I called many places that told me they wouldn’t be able to help me and told me the diagnostic not only would take 48 hours but would also involve a nonrefundable $100 charge. I understand this is common and my situation was different but Prada listened, looked for a screen to order and had my computer fixed by Saturday at noon!Not only was his communication excellent but his price was $400 cheaper than any other place I could find. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone! I had to give a star to leave a review! Long story short my iPhone screen was broken. That was all until I walked out of this establishment!! Get down the road to realize I have NO top speaker (can answer, but can’t hear) so I politely call and he tells me to bring it back. I took my laptop here to have it fixed. 200+ dollars later it is worse than it was when I dropped it off. He never fixed the actual problem. He replaced parts that didnt even need fixed. My keyboard was fine till he replaced it, now I cant even type two words without it jumping around and messing up previously typed words. I brought it in for a charging problem-that was it. The problem was the power cord had a severed cord and he didnt even touch or notice it. He just charged me for a bunch of stuff I didnt need. Dont waste your money going here.

Ive used Quick Computer Repair twice for my Mac and both times the service has been outstanding. I have used their service 3 times over the past three years. They are fast, friendly and do a good job. I have not had a problem with any of their work. They recently replaced a keyboard on my Mac after my daughter spilled a sticky liquid on it. It was a very labor intensive job and the keyboard works great!! In addition they have repaired my computer after it crashed due to a virus. Once again no problems after the computer was repaired. I noticed a few negative reviews but that has NOT been my experience with this company. I would definitely recommend them.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR REPAIRS! And avoid misleading reviews entered by Quick Computer Repair employees. In 10/2013 I took my computer into the store in Southlake, Tx to have it repaired. After picking up the computer from the shop I took it home to reset my computer to its factory settings. The reset CD that came with the computer no longer worked...every time I typed in the CD key I was now receiving an error message. This has NEVER happened prior to taking it into the shop. So I took the computer back to Quick Computer Repair to fix the problem with the CD no longer being able to reset the desktop to its factory settings. At first the same guy I spoke with earlier said he didnt understand the simple complaint of...The CD that came with the Desktop can no longer reset the computer to its factory settings...I don t see how hard of a concept this is to grasp. But for him it seemed almost impossible for him to comprehend. Eventually he said he would fix it. So I gave him the computer and a week later he called and said that the CD ***that came with the desktop*** can now set the computer back to its factory settings. I picked up the PC and guess what...the CD still does not work. Every time I entered the CD Key I keep getting an error message. This never happed until AFTER Quick Computer Repair worked on my computer. So now I have no way to reset my expensive computer and windows 8 to their factory settings. The only way to reset it is to go back to the repair shop. I called the guy up again today to ask if he could show me how to reset the computer using the CD since this is what he claimed he fixed. All I want is for him to SHOW ME WHAT HE FIXED. I mean seriously...if nothing shady was done it shouldnt be hard to show a customer how to reset the computer with the CD. Simple, right?....His reply? I work on your computer too much. I am done. Then he hangs up the phone. AMAZING Customer Service. So now Im left with a desktop I can no longer set to its factory settings. Im so frustrated that I am now considering seeking legal counsel because I was blatantly lied to. My computer is way more expensive than most computers since it is used for gaming purposes...and it is beyond frustrating knowing that after paying a computer repair shop a lot of money...I was lied to...then left with a computer I can never reset to its factory settings.
