mark was able to answer all of my questions AND totally took care of everything I needed! Mark, you ROCK! Thank you so much!

As soon as I walked in, I received a friendly greeting from Ezra, and he offered to help me right away. He was very kind, patient and thorough. I had a few things to take care of and he did it all with ease, kindness, and to completion. Ezra helped me pick out the best plan for adding my Mother to our account and helped me with advice for some accessories that I needed to get. We had an associate that had no idea what he was doing. All I wanted to do was upgrade my phone from an X to the 12. First off he didnt know anything about any of the phones so I didnt even bother asking about the pro. He didnt know how to switch over all my stuff to my new phone and told me that even if i wanted to that I couldnt do it in the store because you guys dont have WiFi? Youre a PHONE store, how do you not have WiFi? I live in the country so I drove 45 minutes to get to this store. I then had to drive 45 minutes home with no access to a phone. Thank god nothing happened to me because I would have been screwed. On top of all of that he tried to sell me you’re new AT&T TV when I told him numerous times we are in a contract with Dish? Will not come back to this location and will be looking into Verizon.

I came into the store because clumsy me dropped my phone and I thought it was just my screen protector that cracked, but it was actually my phone screen. Jason was a God send and helped me check my account and found out that I have insurance on my phone and saved me hundreds of dollars. I cannot tell you how refreshing it is to know that customer service, empathy and care for ones profession is still alive! Thank you Jason!!

This office has always been great for me. The ability to make appointments online really helps with wait times. I walked in and was helped immediately. Jay walked me through the new purchase, all costs, all deals available, restoration of my data and gave some helpful hints on the 11Pro. Not sure about reviews talking poor service and wait times, everything was great for me on a Thursday at noon. So much better than the Apple store!!

I recently purchased an iPhone 12 Pro directly through the Apple Store app on the day of release/preorder. I forgot to order a screen protector and case. After my phone arrived, I set it up and then proceeded to the nearest AT&T location for a screen protector and Otterbox Symmetry case which is my standard. The store in Roanoke, an authorized retailer (not a corporate owned store) were not helpful at all when I asked if they had what i was looking for. They just told me no on the things I was looking for...didnt offer to help find a solution elsewhere for me or let me know alternatives they possibly have there. Didnt apologize or ask if there was anything else they could help with, etc. FYI, Ive worked in customer experience/service related roles for almost 20 years and for large brands...one being a luxury auto brand. I realize having worked for brands that have set the bar high for my own expectations on service I get and they might be a little too high but I at least want some effort. I just left without saying anything and proceeded to the nearest store...Southlake. I called first to give a specific description of what I was in search for and the guy I talked to checked and said they definitely have plenty in stock. I walk in, I was greeted right away, asked what I was looking for...the guy on the phone was standing on one said and communicated to the guy on my other side who was assisting me and said Shes here for the (very specific description of what I asked for on the phone). The guy helping me said Coming right up! or something to that effect. I asked if he would assist me with putting on the screen protector and he was more than happy to. He even grabbed another screen protector from the shelf when he wasnt happy with how he tried putting it on. Put my case on for me. Went out of his way to help me with everything. I cant remember the guys name but it was Friday 10/23 at approximately 7:00-7:30 pm. Thank you thank you thank you! Ive been with AT&T for 12, going on 13 years...I originally initiated my service with AT&T at the Southlake location too as a matter of fact. The employees at the Southlake location that had a hand in helping me that night are why I stay with AT&T. Its those extra things and going above and beyond for a customer mean the world.

I always hate going into the phone stores because I feel like I never get good service and no one even knows what theyre doing. Mark at the AT&T Southlake is the best. I walked into the store even before greeting us their store manager, i believe, was like can you leave your dog in the vehicle (which is against the law lol) Mind you there is no rule in the at&t store against that and i clearly told him my dog is hypoallergenic and i was like sure and my mom had a question about her phone she recently broke and he stood literally a mile away and was like ‘what do you need’ to my mom and brushed her off saying ‘you have to do it yourself online’. So their ‘STORE MANAGER’ didn’t even greet us and had an attitude. I’d give the store zero stars but unfortunately you can’t.

Went into the store to Port my numbers from my other carrier and manager Kory told me that they couldnt Port numbers anymore. Said he would have to cancel the entire account and start a new one with him. It was obvious that he was just trying to get a sale. I highly recommend going to Sams club instead. They are more helpful and less pushy. Plus they got me a better deal and gift cards with my new phone.

Visited ATT Store 1431 E SOUTHLAKE Blvd. SOUTHLAKE Texas on May 19, felt very uncomfortable there, the Store Manager who was trying to help me was not wearing mask and notice two other employees also not wearing musk while attending the customers. When I Ask mr. Jason Marks why? He said he does not like to wear it. When I explained the mask is for protection of the customers and me wearing is to protect the attendants but he gave me a dirty look. Could it be that ATT has trained theIt employees in Lysol bleach injection and Hydroxylcloroqine 😂 otherwise there is no reason Not to care about their customers safety.

Walked in at 12:00 and stood by the door. Usually in cell phone stores someone will greet me and put me on a list. Nobody said a word to me so I walked around looking at stuff. Went to sit down after I had walked the entire store. Got up and went back to the front door and stood there for a couple of minutes. Finally someone came up to me to check me in at 12:36. Noticed several people that had come in after me were now in front of me. Waste of my lunch break.

Went to the AT&T Southlake store around 5:30pm because my company cell phone had been stolen but my company has insurance so I (incorrectly) thought they would be able to give me a replacement on the spot. I explained my situation. THEY WANTED NOTHING TO DO WITH ME because, as it became obvious, they only want to help people they can sell something to. I sat for over an hour and 30 minutes - no one acknowledge me (the original guy dumped me within 5 minutes of hearing my predicament). Its as if I was completely invisible. After raising my voice for someone to help me, all the guy did was to tell me to call the insurance company. It took an hour and 30 minutes to give me that info. BAD BAD SERVICE.

I am trying to link my sons prepaid account to my wife’s auto pay account and apparently they can’t do that in store. I have to do it online. What a pain. Not happy with AT&T.

I went to the store two weeks in a row with a scheduled appointment only to find that I had to wait over 30 minutes to be told I didnt have an appointment and I had been placed on the walk in list. Even after showing the staff the confirmation text and email, they proceed to help others who did not have an appointment or walked in after me. The staff was rude and unfriendly . I will drive to Roanoke or Grapevine at least I know that they honor the appointment schedule and treat people with curtesy. Stay away from this store!

Brought my 10 day old $1300 phone in with wi-fi issues. CSR went to get something to check it. I noticed he stopped and BSd with his buddies before coming back. He checked it and said its fine. Guaranteed me it wasnt the phone. Didnt offer any recourse other than call tech support. We left and went to Watauga ATT where the CSR gladly replaced the phone ( $45 ) restock fee and said we could of taken it to the Apple store for them to check. Which is 2 blocks from the Southlake ATT store. After 18 years with ATT I was very disappointed in the lack of service.

Was put on the wait list by the “manager” Khary. Told it would take 51 mins to be helped out and they would text us when we were next up. After 2 hours and no text we asked what the hold up was. We were no longer on the list so the his solution was to add us back to the bottom of the list.. estimated wait time of another hour. Complete B.S! Go to another store that values your time!
